SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have a new thought that I think quite frequently these days because of the negative clair chatter on the psychic plane. It is working quite well for me; I like it very much. So I thought I would share it today.

I think of my own heart. I think of my heart; and I say … just to myself, silently, I say:

May only those who love me speak to my heart.
May only those who love me speak to my heart.

And my heart feels very good about this. It feels, “My goodness, good people are going to be talking to me, whether on the telepathic plane or on the physical plane.” My heart lightens up. And I think the brightness of my heart, and the joy that I feel in my heart, bring those good feelings of other people to me.
