I have been adding a few drops to a tall glass of water and drinking daily! It can be obtained in many different forms, including liquid concentrate (which is what I use), tablets, capsules, and nasal spray.

PINK GRAPEFRUIT JUICE AND WATER

Lately I have also been drinking this, which I find very refreshing in the afternoons: A tall glass of 1/5 pink grapefruit juice and 4/5 spring water or alkaline, filtered water. Yummy, and because it has less sugar, there is not that ‘up and down’ sugar boost followed by a sugar low.
