I was at a Sat Nam Rasayan class at Summer Solstice in New Mexico some years ago, where exercises were taught to identify with one of the elements (Fire, Wind, Water and Earth), and then apply a healing touch to another person. I chose to identify with Wind that day, and found this healing touch to be effective.
This gentleman had been feeling an empty place in the back funnel of his heart for years. He had been to many healers; no one had been able to help. But when I placed my hand on his back, and felt the wind touching the hairs on the surface of my skin, and buffeting my clothes, and when I concentrated not on my hand but on the touch of the wind, the empty place in his back filled in, and he felt, for the first time, that he had been healed.
