Habits are holding patterns: Watching TV, chatting on the phone, surfing the net (aaaargh, not that!), that cup of coffee in the morning, that glass of wine at night….

Maybe I will just go ahead and land in my life! Maybe I will make a list naming everything I do day after day without a thought. Then I will stop doing it. How scary could that be?
