Dear Ones,

Fenugreek seeds are inexpensive, the tea is easy to make, and the effects are many and far reaching in returning human health to its highest potential.

According to the University of Michigan Health System, fenugreek seeds have been used to treat diabetes type 1 and type 2, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and constipation. See “Fenugreek Uses,” http://www.uofmhealth.org/health-library/hn-2090006 ..

Personally, I’ve found a tea made of fenugreek seeds to be effective as an overall health. Perhaps you might find it so as well.

Just about any health food store sells fenugreek seeds. They can also be purchased inexpensively at www.amazon.com ..

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
