Dear Ones,

The Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World, which flows through the first 3 chakras old-style, i.e., the ‘lower triangle’, is a ‘crowd energy’, not an individualized energy … it is like looking at lots of people in a funhouse mirror, which shows the unconscious rather than the conscious noospheric energies …

Oh, yikes! I immediately got a picture something like this …

Dunno about you, but I want no part of this.

So this morning I woke up, as usual, with the feeling that my subconscious mind had done some heavy-duty merging with the unconscious thought cloud of the world as I slept. My cat was behaving like a tiny tiger. Unaccountable goings on.

I tried, first of all, opening my eyes wide and looking up at the ceiling.

  • Feeling still there! So then I tried those yoga asanas I had learned years ago … sitting up straight, and rotating the trunk of the body, first one way, then the other.
  • Still there! So then I tried rolling the head in figure eights.
  • Still there! So then I tried singing this song to my cat Lucy, and that worked!

Dear Ones,

Believe it or not, my body cells have been singing to me sweetly, in tiny, high voices, all together, in a chorus. They do not all sing at the same time, though …

Generally speaking, a little delegation of cells that are upset for some reason will do the singing. It might be my foot cells, which would like to go for a walk. Or my lung cells, which would like a little more expansion and contraction to feel better. Or my kidney cells, trying to get my attention. Or … you may be familiar with this one … my stomach cells, yearning to fulfill their function in life.

No matter which of my cells are doing the singing, the song is always about how much they love me. They really, really love me and depend on me.

Hearing this song of my cells every day for a while now, I have grown very fond of them. Not to mention, when they feel bad, I cannot help but join the chorus.

My body cells for sure do not like anything new, such as the interplanetary shock wave (of unknown origin) that we experienced this weekend. They are not all that intellectual … in fact I would say, not at all so … and they are very, very conservative. They just want to be loved.

So I made up a short, short song to help them get past the ups and downs of a changing world (kindly excuse the audio quality) …

If you are feeling something is a little off kilter, bodywise, it could be your cells are trying to get your attention too. In which case, I hope this tiny song will be of use to you.

If you do not want to sing the melody, you can just speak to them softly, and reassure them. I find it has the same effect.
