SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

I wanted to tell you a story about eating breakfast at a restaurant today. I went to a restaurant for breakfast, and the food that I ordered struck me as not a very ‘ascension diet’ type of food. But it looked pretty good. So, as I started to eat the food, I started thinking, in my own heart, like this: Every time I ate a little bit of food, I sang to the food:

I am crystal food!   (x2)

Every time I said that to myself in my own inner heart, I could see a flash of light hitting the food! What can I say? Pretty soon the whole plate was lit up with bright light. It tasted delicious!

I do not know why that happened, but I guess maybe all we have to do is imagine it and it happens, these days. At least, it sure seemed that way with the food. That is something kind of interesting to think about, because we do not always eat the kind of food that we think we should. You know? And so, maybe if we sing to the food about how good it is for us, it will change the character of the food a little bit, change the energy in it, and change the way it feels inside us. You know?

And that felt so good that later, I was walking down the street and I thought: Gosh! Maybe if I sing to myself, then that will change me! So as I walked down the street, under my breath, and only in the silence of my heart, I was singing:

I’m a crystal body!
I am made of Light!   (x2)

And pretty soon, it was a lot more like gliding down the street than walking down the street. It was pretty cool as a pick-me-up. I do not know if you want to do that kind of experiment for yourself; this is just my report from where I am.
