I have a news flash for those of you that are being besieged, beleaguered, and bewitched by those that are hoping to profit from my work unethically … and they are hoping to profit from it using you in that regard.

I am my own literary agent. I don’t have any other literary agent.

Someone is (I think!) cloning my cell phone, so I don’t use my cell phone for conversations.

My ‘land line’ phone that is inevitably A Ok begins with the area code 818. My cloned phone (or so I think!) begins with the area code 310. So if you hear me talking to you on phone 310, the veracity of that is highly dubious.

Call me on my land line. There you will be safe.

If someone gave you ‘my book’ with lots of unfavorable comments by other people that were once my friends and comrades, …

… So! If someone gave you, or had you distribute, a book with lots of unfavorable comments about me by other people that used to be my friends or acquaintances … or colleagues or comrades-in-arms … I would like you to know that I am not going to endorse it!

I have never seen it! And I hope I never do! But if I do, there is going to be quite a hullabaloo!

I am so sorry! I am so sorry about all this trickery and deceit … and guile … and perfidy!

I am really sorry. I apologize.

If you are not getting this backwash regarding me, you are probably getting it from other sources all around the world … or very close to home. God knows.
