Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have a story to tell you today about Centrum multivitamin and mineral. It is very popular. I have been using it for years, off and on.

The funny thing about it is that, when I start using vitamins, including Centrum and other types of vitamins, regularly I have noticed over the years very shortly I start feeling a sense of lesser well-being.

Over the years I have always found when I then stop with the vitamin regimen, that I begin to feel a greater sense of well-being once more. Because I have so many vitamins on the list, I just could not peg it to a particular vitamin.

Quite recently I became very determined about it. What I did was, I eliminated all the vitamins except for Centrum multivitamin for women that I bought at Walmart. I tried that for about a week, using it once every few days. And I continued with the sense that all was not right with my body.

So I stopped; and then the sense of well-being returned. So now what I had was: For me, personally, anecdotally, Centrum was the trouble. How could that be, with one of the most popular vitamins in the United States? How could that possibly be?

First I looked up where it was manufactured. My idea was: Maybe it is manufactured in a foreign country. Some of these fruits that were recalled from the market here in Los Angeles recently were produced in other countries. And some were produced here.

I thought: It could be that the country of origin might have lower standards for producing Centrum than might be the case with vitamins here in the United States. That was my thought.

So I looked it up, and it turns out it is produced by Pfizer, which also produces the most popular Covid medicine. But the place of manufacture was a place called Suzhou, which is about 100 miles west of Shanghai, and north of Taiwan.

I looked up the pictures on Suzhou. It looked to me that it was a very low-lying land. Then I found out that there are canals rather than streets, and that there is a problem with sewage going into the canals. And so therefore the water source possibly might be a problem.

This was all supposition. So then I thought, well, I will take that bold move and I will throw out the Centrum. And I will look around for a multivitamin for women that manufactured in the United States and with United States ingredients.

And after searching around for awhile on Amazon, I found one. I have to say … just speaking anecdotally from my own experience … the minute that I received the replacement vitamins in the mail, I took out a couple of capsules and held them in my hand.

I am sensitive to things like the feel of medicines and the feel of foods. I can tell whether they are going to be good for me just by holding them in my palm … or even putting my hand out near the item. You know?

Pertinent to this, I remember one time I was in the parking lot of a shopping center, and a young man approached me. He was holding something like a vitamin pill in his hand. He had a certain look; he had me on edge. He asked me if I wanted any.

I could feel, from a distance, something radically wrong as regards my own personal health. It was like it made me very hyper. Even though I was a foot away, I could feel overstimulation of my nervous system, like ‘uppers’, I guess. And so I begged off.

With these vitamin pills that I got from the Midwest, in the United States, I held two in my hand and I could feel that sparkling energy that happens when something is really good for the physical body.

So I gave it a try with the same regime … a dose of two capsules a couple of times a week. And so far, it has been perfectly fine.

I do not know if, for me, there is trouble with the fillers in Centrum, or if there is a problem with the ingredients … the way that they are obtained; whether they are pure; whether or not they are the true ingredients; whether the proportions of ingredients are right.

I do not know if it has to do with the water or the air quality or the quality of the earth in the place where the ingredients are obtained. But I do feel, for me personally, that there is something wrong there.

I would suggest, if you are experiencing that same kind of situation, just go ahead and give something made in the United States … American ingredients and American manufacture … a chance, because we have some of the highest quality standards in the entire world, as far as food consumption is concerned.

I have this caveat: This is only my personal experience as a wellness sensitive … as a medical intuitive. This is only my personal sense of Centrum. I realize there are those who might take this very poorly; and Centrum might work very well for them.

What I feel might be a characteristic of the Lightworker body. So please do not think that I am trying to injure Centrum. It is just that I have a concern for those of us who are sensitives … who are Lightworkers … that we should maintain our physical forms in the very best of health.

This way of thinking, of course applies to all the food that we eat, and all the water that we drink; the physical exercise that we get; the length of time that we sleep. I hope I have explained that sufficiently.
