INTRODUCTION

Here is an introduction to a three-part series on the topic “Three Ways to Achieve Physical Rejuvenation.” In the videos that follow, there will be an explanation how an upsurge of the electric force in the human body rejuvenates the body and repairs and upgrades the DNA in our body cells, so that we may activate more of our DNA potential and ‘come into our own’ with the new Ascension gifts and Ascension skills.

All three of these techniques involve manipulation of Light; thus they are Lightworker skills, and skills that Pathfinders, Wayshowers, Gatekeepers, and healers often intuitively perceive to be healing techniques.

I have to say that the first in the series … which will be the next video … is on a controversial topic. It is controversial because there are religious and moral stances before and against it. There are strong social leanings against it. And yet, it is one of the most ‘tried and true’ ways of rejuvenating the body cells. 

I hope that, when people look at the first in the series, they will not immediately think, “Well, it is against my religion” … or “It is against my morals, and so therefore, I won’t even consider it.”

But if they do, and if that is their stance, I hope they will just skip over it, and go on to the next videos, which may be within the limits of their ‘mental filters’, if you know what I mean.

I am not looking to get into an argument with anyone, and I hope no one takes offense at any of this. It is only here to instruct and uplift and help people to make the most of their Ascension abilities. That is my intention.

TECHNIQUE 1. ORGASM OR EJACULATION REJUVENATES THE BODY CELLS THROUGH A FLASH OF ELECTRIC ENERGY      top

Introduction

This is the second in a series of four videos on the topic “Three Ways to Achieve Physical Rejuvenation.” This, the first technique in the series is entitled “Orgasm or Ejaculation Rejuvenates the Body Cells Through a Flash of Electric Energy.”

It is a controversial topic, I will admit. For those of you that are put off by the topic, I advise just wait till the second or the third technique, There may be something there that you like.

I hope that whoever reads on from here will not be too offended by the topic, and will find something interesting in it … as I find most people on Earth … and certainly, almost all men … know all about orgasm and ejaculation as a way to lift their spirits.

It is really us women that need to learn that technique, in some cases. And sometimes children are told that it is not the right thing to do. They might have learned it someplace other than through their parents, for instance. Those children, I feel, might learn from this (if their parents agree). 

Taking that into consideration … that only those who really wish to listen to the video should listen, I will continue on.

I have first for you … my adult viewers … a picture that is somewhat suggestive, but not outright offensive, I feel. It is called “Spleen et Idéal” and is by Carlos Schwabe. It was a painting that was made in 1907, and it is available in Wikimedia Commons, so I can show it to you. 

It seems to me to be a picture of an angel in the act of orgasm or ejaculation with a human woman, in an ocean setting. Here it is …

COMMENT: I read that the human organ termed the ‘spleen’ was once thought to have to do with melancholy and depression. The word ‘ideal’ refers to the experience of joy, adoration, or experience the presence of God indwelling … the feeling “I Am That” or “I Am I Am.”

This is a picture of a winged, young man, and the ocean spray coming up. He is in an arched position; it looks as if he may be having an orgasm. Covered with seaweed is a young woman, there beneath him. If you get the original from Wikimedia Commons, I think you will get the idea.

I thought I would mention a little about the title, “Spleen et Idéal.” I found out out that it used to be … prior to the 1900s … that people believed there was an organ in the human body called the ‘spleen’, that was thought to have to do with melancholy and depression … and also to do, I think, with the sexual organs. So somehow there was a confusion between the organ called the ‘spleen’ and the sexual organs of people. I think it was thought that the spleen caused melancholy or depression. 

The word Idéal in the title of this painting refers to the experience of joy, adoration, or the experience of the presence of God indwelling … the feeling ‘I am that’ or ‘I am I am’.

From my own stance, I feel that what this might mean is that the sexual drive, if improperly employed, can cause a feeling of melancholy or depression … if, for instance, the sex drive is completely repressed; or if it is worn out though excessive use.

But the proper use of the sexual organs, and the creation of the wonderful feeling of orgasm [or climax] … or, in the case of a man, of ejaculation … that experience, if used in a sacred sexual setting, can cause the experience of the presence of God within oneself, and with one’s partner. And so, the act portrayed in the painting has two possible outcomes …

• Spleen (which means melancholy and depression) through the repression of the sex drive, and
• The Idéal (the ideal human being, through the proper use of the sex drive.

That is my stance about it. Now here is the text of this, the first method for rejuvenating the human body …

Text

At the moment when ejaculation or orgasm occurs, there is a great surge of electricity through the body. This electric surge begins at the sexual organs, and sparks out to all the cells in the body, filling them with vital force and clearing away dark interference and debris for at least 8 hours. The beneficial effect can be felt for several days thereafter (though slowly diminishing with time).

This clearing of the human electric field through a jolt of electric force momentarily expands a person’s body of Light to include the transpersonal [and also the subpersonal] chakras. Those are the chakras now available, high above the head … available since The Shift in December 2012 … available to us as Ascensioneers.

The transpersonal chakras have to do with incoming transmissions from our Ascension Team. Our Ascension Team consists of those beings that are here to help us through the experience of Ascension on Earth, partly to repair our physical body, and keep it in good working order, but also to repair and purify our subtle bodies … of which there are many … and one of which is the electric field (the body of Light), whose purity is important to the physical regeneration of the body. So, that is our Ascension Team consisting of many beings.

Downloads of Light occur that rejuvenate and renovate the DNA of our body cells, which may be injured through cosmic rays penetrating Earth’s atmosphere from deep space. The Light flows down through our central vertical power current (that is our kundalini), revitalizing our physical and subtle bodies. Physical regeneration occurs. Through these downloads we can become young again.

Conclusion

This is a short video; it is just about how the jolt of electricity that occurs when we experience orgasm, or ejaculation (in the case of men) creates a rejuvenation of the electric field of the body that can last for a day or several days.

That is something that is within the range of all people who have reached puberty and have not yet gone through menopause, whether male or female. So that is an easy fix, and that is the very first that I describe for you. We will get into the two techniques that are a little more esoteric below.

You will see a silhouette of a man; and in the middle, the kundalini twining around; and all around him, a sphere that is the body of Light. It is the body of Light that we are attempting to rejuvenate, because that then rejuvenates all that is within it, including the physical and subtle bodies of you in your incarnation here on Earth.

A second technique for rejuvenating the physical form is to ramp up the energy of the heart chakra [points to center of chest]; the electromagnetic field or body of Light, which is the ‘whole shebang’ [uses her arm to describe an arc at arm’s length around the body]; the life force, that within it which provides the oomph for continuing on in physical form; and the energies of our kundalini and our field of prana – all those things. Prana is the breathing in and breathing out – that kind of energy. Our kundalini is the up-and-down energy of the spine that provides power and purity to all the chakras.

So we have all these things:

• We have the heart chakra; it needs to be clear and pure and powerful.
• We have the electromagnetic field – the great, giant body of Light around us; that needs to be bright and strong and clear.
• We have the life force; that needs to be strong for us to persevere through times of tribulation and to create the great New on Earth.
• We have our kundalini, the up-and-down energy along the spine that gives the spin and the oomph and the power to all the chakras of the body, which then create the energy in our internal organs and also provide energy to our astral organelles.
• Lastly, we have our field of prana – the inbreath and the outbreath. You know, it is the field of prana that creates the pranic reserve underneath our rib cage; that allows us, even at the times of low Light every night to survive on the vitality globules that come down to us from heaven through the sunlight during the day. [The information about the pranic reserve is 3HO lore. The information about vitality globules is School of Theosophy lore.] So the inbreath and the outbreath distribute the vitality globules from our pranic reserve [points to area of torso just beneath the rib cage] all around through our whole physical and Subtle energetic system.

The best way I have found of doing this is through the techniques of kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and offered through the 3HO organization. This I found to be a reliable way of boosting the personal body of Light to an expanded state that includes the transpersonal chakras.

Sidebar: Caveat About Efforts to Injure the Reputation of Spiritual Teachers

They say, after a spiritual teacher passes on … after his vital force leaves the physical plane … it becomes very easy for pretenders, ‘Iagos’, as they say, to step in and besmirch that person’s reputation. That happens time after time, with regard to people that mean well by the world.

This is a world of Duality, and the very best of spiritual teachers tend to take their tumbles and make their mistakes, along with everyone else. But they are much more in the limelight than other people. Their lives are subject to much more scrutiny than those of other people. 

I believe that might be the case with Yogi Bhajan too, whom I knew, years ago, to be a really good teacher of kundalini yoga, which I consider to be his best contribution to the world. 

I would like you to take into consideration … if you read bad things about spiritual teachers … to try to find the good thing that they did, and promote that instead. If we take an honest look at our own lives, we may see that we all make mistakes. We all are subject to the world of Duality. Try though we may, we are bound to create some Darkness along with the Light.

My thought is to have charity for that person … especially someone who, amongst all the yoga teachers in India, was the one, in the 1980s, who was willing to share with Westerners techniques that had been kept secret by the saints and fakirs and holy men of India for centuries and centuries.

Because of Yogi Bhajan, we have that ability now. We have that ability to achieve a clear electromagnetic field through the use of kundalini yoga.

Why I Like Kundalini Yoga

The reason I like kundalini yoga is not that I am ‘insectoid’ in that regard. It is rather that I have tried various yoga techniques … such as hatha yoga, iyengar yoga, and kundalini yoga … and what I have found is that kundalini yoga achieves physical rejuvenation very quickly (for those whose physical condition is such that they are able to do it). 

That is why I recommend it: I think it works very quickly. It takes a half hour or less … It could even take 15 minutes, or 10 minutes. And it could offer that surge of rejuvenation in the electric field.

If it is against your yoga inclinations, then you could go on to the third technique for physical rejuvenation I offer (see below). The third technique has to do with expansion of the body of Light during Solar events such as incoming coronal mass ejections [CMEs] that impact the electromagnetic field of Earth.

When the electromagnetic field of Earth is impacted, then the electric force and the magnetic field of us humans are also impacted. We can benefit from the Light that comes in to Earth from the Sun in that way, and we can use it to rejuvenate our bodies if we have a positive attitude toward it.

Amongst the three rejuvenation techniques I describe in this series, you can pick what you like, or pick all of them. We will see what the future holds.

Copper Fabric as an Experimental Rejuvenation Technique

There is one other thing: For those of you that like none of the rejuvenation techniques I suggest, I have found that purchasing a fine copper fabric … such as a sheet of copper fabric … from Amazon.com … https://www.amazon.com/ … or wherever you can get it … and then laying it over the body briefly (leaving plenty of room to breathe) … say, for 10 minutes … gives the electric force in the body that surge of refined energy that can help and aid in rejuvenation of the body.

If none of those other techniques works for you, you could try this new,  technique that I have found, keeping in mind that it is experimental, and ought to be attempted with caution, if you decide to experiment with it.

TECHNIQUE 3. EXPANSION OF THE BODY OF LIGHT DURING SOLAR EVENTS OPENS THE DNA TO GREATER MANIFESTATION OF ITS INHERENT POTENTIAL     top

Introduction

This section has a lot of images in it, and it explains a lot of things beyond the ken of most people … things that involve Lightworker techniques and techniques for people who are ascending on New Earth; things that have not been brought out into the open before.

‘Northern Lights’ Above the Heads of Us Human Beings

There is another way in which expansion of the body of Light of each individual human being occurs. That is during Solar events such as Earth-directed coronal mass ejections (CMEs) and during incoming Solar winds.

You know, the Northern Lights or ‘auroras’ are examples of Solar events impacting Earth, that can be seen in the skies of the North Pole. I have here a picture for you, entitled “Aurora,” by Roland Boisvert, which I found in Wikimedia Commons (so it is a Creative Commons license, and I can show it to you). it is very beautiful …

You can imagine those same types of electromagnetic fireworks occurring in our own energy fields during CMEs, as we reflect Earth’s electromagnetic field in our own electric field and magnetic force. So the beautiful effect in the photo above might be happening over the top of our heads during a Solar event here on Earth. Imagine that! 

Our Bodies of Light

When these Solar events ramp up Earth’s magnetosphere, the Lightworker in particular senses expansion of his or her body of Light. You remember the body of Light is that grand body of electricity and Light … the electromagnetic field all around, in a great, oval shape much bigger than the person … farther out than your arm can reach; that is how far your electromagnetic field is …

Thus the transpersonal chakras move from dormancy to functional mode during these expansions of the Light.

When Solar events ramp up Earth’s magnetosphere, the Lightworker, in particular, senses expansion of his or her body of Light.

Thus the subpersonal chakras beneath the bottom of the torso, and the transpersonal chakras above the crown of the head move from dormancy to functional mode. That is because they are charged with electromagnetic force because of the influx of Light into the electromagnetic field of Earth herself.

Battles Among Non-Physical Beings Negative or Positive in Energetic Aspect and in Emotional Impact on Our Human Psyches in the Arenas of Our Subpersonal, Personal, and Transpersonal Chakras

It is important to note that, on the astral plane, in the area of the subpersonal chakras, that are often dormant, beneath the bottom of our torso … and of the transpersonal chakras, which are above the top of our head, there are, floating about, astral beings that may be either positive or negative in energetic aspect and in emotional impact on our human psyches.

The beings of our Ascension team are positive beings that are here to help us; some of these beings exist in the fourth dimension (the astral plane), and some manifest in dimensions higher than that.

But there are other beings that do not mean well by us; that exist in what you might conceive to be ‘conflict’ with those Ascension team members, in the area of the subpersonal chakras and the transpersonal chakras. (These energetic conflicts also take place in the arena of our personal chakras, but conflicts there can be sensed by the Lightworker or the sensitive person all the time, and not just during Solar events.)

So, when there is an influx of Light through a Solar event, it starts off with a ‘bang’ where we can sense the fight [often termed the ‘Spirit Warfare’] that is going on between our own ‘champions’ … our Ascension team … and those other types of astral beings; for instance, beings of the hellworld that exist in the subpersonal chakra arena, and other beings that were not known until now … until very recently … that are negative, but exist in the transpersonal chakra arena.

With that in mind, I will continue with the text … 

Astral Thuggees That Attack Our Transpersonal Chakras

I have drawn some pictures for you. I do not know what you will think about them. Up north of the crown chakra (at the top of the head), floating about in the air, before and after Solar events, are some beings that I term ‘astral thuggees’. My discovery a few years ago of these negative astral beings in the arena of the transpersonal chakras is, as nearly as I can tell, novel in the realm of esoteric literature.

‘Thuggee’ is like a ‘thug’; it is an Indian term. I have talked about it quite a bit in my blog; you can search there for the term ‘thuggee’. 

Here is a drawing I made of the astral thuggees; that is me at the bottom, pointing up to these beings in the air … astral thuggees … whose faces look mean, and their bodies can be amorphous or swirling around, and not too obvious. If you could but see them, their faces look right mean …

They are not just standing in one place; they are moving around up there. And they are creating mischief. Normally we do not know about it, because our transpersonal chakras are not active until the Solar event  … and then we notice. We notice something up there! If we place our Awareness up there … along with our Ascension team’s Awareness, we can vanquish them. 

So, negative beings … such as the astral thuggees  … that otherwise create dark interference in the region of the transpersonal chakras up above the head … are flung out of our energy fields. And the Incoming Light flows down, revitalizing our physical and subtle bodies.

‘Dark Attacks’ During Incoming Light Downloads

A lot depends on the attitude we have towards these beings that are being thrown out. We can say: Oh, my gosh. There are horrible beings up there!

Or we can say: Oh, my gosh. The beings are being thrown out, and the Incoming Light will purify my entire energy system! … And I feel that to be the better path.

I have drawn a picture of what some term a ‘Dark Attack’ during an Incoming Light download. The ‘Dark Attack’ is when you realize that the astral thuggees up there or when you realize that there are hellworld beings existing in your subpersonal chakras beneath your torso. You realize that because the Incoming Light of the Solar event throws them into stark relief.

You realize that they are there, and you feel what is termed by the Lightworkers a ‘Dark Attack’. But in reality, you are simply becoming aware of the existence of these astral beings.

Here is a picture of what some term a ‘Dark Attack’. I drew a picture of a man. Around him is his body of Light. In the middle, up and down his body is his central vertical power current or kundalini.

The arrows at the top of the drawing depict the Light coming down from heaven. All around the man is his energetic torus, that is bisected by his kundalini or central vertical power current. The energetic torus looks a little like a donut, with a hole in the middle, and the man standing just in the middle of the donut.

So you have energy coming down from heaven, and flowing down around and through the electromagnetic field, flowing up through the central vertical power current or kundalini, and where the kundalini intersects the chakras, interpenetrating into all the physical organs and into the subtle body organelles through the central vertical power current.

You have an influx of energy coming down from heaven, and an influx of energy [not aptly shown] coming up from the core of Earth.

This man looks upset, and that is because he is beginning to notice the astral thuggees …

Incoming Light From a Solar Event Heals Our Physical and Subtle Bodies

So then you as the Ascensioneer, as the Lightworker … as the gatekeeper, as the wayshower or healer … find yourself in the middle of what seems to be a Dark Attack … [hears sound of a jet plane flying overhead and laughs] … The sound of the high-flying planes seems to me a little like a Dark Attack …

And at the first moment you say to yourself: Oh, my gosh! … And then you place your Awareness where the trouble is … wherever that is, either above or below … and ask your Ascension team for help.

What then happens is like a miraculous transformation. It looks like this drawing that I did of the same person, with an influx of rejuvenating Light.

Here is the person … the same energy field (the same torus); in the middle, the same central vertical power current. Just above the head, and again, a little higher above the head, are two dashed spheres that represent transpersonal chakras eight and nine. Below the body (but not depicted) are the subpersonal chakras.

You can see that … above and below this person, and permeating his central vertical power current, is a beautiful, golden Light. That is the Incoming Light coming in and healing the physical and subtle bodies …

COMMENT: In this instance, the core flow is shown as being from the feet of the man, up through the top of his head. That is the experience I have had of the Incoming Light. I feel it is likely that, in times when Earth experiences a pole reversal, the direction of flow of the Incoming Light through the torus of humans may shift, mirroring that of Earth. What that experience may be, I leave to the future explorations of Lightworkers.

It might be good to read the caption for this picture. You have to keep the picture in mind. Have you got the picture firmly in mind? … the energetic donut (the electromagnetic field of the human body … the body of Light). Here is the caption …

“In this instance, the core flow is shown as being from the feet of the man, up through the top of his head. That is the experience I have had of the Incoming Light. That is the caption from the picture of the Incoming Light blessing the energy field of a human being.

Faith Makes All the Difference

It is a question of how we emotionally accept the events that are happening in our life. It might seem to us to be a total catastrophe. We might feel fear, and our DNA might be damaged by that feeling of fear. 

Or, if we call on our Ascension team for help, and if we realize that God has our best interests in mind, then we can experience what otherwise would appear to be a conspiracy theory event … an event full of fear … an event such as, for instance, a pandemic that threatens our physical form … we can experience all these presumptively very bad things in the Light of God’s grace; and transform them.

We can transform our physical and our subtle bodies in such a way that they are rejuvenated. It is up to us. We can experience rejuvenation in the face of what many people consider to be utter destruction. 

This body is infinitely ‘regeneration-capable’. It is infinitely ‘rejuvenation-capable’. But our faith flags. That is the determining factor: faith.

The New Human and the Arisen Christ

Since the 2012 Shift, and as the Ascension process continues on Earth, when Solar events occur we humans, in ever increasing numbers, are beginning to experience ‘the new you’, the state of the New Human. 

Christianity, two thousand years ago and thereafter, attempted to describe this state as the state of the arisen Christ, the ascended Christ.

There has been some beautiful artwork along those lines, showing the strong energy field of the sixth chakra as being a halo around head, and probably indicating Awareness of the sixth dimension … maybe even the seventh dimension.

This artwork portrays an elevated state for Christ as being an actual movement of His body upward into the air. It portrays the state of the Apostles and the saints of the early religion as being very similar to that of Christ … as being Christ-like. 

This is, in fact, the type of energy field that the Lightworkers today term ‘Christed and Buddhic consciousness’. 

I have here a beautiful picture illustrating that. This is a painting called “Ascension” by the artist Giotto di Bondone. It was painted in the year 1337 or thereabouts, and it is featured in Wikimedia Commons, so it is in the public domain; I can show it to you.

There is Christ at the top; it looks like two angels beneath him; it looks like saints all around him, some of them with wonderful haloes on. And so this is the state of Ascension here, or Awakening … that which Christ is experiencing. Those people down below, on the ground, are replicating that state of Christ consciousness. This is the state about which the Lightworkers are talking about .. the state of Ascension …

The New DNA

In the state of the New Human, portions of the DNA of our body cells that have remained dormant for the last long aeon become active. We see with new eyes the physical reality, along with the superimposed higher realities. We are able to use our Ascension skills. We become more capable of multitemporality and multidimensionality. In a flash, we can optimize our timelines and dimensions. We can interface seamlessly with our helpful ‘away team’ or ‘Ascension team’.

Thus Solar events, for the Lightworker, become eagerly anticipated opportunities to enjoy New Life on New Earth. In this new Solar Cycle 25, ever expanding circles of people are coming into their Lightworker potential and activating their Ascension skills and gifts. In that way, a New Earth is being fashioned for us, the New Humans.

I have here for you one more painting. It is called “Jacob’s Ladder.” It is by noted mystic and painter William Blake; and I found it in Wikimedia Commons. It was painted in 1805, so it is clearly in the public domain.

“Jacob’s Dream” has to do with a ladder … a ladder that went from where Jacob was lying sleeping, up into heaven. Here is the painting.\

You can see Jacob at the bottom, sound asleep. Then there is a stairway up into heaven. And there are beautiful beings walking up and walking up and walking down that ladder … Jacob’s ladder … Jacob’s dream  …

COMMENT: In terms of Ascension lore, the golden tunnel might represent a gateway or portal opening from the higher realms. The spiral staircase might be the New DNA being brought to Earth. The golden color of the light at the top of the tunnel might represent the Incoming Light.

The winged angels might represent angelic members of Jacob’s Ascension team. The woman with a jug of water on her head at the bottom of the stairs might represent another sort of Ascension team member, a Being of Light, one of our Star brothers and sisters, bearing new water of life for New Earth.

And the people on the stairway might represent, not departed Souls, but ever-evolving incarnations of Jacob’s Soul. These are rising higher and higher in multidimensional and multitemporal Awareness as his Soul seeks to experience the Ascension process.

Thus the dream might be of a Jacob incarnate in this, the dawn of New Life on New Earth, and of the future progress of his Soul in this exhilarating evolutionary age.
