Introduction

This is the first of a two-blog series on Enlightenment. I start off with an explanation of the Incoming Light at times of High Light on Earth. This High Light can cause a person to take more Light into their personal energy field, or to flee from the Light and to acquire more Darkness in their personal energy field.

Why is that? The answer has to do with the way that we react to threat energy.  The way that we react often has to do with automatic conditioning … habit … rather than conscious thinking.

How we react to the novel condition of greater Incoming Light … especially during annual equinoxes and solstices, during astronomical gateways, during geostorms, during Earth-directed solar wind gusts, and during intervals of Solar Maximums … has a very great deal to do with whether we continue on the path to Enlightenment, or whether we retreat to Dark ground perceived as more safe.

My feeling is, the more we bring our subconscious responses to threat energy to the Light of our Awareness, the more likely it is that we will be able to react to threat energy in the way most helpful to our survival.  Will it be fight or flight? Will it be freeze, fawn, or flop?

Do we have the tools at hand to avoid using any of these defense mechanisms? Can we find a way to settle our minds, bodies, and emotions so that we can seek the life-preserving and lifeline-extending benefits of a higher wattage personal energy field? Will we clam up, or will we seek Enlightenment during times of High Light? The next section will explore these questions.

Human Responses to the Prospect of Change: Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn, or Flop?

In the past, I have put forth that solar events such as geostorms can cause the fight response (which I term ‘acting out’) or the flight response (generalized anxiety or panic attack, since the threat is not physical). Later I read, and immediately saw the truth of, the notion that there is another possible response to a perceived threat … that is the freeze-and-dissociate response (which, for the sake of simplicity, I term the freeze response) …

Later on I found there are three more possible responses to the prospect of change; these are the fawn response, the flop response … and in the most desperate instance, falling over dead due to shock.

When I read about these bodily responses to perceived threats, I was immediately taken back to my youth, out in the countryside, where I saw our family German Shepherd enthusiastically digging up a rabbit burrow, and uncovering a little rabbit inside the burrow. Clearly the rabbit was frozen with fear … It ‘shrank into itself’  … With great concern, I picked it up. It looked to me like the rabbit was paralyzed, unseeing, unfeeling … completely unresponsive.

Looking back to those days, when I found a little wild animal ‘frozen in fear’ back then, in the countryside, I feel it must have been exhibiting the freeze response  …

Then sometimes a wild animal would come to its senses, and run away. That was the flight response …

I remember a wounded chipmunk once came back to its senses and bit me. That was the fight response …

And sometimes a small wild animal, especially a baby animal, would simply die in my hand. I guess their hearts just stopped beating out of fear. That is an extreme version of response to a perceived threat … one that I have not seen in human beings.

So then, these are the possible physical responses that wild animals may employ when faced with danger: To fight, to flee, to freeze, to act in a fawning manner, to flop (or faint), or simply to lie down and die. I have seen human beings exhibit all but the last response when faced with great stress.

We Humans Are Beginning to Sense the Angst of Our Body Cells During the Ascension Process

Earth’s Ascension is posited to be happening because of our Solar System’s entry into the Photon Belt … the greater Light of the Pleiades … during the 2012 Shift.

When the 2012 Shift occurred and the greater Light of the Pleiades began to bless our planet, the Ascension process began on our beloved planet Earth. That is the lore that we Lightworkers, pathfinders, wayshowers and healers have to provide regarding the many changes that are taking place on Earth today.

Our Body Cells and Their Electrical Phone Lines

Since 2012, every being on Earth has changed. Not the least of these are the tiny beings we think of as our body cells. Each of us human beings has about 30 trillion of these tiny, helpful beings in our care as we live out our lives on Earth.

Our body cells sing ‘the body electric’ even more clearly than we human beings do. They are intimately attuned to changes in their own electric fields. They communicate with each other with ‘electrical phone lines’. This intercellular ‘Light speak’ is, I feel, essential to their coordination of human bodily function.

The body cells are very, very conservative. Any little prospect of change throws them into a tizzy. Being flooded with ramped-up photonic Light during a Solar Event is one such stimulus, and one that humankind is beginning to be aware of due to the fact that we are slowly but surely becoming clairly EMF-sensitive because of the changes in the Incoming Light since the 2012 Shift.

As we humans become more gifted with clair abilities such as clairaudience, clairvoyance, and EMF sensitivity (which is to say, Light sensitivity), we begin to notice the angst felt by our trillions of body cells when changes occur in Earth’s magnetosphere.

Changes in Earth’s magnetosphere are, in the main, the result of Solar events such as geostorms and solar winds. These events occur most frequently during Solar Maximums such as that which we are now experiencing here on Earth.

… engulf and transform our planet, often without our conscious Awareness, our bodies will go into fight, flight, freeze, fawn or flop mode. Why is that?

Here is one reason that is often overlooked: Our body cells sense these Solar events as disruptions in their mutual ‘Light speak’. It is their feeling that all is not right in their world during magnetospheric fluctuations that greatly amps up our human fight, flight, freeze, fawn or flop response during post-Shift Solar events.

Now that humankind is clairly gifted, our sense of our body cells’ angst at these times can make our own response to these events 30 trillion times more intense – or thereabouts!

More Information

I looked up online the difference between Light and electricity and read that Light is just electricity that goes along a line or wire.

If body cells can communicate despite a glass barrier, as described in the below-cited scientific article, then that must be cellular language of Light, I suppose.

Then if Light is travelling along the ‘axon’ or ‘arm’ of a cell, maybe it had best be termed ‘electricity’.

Solar Maximums and Solar Events Bless Us with Many Ascension Gifts

Here in this earthly realm of Duality, Solar Maximums and Solar events have their pluses as well as their minuses. We may be feeling stressed out during these times, without being able to put a finger on the why and wherefore of it. But the temporary changes in our electric fields during these events herald our transformation to a state of being that we Lightworkers term the New Human. Saturation of this subtle body with the Incoming Light is all for the good, as the amped up Light is said to instruct our DNA on how to unfold from the 2-strand ramped-down mode that keeps our physical bodies functional during the Great Ages of Darkness to the full 12-strand state we can enjoy during the current Age of Light. That is the Lightworker lore.

The Great Ages of Darkness are said to last 10,500 very long years; and the Ages of Light are said to last 2,000 years …

Expansion of our DNA is, I feel, a great gift to humankind. It is a gift that is sought after by many during the Great Ages of Darkness, with nearly no success. But during this Great Age of Light, this gift is available to everyone on Earth. I speak with confidence, even though science has not yet stepped up to the plate in this regard. That is because I myself have felt, within my own energy field, the miracles that occur during Light upgrades.

Summary

To be concise, our wonderful new Ascension gifts depend upon expansion of our DNA during post-Shift Solar events, especially during Solar Maximums such as that which we are now experiencing here on Earth.

However, the kicking in of the fight, flight, freeze, fawn or flop responses, which are based on animal survival mechanisms, is causing some uncomfortable effects during the DNA amp-up process.

I have noticed a few more drawbacks to the process of change upon which humankind has so recently embarked. These will be discussed in the next subsection.

Ascension Symptoms, Astral Chatter, Acting Out, the Glom Effect, and Mass Hysteria

Introduction

This section describes some of the drawbacks of the Ascension process. For instance …

  • During the Ascension process, people may experience what Lightworkers term ‘Ascension symptoms’.
  • During periods of noospheric dissonance, those among us who are now clairvoyant are likely to hear what I term negatively aspected ‘astral chatter’.
  • This astral chatter can goad people to acts of violence. This is not just something for telepaths to look out for and to avoid, but also it is a concern for people who only subconsciously sense the circulating thought forms of this world. I term this ‘acting out’.
  • Because of what I have dubbed the ‘glom effect’, astral stories well up in the collective subconscious and find expression as collectively experienced violent daydreams and night dreams.
  • The glom effect can lead … and in fact has led … to incidents of mass hysteria or ‘mass psychogenic illness’, often on a small scale, but sometimes on a scale that is grand indeed. Perusal of the newspaper headlines since the 2012 Shift provides a ‘heads up’ as to the mass hysterical incidents we need to sidestep in order to be safe during these times of change.

Discerning people have noted a host of physical, mental and emotional ‘Ascension symptoms’ …

… including, among others, a stressed-out feeling; insomnia, or else sleeping for a long time; vivid or violent dreams; loss of appetite, or else greater desire to eat; aches and pains; ultra-heightened physical senses; emotional ups and downs; memory loss; intolerance for the ordinary; a feeling of not belonging; the experience of being outcast; wanting to ‘go home’; and time and space ‘skips and skids’.

At this moment it might be good to highlight the last four items on the Ascension symptoms list. These are intolerance for the ordinary, a feeling of not belonging, the experience of being outcast, wanting to ‘go home’, and the temporal and dimensional ‘skips and skids’ that occur as we begin to wield our mighty new multidimensional and multitemporal Ascensioneer skills.

Briefly, it seems to me that the glom effect takes place when groups of people daydream together, or when they have dreams together while sleeping. I say this because, as a telepath, on the astral plane I often hear people glomming together in their daydreams and in their nightly dreams.

This glomming of thought forms seems to be a unique feature of Earth life. It appears to me, from my telepathic observations of gloms, that these gloms help communities of human beings adhere together and resolve problems that arise in the communities …

How this may occur appears to me to be through the action of the people’s superconscious minds on their subconscious and unconscious minds while the people are in a dream state.

Most people are as yet unable to take it on faith that they have a superconscious mind, but the healing and restorative effect of people daydreaming and night-dreaming together implies that such a mind exists …

In a famous quote in his play “Macbeth,” Shakespeare referred to “Sleep that knits up the raveled sleeve of care, / The death of each day’s life, sore labor’s bath, / Balm of hurt minds, great nature’s second course, / Chief nourisher in life’s feast.”

If the meter or rhythm of the passage were to have allowed it, I feel he might have substituted ‘the superconscious mind’ for the word ‘sleep’. Then I would have completely agreed with him. It is, I feel, the superconscious mind, acting upon our energy fields while we sleep, that directs our life’s play, healing the wounds of yesterday, and readying us for each new day.

For the psychiatrists and psychologists among my readers, here is a thought: Might it not be that Jung’s concept of self-actualization presupposes the existence of a superconscious mind in each of us? I feel this to be true, and my telepathic observations of the glom effect that occurs in other people while they dream together support my understanding that all people’s minds include a guiding, healing, and restorative superconscious mind as well … though, truth to tell, it seems that very few people are aware of this …

As many have said, Earth is the school of Duality. Where great benefits are to be had, there may be great drawbacks as well. I have described above these post-Shift phenomena: What is termed by others ‘noospheric dissonance’ and what I term ‘astral chatter’; ‘acting out’; and the ‘glom effect’.

These are factors in what might be termed ‘shared vivid waking dreams’ that seem to have been rising to the Awareness of many people since the 2012 Shift. It seems to me that these ‘shared vivid waking dreams’ might be akin to what psychologists and psychiatrists term ‘mass hysteria’ or ‘mass psychogenic illness’. Sometimes these shared vivid waking dreams are simply suffered through on the astral plane by a group of people. Other times emotional momentum builds up on the astral plane, and one or two people … or maybe many people … ‘act out’ on the physical plane some aspect of the ‘shared vivid waking dreams’ …

For those of my readers who are clairaudient, this hypothesis of mine can be validated (or invalidated, as the case may be) by journaling what seem to be ‘shared vivid waking dreams’ rampaging about through the noosphere, and then by checking the newspaper headlines to find out if the dreams have been ‘acted out’.

Government-Localized Mass Hysteria – Russian Invasion of the Ukraine. One such instance of mass hysteria, I feel, is Russia’s incursion into the Ukraine in February 2022. I feel certain that this incursion had to do with Ascension symptoms experienced by Russian leaders, who, by God’s grace, seem to me now, as of this writing in September 2022, to be stepping back from that aggressive stance.

What a price has been paid, in terms of human suffering, in this instance of a ‘shared vivid waking dream’ to do with soldierly honor and willingness to suffer for one’s country! Is it not so?

Global Mass Hysteria – Panic Response to the COVID Pandemic. Here is what I feel to be another instance of mass hysteria: I feel certain that my discerning readers have noticed great masses of people … including those who make the laws in government … exhibiting this or that stress response to the COVID pandemic of March 2020. Like all the people on Earth today, some of our lawmakers responded to the COVID pandemic by fighting, or by fleeing, or through the freeze, fawn, or flop responses.

I noticed only the other day, in mid-September 2022, that those who make the laws for my California county have finally snapped out of the freeze response and repealed a clearly illegal tenant eviction protection law that has been in place since near the beginning of the COVID pandemic.

I also feel a case could be made for the COVID pandemic globally as an instance of mass hysteria egged on by catastrophic media reports …

In the instance of the Western town, I was able to change locations and escape the mass hysteria. But in the current Solar Maximum, and what with the goading of mass media, the COVID mass hysteria has been a global event.

To what destination may an awakened human being flee, in such an instance? How can the awakened human being fight everyone on the globe? What good are the freeze, fawn or flop responses to the awakened human during such a global catastrophe? They are very little use at all, I feel.

During instances of mass hysteria to do with the Ascension process … during Solar events post-Shift, such as the solstices, equinoxes and gateways … and especially now, during the geostorms and solar wind gusts of the Solar Maximum … I feel it would be good to avoid the fight or flight and freeze, fawn or flop responses.

If we become aware that we are responding aggressively to everyday situations, or if we are overly anxious, or if we just feel like withdrawing and hiding from it all, there are very simple remedies, which have to do with the breath and the ancient science of yoga (which is to say, the yoking of our energy fields with the Universe and with God). The Human Personal Energy Field: Power Currents and Energy Centers

In this section I have picked and chosen those yogic and Lightworker techniques that help me to attain ‘neutral mind’. I have added an overlay of understanding that I feel helps synthesize the teachings of those who channel Ascension lore with the ancient esoteric teachings. About the Sushumna

As mentioned above, the sushumna is the central channel through which the central vertical power current (the ‘kundalini’ energy) is able to rise after the energies of the ida and the pingala are evenly balanced.

Entwined with the energy of the sushumna are the power currents termed the ida and the pingala. These two energies have qualities very different, each from the other.

Qualities of the Ida

The energy of the ida, which is stimulated by left-nostril breathing, is associated with …

  • the moon, the feminine side of our personalities
  • the color white
  • comfort, coolness, and nurturing
  • control of mental processes
  • the right side of the brain, and intuitive, imaginative, and creative thought
  • the parasympathetic nervous system, which relaxes the body; this relaxing quality may, I feel, be a factor in manifestation of the freeze, fawn, and flop responses

Qualities of the Pingala

The energy of the pingala, which is stimulated by right-nostril breathing, is associated with …

The autonomic nervous system, I feel, is associated with the subconscious mind, known in esoteric lore as the lower mental body and sometimes referred to in my work as the ‘gut brain’ …

According to modern medical lore, the autonomic nervous system has two branches; these are the parasympathetic nervous system and the sympathetic nervous system.

The action of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems is ‘opposite’ or ‘antagonistic’. That is to say, they have opposing effects. These effects may be likened, respectively, to the qualities of the ida and the pingala power currents that entwine along the sushumna.

The parasympathetic nervous system is said to be associated with the ‘freeze-and-dissociate’, ‘rest and digest’ and ‘feed and breed’ functions of the subconscious mind. Thus, I feel, it is related to the ida energy of yogic lore.

The sympathetic nervous system is said to be associated with the fight-or-flight response of the subconscious mind. Thus, I feel, it is related to the pingala energy of yogic lore.

As mentioned earlier, the ida is associated with breathing through the left nostril; and the pingala is associated with breathing through the right nostril. Thus I find, in my personal yogic practice, that stimulation of the ida through left-nostril breathing will stimulate the freeze response of the parasympathetic nervous system. I feel it may also factor into the fawn response and the flop response to a perceived threat.

Contrarily, stimulation of the pingala through right-nostril breathing, I find, will stimulate the fight-or-flight response of the sympathetic nervous system.

If you find this to be true (as did I), then you will have at hand a means of changing up your response to solstice and equinoctial energies, gateway events, and geostorms: By consciously breathing through the left nostril only, you can move out of the fight-or-flight response, and into the freeze response. (There will be more on left-nostril breathing and right-nostril breathing below.)

Our human breath naturally alternates between the left nostril and the right nostril during the day. A small scientific study has reported the interval for coursing of the breath through one nostril as being about 2 hours while waking and about 4 and a half hours while sleeping …

The alternation of the breath from nostril to nostril is nature’s way of balancing the energies of the ida and the pingala as they course along the spine.

Rather than wait that long to attain a balance of ida and pingala, we can consciously switch from left nostril breathing to right nostril breathing, and back again. This technique, which is called ‘alternate nostril breathing’, I find to be a sure way to deal with solstice and equinoctial energies, gateway events, and geostorms. More on alternate nostril breathing (and the companion technique known as ‘Long Deep Breathing’) below.

How to Inhibit the Fight-or-Flight and Freeze-Fawn-or-Flop Responses Through Yogic Breath

Putting it all together, we can consciously change the operation of the autonomic nervous system … and the subconscious mind … by practicing left-nostril or right-nostril breathing.

Left-Nostril Breathing inhibits the Fight-or-Flight Response

Left-nostril breathing has a calming, relaxing effect. It is easily practiced, even by a novice to the science of yoga.

While first learning left-nostril breathing, use the thumb of the right hand to close off the right nostril. The mouth is also closed. This forces the breath through the left nostril. The other fingers of the right hand are pointed up, like antennae.

COMMENT: My hands are raised to show how the lungs feel full of air. While meditating, it is fine to leave your hands, palms up, on your knees. Some yoga groups do long deep breathing with hands in ‘gyan mudra’, whose description can be found online.

The fight-or-flight response and the freeze, fawn, or flop responses can be suppressed through the yogic technique known as Long Deep Breathing. When the breath becomes long and deep, the feeling of the person facing stressful events becomes less involved in the outcome. The person becomes the neutral witness of the events that are unfolding. This is the yogic state known as ‘neutral mind’.

We human beings have several different nervous systems. As mentioned above, we have the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, which are branches of the autonomic nervous system.

And we have another nervous system that is under voluntary control, and which allows us to consciously control our body movements. This is the somatic nervous system (the SNS) …

Just as the autonomic nervous system is associated with what is known in esoteric lore as the lower mental body, the somatic nervous system is associated with what is known in esoteric lore as the higher mental body. In my own work, I term these the subconscious mind or ‘gut brain’ and the conscious mind, respectively.

We can use the bodily movements under our conscious control … those innervated by the somatic nervous system … to influence the nerves of the autonomic nervous system, which control the fight-or-flight response and the freeze-fawn-or-flop responses.

This voluntary control of our involuntary muscles is set forth in ancient yogic lore. Another way to look at the yogic breathing techniques, otherwise known as pranayam … is this: We can use yogic breathing to bring the subconscious mind under the influence of the conscious mind.

The next few subsections offer simple, time-honored yogic breathing techniques that allow us to yoke the subconscious mind to the conscious mind.

Alternate Nostril Breathing Links the Subconscious Mind to the Conscious Mind

Alternate nostril breathing is a yogic technique that brings the ida and the pingala to the Light of Awareness. In terms of physiology, alternate nostril breathing links or hooks the autonomic nervous system to the somatic nervous system. In terms of esoteric lore, alternate nostril breathing unites the subtle bodies termed the lower mental body and the higher mental body.  In my own parlance, alternate nostril breathing brings the subconscious mind under the control of the conscious mind.

Here are the steps to take in order to practice alternate nostril breathing …

  1. First, use the right hand to block off the right nostril. The fingers of the right hand are held up, like antennae. (See the image “Alternate Nostril Breathing: Step 1” below.) Inhale long and deep through the left nostril.

  1. Keeping the same finger and hand position, inhale long and deep through the right nostril.
  2. Then switch back to the finger position shown in step 1, and exhale long and deep through the left nostril.

Begin again at Step 1, and continue with this alternate nostril breath for a few minutes, but stop at any time if you begin to feel uncomfortable; and of course, only try the practice on your medical doctor’s advice.

Even Nostril Breathing Unites the Brain Hemispheres So That We Can Experience Cosmic Mind

‘Even nostril breathing’ is a state where the breath flows evenly through both nostrils, uniting the ida and pingala, and uniting the right and left hemispheres of the brain. The result is what has been called ‘Cosmic Mind’ or ‘Universal Mind’. This was a form of Enlightenment available to human beings before the Ascension process that began on Earth in the year 2012.

These breathing practices or pranayama help establish evenness of breath, and also to establish unification of the subconscious and the conscious mind. Some sources suggest that a person visualize energy flowing up the spine while imagining the sound Sooooooo and inhaling; and then that a person visualize energy flowing down the spine while imagining the sound Hummmmmm and exhaling.

I like this idea very much, as it seems to me that it will even out the ascending and descending forces in the spine.

According to my teachings, the subconscious mind is situated in the lower half of the human torso; and the conscious mind is situated in the upper half of the human torso. Thus a person may sense both the subconscious and the conscious minds and their related chakras with each act of inhaling and exhaling.

Sidebar: How to Modify the So Hum Meditation During Times of High Light So As to Unite All Four Minds

I feel it might be possible, now that the Ascension process is taking place, to change the So Hum meditation a little so as to unite all four minds.

According to my teachings, the unconscious mind is situated below the human torso, and the superconscious mind is situated above the human torso. I find I am more likely to sense these two extremes of my energy field during times that we Lightworkers term ‘High Light’. I think of ‘High Light’ as the type of Light in which Earth is bathed during Solar events such as solstices, equinoxes and gateways, and during geostorms and influxes of Solar winds to Earth, which are most likely to occur during Solar Maximums.

When the Earth’s magnetosphere is excited and expanded, then my personal energy field is also excited and expanded. This state of energetic expansion offers me a chance to unite all four minds and to clear and transform their related energies. In the case of the unconscious mind, the related energies are very, very dense. In the case of the superconscious mind, the energies are very, very refined.

So then, putting it all together, during these special times of energetic influx to our planet, I might change up the So Hum Meditation like this …

I might visualize energy welling up from a place far, far below my feet, then coursing up my spine and far up into the sky as I imagine the sound Sooooooo and as I inhale …

Summary

By practicing these breathing techniques, one can unite the subconscious mind with the conscious mind, and one can also unite the hemispheres of the brain. The result is a state of mental unity that lays the foundation for the mystical experience known as Enlightenment.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Over the course of the last week, and even today, what I have been noticing is the threads of the Dark Network, which we have discussed before, and which is turning into the Grid of Light of Earth as the Ascension proceeds. Another name for this Dark Network is ‘photonic entanglement’.

I have a sense, like an intuition, that the entanglement aspect, the striking together of electromagnetic lines of energy, so that they become short-circuited … that entanglement aspect is going to be decreasing as we rise in energy to the higher dimensions. So what we call Duality, the third dimension … which perhaps corresponds with the third chakra, the navel point (and lower) energy in our chakric system … that photonic energy, that crisscrossing of electromagnetic lines might be what is causing the glomming that is going on in the clairaudient plane.

What the glomming is, for me, is like this: All I have to do is to think one dissonant thought, and that thought takes wings, because of the clearing that is going on. That thought attracts the energy of a group of people … it might be from one or two, up to very many; maybe twenty or more people, all of whom are somehow entangled in that dissonant sound or Light frequency.

And it gets more and more entangled, and more and more dense as all the people strum that one off-key string; they all start strumming, and singing that song with their Souls, subconsciously, feeling trapped and unable to get out of it.

So what it takes, to get out is a thinking mind. It takes an analytical ability. Or the Zen-like ability to neutrally witness what is going on in the mind. And so, the minute you notice this, the thing to do is to just sit back; feel the energy of the mid-heart, in the center of the chest, at the approximate level of the physical heart. That is the energy of the fourth dimension (4D).

What I have been noticing recently is, whenever this dissonance occurs, there is a roughness in the spin of the heart chakra, front and back. So what it takes is long, deep breathing … very long and very deep, on both the inhalation and the exhalation. You have to keep that up until the normal energy of the heart can re-establish itself. And then you are set to try again with the higher vibes: the fifth dimension (5D) at the throat, the sixth dimension (6D) at the third eye-point, the seventh dimension (7D) at the crown chakra, the eighth dimension (8D) a little above the head, the ninth dimension (9D) higher above the head … like that.

So then, you will be walking around, doing your work, and all of a sudden, you will think one dissonant thought again. And the unconscious thought cloud of the world will come in to the lower three chakras, old system, what is known as the ‘lower triangle’ in yoga. And you will start unconsciously changing the energy of your entire Light body … mixing it around.

And then you have to start all over again: Witnessing, calming, renewing the Spirit, renewing the resonance … like that.

So, photonic entanglement … You know, we can trace it down with our logical minds all day long, but it really will not result in much. What is really changing things is, first, stepping out of the situation so that the heart can heal, and receiving the Incoming Light that is coming in so fast as we approach the March Equinox, and just being grateful for this clearing that is taking place. The clearing can lead to upset; it can lead to physical pains … ‘Ascension symptoms’, as they say.

But one thing that people overlook is all of the wonderful things that are going to be happening to us as we ascend. And many of those things are far beyond our ken. The thing is, our expectations here on Earth, in the third dimension, are very low. We think of life as a kind of prison. We go to school. We go to our job. We raise the children. We get old. We go to a retirement home. And like that! Prison, really.

We do not know that we can heal our physical bodies. We do not know that we can travel through the dimensions. We do not believe that we can surf the timelines. We just do not believe that we can change everything. We do not believe that we can re-write history. But I am here to tell you: That is what we can do! We can do that!

We can travel all of the dimensions. We can move to the Angelic Realm. We can call the Angelic Realm into the physical reality.

We do not have to hang around with other people’s demons. You know? We can create what we really want for ourselves. And it does not take effort. It does not take slow social change. All it takes is the vision, and the knowledge, that we have the power, through our mid-hearts, through our high hearts (at the level of the thymus gland), and through all of our higher chakras, we can envision and create that reality. Not after the Light comes in, but right now.

So, photonic entanglement … It is a mental puzzle. But the majesty of our Souls … that is the reality right now.

I wish you all the very best, and the highest vision of your own power in the world today. The very highest vision, and the least photonic entanglement; in fact, photonic dis-entanglement today.

This video is about clearing our nadis, or nerve currents, and our axiatonal lines of light, which keep our bodies healthy, and connect our bodies with Laniakea, our home supercluster of galaxies.

Mentioned are keeping the body comfortable, doing long deep breathing, stretching, avoiding wearing metal, getting plenty of rest, having the best possible diet, using quartz crystals to heal the body, and so on. This is for ease of Awakening … so that we may experience cellular joy, and so that our DNA may expand from 2-strand to 12-strand.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

This is a little more about strictures on the body, and what to do about them, and why … The other thing about not hindering the free flow of energy in the body … for instance, not wearing tight clothes, not wearing girdles … also, not wearing metal anywhere on the body, unless it is placed in such a way as to be good for the nadis … like the acupressure and acupuncture lines of energy flow in the body? You do not want to impede them … the energy lines in the body, what the ancient Indians called nadis … they are extensions of the axiatonal lines of light that connect us, through the hairline wormholes, to the entire galaxy, and then some … to all the galaxies … to Laniakea, our home supercluster.

The axiatonal lines of light, when they are within the body, used to be called nadis. But actually, it is still the axiatonal lines of light. Now, they have been kind of constricted and shut down, over the Dark Years. And now, what is happening is, they are plumping out, and filling with Light.

To assist them in doing that, what we need to do, is that we need to not feel any discomfort or stricture in the body … none whatsoever. We just need to look at how we can do that.

And then, to keep them clear, once they fill with Light, we need to continue to practice comfort for the body … ease and comfort for the body; ease and comfort for the muscles. Stretching, to prevent tight muscles. And also, easy breath, to expand the muscles around the heart area. So then, where were we?

Let us say you are doing your yoga to free your back muscles up, or stretching, for your lumbar area, and reaching down to your toes to stretch your legs. And turning your neck, to free up your head. And you are doing your long, deep breathing to expand your chest muscles and relax them. And let us see, what else?

You make sure that your clothes are very loose and comfortable. You are not wearing a girdle. You are not wearing jewelry that will interfere with the circulation.

And your DNA starts to expand … It expands, they say, from 2 strands to 12 strands. And that happens in a way that is probably multidimensional, because, in the third dimension, it will always look like 2 … or so I hear. But what is happening is, you are connecting to the other DNA in the other dimensions.

So you have to keep the body clear. Keep the diet good. Get plenty of rest. Get plenty of stretching. And relax; take care of yourself. And if necessary, use quartz to clear your aura. You know? Whatever it takes.

And just, have a heart for your physical body. Have an awareness of the wonders of it. Do not let any teachings of the past prevent you from taking full advantage of the Ascension energy right now.

The more we wait, the more fear the cells feel, because the Light that is near them … the Light from the nadis … is constricted and dark, compared to the Light that is all around them. We do not want that to happen!

And the minute the nadis are open and free, we feel nothing but joy. So, something to look forward to!

Hello, Dear Ones,

This is about panic attacks and generalized anxiety disorder. I think, when I get anxious … even a little bit anxious … my breathing gets caught up in my throat, and so my guess is that the symptoms of anxiety could be alleviated by doing long, deep breathing, like in yoga. I think that is a first choice.

You know, they sometimes say that one of the reasons people smoke cigarettes is so that they can start long, deep breathing. But I think it is a lot better to just start the breathing, and not worry about the cigarettes.

And the other suggestion I have, has to do with switching from linear thought … from left-brain thinking, logical thinking … to some kind of simple, creative, fun endeavor … like something from childhood. It could be hop scotch. It could be jungle gyms. It could be swinging on a swing. Or it might be coloring, especially with those special little pencils, those colored pencils. You can color a complicated mandala from the internet, or just about anything.

And the thing I have found about that is, it completely cuts off the left brain, and starts me into something that I really love to do, and that is fun. And I forget all about being anxious or upset.

Mental, Physical, and Emotional Control: The Technique of Engulfing with Love . by Alice B. Clagett *

Dear Ones,

Here is a technique to gain total mental, physical, and emotional control. It is the same technique for each of these, but I will go through it with specific examples, as I find practical application more helpful than abstract theory.

PHYSICAL PAIN

Let us start with the physical body, as that’ is something many people are used to. Let us say you notice a specific bodily discomfort or maybe even a deep pain. Could be doctors have put a label on this discomfort or pain for you, but I state unequivocally to you that this label is not helpful. Quite the opposite. If you want to heal the physical body, take care not to imagine with your mind that this feeling has a label that will lead the body to this historically proven conclusion. Instead, feel the pain exactly as it is.

Imagine that the pain is a gift to you from God. Why not see what gift this is? Keep feeling this gift, this pain, as you also feel how your physical body and energy field feel around the pain. With an attitude of curious exploration, and of deep, loving gratitude, keep both the pain and the surrounding painlessness in your awareness. You will find the two energies become one generalized energy field, and the pain will go away.

Now, to the extent you hold a belief that the pain will not go away, it will not. So while you do this healing work on your body, place your awareness totally on your body, not on your mind. If thoughts do surface during your physical healing process, then you may momentarily use the following technique for controlling and calming the mind. It takes less than a second.

CONTROLLING OUR MENTAL PROCESSES

Many of us would like to be more aware of our thought processes … both surface thoughts and thoughts springing from the deep subconscious mind. We might practice a proven technique to calm the mind, such as …

  • the Zen technique of counting to 10 over and over again.
  • Or the yogic technique of long deep breathing.
  • Or the Indian technique of feeling the breath as it moves into and out of our nostrils.
  • Or by chanting a mantra, and so on.

We cannot always prevent thoughts from surfacing, though, so if you notice a thought, or train of thought, during your mind calming procedure, here’s what to do:

Be aware that a mental process is occurring. Do not blame yourself for this thought; do not feel a sense of failure or any other negative emotion; rather, be thankful that you noticed the thought. Classify for yourself what kind of thought it was. A memory? The beginning of a fantasy? A story about something? An analytical thought? A judgment?

So the point here is not to concentrate on the content of the thought, but simply to pigeonhole it. And then to return to your mind calming procedure.

TO OVERCOME ATTEMPTS AT MIND CONTROL

Historically, some spiritual adepts have been described as being able to control the minds of others. Rasputin, for instance, was known for this ability. And there is a lot of popular lore in this regard.

Before we continue further, and so as to know what we’re really dealing with, it’s good to note that the mental bodies extend far beyond the brain. In fact, almost all our other bodies … the physical, etheric, and emotional or astral bodies, and the body of light  … are permeated by the mental bodies, higher and lower, which extend beyond them; the exception being the body of light (also termed the ‘causal’ or ‘spiritual’ body), which permeates and extends beyond each of our other bodies.

What to do if you feel an attempt is being made to control your mind? There is one good technique that is quite similar to the physical pain healing technique described above. Let us say you notice a thought that seems foreign, ‘not your own.’ Now, at that moment, feel the actual energy of the thought … is it a throbbing in the frontal lobe? Does it feel like an energy whirling in or around the head, or at the level of the navel point, the sexual organs, or perhaps the rectum? Whatever the energy feels like, concentrate on that energy … and not on the thought itself.

Imagine that the energy your mind has labeled ‘not you’ is a gift to you from God. Why not find out what gift this is? Keep feeling this gift, this ‘not you’ energy, as you also feel how your energetic body feels around the ‘not you-ness.’ With an attitude of curious exploration, and of deep, loving gratitude, keep both the ‘not you’ energy and the surrounding energy of your mental body in your awareness. You will find the two energies become one generalized energy field, and the ‘not you’ energy will integrate with your aura.

CONTROLLING UNWANTED EMOTIONS

If we want to be fully developed, fully aware human beings, then control of the emotions is an important consideration. By this I don’t mean inhibition of unwanted emotions, which process always leads to trouble, and sometimes very deep trouble indeed. Rather I refer to integration of unwanted emotions into the emotional body as a whole. By this time you probably get the drift of what I’m about to say.

ANGER OR FEAR

In a nutshell: Feel the most obvious physical sensation that your mind is labeling ‘anger’ or ‘fear.’ Imagine that this unwanted emotion is a gift to you from God.

Why not find out what gift this is? Keep feeling this gift, this physical sensation, as you also feel how your physical body and energy field feel around the physical sensation. With an attitude of curious exploration, and of deep, loving gratitude, keep both the physical sensation and the surrounding energy in your awareness. You will find the two energies become one generalized energy field, and the physical sensation will integrate with your aura.

Then repeat the procedure with any other physical sensations related to the unwanted emotion.

SEXUAL AROUSAL

Things being as they are in Western culture, quite a few people are concerned to minimize the chance of feeling their sexuality at moments that are socially unacceptable … maybe with regard to the wrong person, or at the wrong time, for instance. Since sexuality is an inescapable part of our makeup, and always a force to contend with, and to creatively redirect, as necessary, it’s good to know that the above technique can be used to diffuse sexual arousal. To wit:

  • Feel the most obvious physical sensation associated with the concept your mind labels ‘sexual arousal.’
  • Imagine that this unwanted physical sensation is a gift to you from God. Why not find out what gift this is?
  • Keep feeling this gift, this physical sensation, as you also feel how your energy field feels around the sexual energy. With an attitude of curious exploration, and of deep, loving gratitude, keep both the physical sensation and the surrounding energy in your awareness — You will find the two energies become one generalized energy field, and the physical sensation will integrate with your aura.

One more thing about sexual arousal … the persistence of such a feeling has a lot to do with thoughts, especially repetitive thoughts, which precede the sensation of arousal and persist throughout the experience. When the thoughts stop, the feeling soon stops as well. So, if you notice mental involvement during the diffusing process, then you may wish to momentarily use the previously mentioned technique for controlling and calming the mind, which takes less than a second.
