SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Well, so, this morning, on the astral internet, there was a theological discussion, and it was so cool! Theological discussion is one of my favorite things, because it goes straight to the source of reality … of who we are and what our purpose is in life.

And it answers the big questions, you know? The huge questions. So, I recently came upon a group of people who are very learned in their way of discussing it. And I would say the way that they do it is better, even, than what they call the parliamentary process, where everyone has a chance to state their point of view. And everyone votes on that. And then that becomes the way that things are for people.

The way that they do it is highly respectful, and very insightful … very learned. Very cool. A very cool what might be called ‘Soul resonance’ when they discuss. I have a feeling that they way that they do that … is it called ‘elocution’? … that way of talking, is going to be close to the way that we people of New Earth relate to each other in harmony, and make decisions about what vision we want for Earth, and for the children of Earth, and for the future of Earth, and so forth.

Setting all that aside, let me get down to the point that was made this morning. I had made a point … I remember the exact day. It was maybe 20 years ago … My good friend at the time, he had a friend who was an atheist … an absolute atheist. And I was experiencing ecstatic states of union with God. And so, my point of view was completely different from this person’s point of view.

And so, we were all sitting down for lunch, right? And so, the topic came up: Is there a God? This person’s name was Charlie. He and I were talking it over. And he said:

Prove to me that there is a God!

You cannot say that there is a God … There is no proof; it was like that. So I just waited for an answer, for a minute.

And the thing that came out … you have heard of this … was this

When a fish is swimming in the water, it doesn’t know that there’s water there. That’s just its home … Its home is the water.

And in the same way: Here we are in physical form, swimming in God. And we just don’t know it, because God is all around us. Everything that we see, is God. And we are part of God.

And I remember, Charlie got really aggravated over that, because it’s the kind of response where the logical mind cannot step in, you know? He is still kind of mulling it over in the back of his mind right now, 20 years later, I suspect … I’m sorry, Charlie, I didn’t mean to upset you!

So anyway, this morning that topic came up again. And I started out with the argument I had offered Charlie. And another person on the astral plane added a refinement; they honed the talk.

I do not know the exact words to use, but you start with a proposition, and you either prove it or disprove it. And along the way, as you are coming up with what is more true, you hone the details of the truth. Ok?

So, on the astral plane, what this other person said … which I thought was very wise, was this …

In the same way that a fish doesn’t know that it’s in the water, unless there’s a little ripple in the water that it can sense,  we humans don’t know that we’re within God, unless God sends us a ripple of grace, through the Holy Spirit.

That’s pretty cool, huh? So, we feel the grace, just like, back at the time when Charlie and I conversed, I was feeling this wonderful presence of God, through the incoming grace … the Divine grace of the Holy Spirit. And that is how I knew! That’s how I knew what to say to Charlie. And that’s how I knew that there was a God.

And so, I am very grateful for this astral talk this morning, that clued me in to quite a bit. I hope there are many such discussions in the future …

Not only about whether or not God exists, and whether or not we are feeling the influx of grace into our hearts and into our reality … into our families, and into our communities, and into our nations, and all over Earth. Whether we are feeling Christ’s love coming in, and touching us, and lighting our lives.

But also, the nuts and bolts: What are we going to do? What are we going to do about better education for children? What are we going to do about wise leadership for the world? What are we going to do about careful husbanding of the resources of this planet? And so forth …

All those questions can be dealt with in the same way: With that kind of Soul resonance, that kind of wisdom. Seeking the truth; seeking the real nature of things; finding out the true solution to things. Rather than standing within ourselves and saying: This is the way it has to be! [laughs]

Because where we are … in the Now … the way it has to be, changes on a dime. Changes in a second flat. And we, ourselves, have to be poised … like a skater on an ice rink … Ready to change. Ready to whirl around. Ready to stop on a dime. You know what I mean?

It is really exhilarating. I am very glad to be alive now. And I am very glad that you are sharing this journey with me.

Talk to you later!

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Angeles Crest Mile Marker 30.02

I am up here in the Angeles Crest today, in the high mountains to the east of Los Angeles. at Angeles Crest Highway (Route 2) Mile Marker 30.02. And if you perk there, in the tiny little parking lot, you can take a trail that goes steadily up into the mountains.

It used to be that there was a beautiful experimental pine forest up here. But a few years ago, it burned down. But it is still a beautiful hike … beautiful air. The scent of the living things in the mountains just cannot be beat.

Thoughts About a Young Man Who Was in a Road Accident

And so, I had a good walk today. And on the way up the road to this turnoff, I went past an accident. it is a windy road … it is the Angeles Crest Highway (Route 2). It is a windy road that is frequented by motorcyclists and bikers, as well as sightseeing cars.

And there on a curve of the road, a young man had had an accident. Maybe he was in his 20s or early 30s. He was lying on the road, and there were emergency vehicles clustered round. And it looked to me as if he were about to leave his body for this time around.

So I pulled over, and I wished him God speed on his journey … whether it was to healing in the hospital, or to departure into disincarnate form for a while. I wished him the help of his guides and his healers. And then I went on, to go on this hike.

Evanescence of Life … What Really Counts?

And all the way up the hill here … See? It is a big hill. I do no know if you can tell … All the way up the hill I was thinking how evanescent life really is. How little time we really have. How the time speeds by. And how each moment counts so much. How we have to decide why we are here: What is our Soul’s purpose? What do we really want to do with our lives? How do we want to spend each moment? You know?

It is pretty important. You never know how long our assignment’s going to be. So that was my thought for today. And my thought for myself was: I would really like to spend it walking in the mountains and chanting God’s name … That is just my idea. I cannot think of anything grander!

Whatever your idea is … whatever the best thing is for you … I hope you have a change to do it. I hope your life is not cut short before your Soul’s purpose can be achieved. You know?

And I hope that young man, who was lying there so still on the road, had a chance to achieve something glorious before he passed on … Or if he went to the hospital, then he still has a chance to do it.

You all take care!

Dear Ones,

This video is about Soul purpose and the gift of grace. After the video is an edited Summary of what is in it, and after that the blog continues with related topics.

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones.

This is my cat Lucy here. [shows cat] She is camera-shy. She is an older cat. She hangs out with me in the mornings, and then she goes outdoors and does that ‘wild thing’ in the afternoon.

It is really early in the morning here right now. I cannot go outside and record right now; it is too dark. I could sit out there, but I cannot record, so I thought I would record something inside for you, because it is the reason I woke up so early …

On Erroneously Characterizing the Events in Our Lives

Things happen, and we categorize them with our minds, something like: Oh, this is just a coincidence. Or: Oh, this hostile thing happened to me during the day. You know? We set these events aside from ourselves. And what we do not realize is that the Divine is always working with us, moment to moment, in the Now, to help us to learn what we need to learn, you know? That is why we are here.

So an event that appears to be just a coincidence might be something that the Divine has given as a gift to us, to help us understand some lesson. And in the same way, what we might consider to be a hostile encounter, during the day, might have that same, wonderful intention. And we might benefit from it greatly.

A Lesson from My Cat Lucy

So yesterday, I came up with nothing in the way of Soul lessons. The only thing I came up with was that, being around a cranky cat in the morning would help me to gain patience. [laughs] … Not very useful, but true: She is pretty cranky in the morning, and I have to be patient.

Recent Subconscious Clearing

But this morning, at about 4 am, I woke up, and I could not get back to sleep, because I was feeling this wonderful clarity of mind, instead of going through all this subconscious stuff that I have been going through, and dealing with. It has been welling up from my lower brain, from my vital body, and I have been looking at it, and I have been pretty much appalled.

LIfe Purpose (Soul Purpose)

So but this morning I woke up and my mind was clear, for once. And I got to thinking about life purpose … the reason we incarnate …

Reality as a Hologame (Hologram)

And I got to thinking about how we live in a hologame, and how the moment that we are born, and the moment that we pass, are carefully arranged to help us to achieve our Soul purpose. And so, it is not random; it is a gift of the Divine to us: The length of our life; the beginning and end of our life …

Rediscovering Our Connection with the Divine

And all the things in between, these are all with one intention: To help us rediscover our connection with the Divine. And each person has their own Soul purpose, for this journey into this dense, physical reality. Know what I mean?

Past Traumas Stored as AV Clips in Our Bodies

So I got to thinking about how it is all a hologame, or hologram. consisting of audiovisual … and other senses … combined into bright pictures.

And then I got to thinking about all the clearing work that we are doing … and how these bright pictures of past traumas … both in this lifetime and in other lifetimes … get stuck in our physical bodies. I had one here once [points to left cheekbone, near left temporomandibular joint] … and in other places in my physical body … the back of my heart, and in my shoulders.

Different places for different people. It is like, at the moment when this trauma happens, it has the thrust of the lesson for this particular lifetime; it is so intense that, instead of processing it at the moment that it happens, we store it someplace in our body.

It is an audiovisual file; it might have smell, or some other sense, in it as well. And it is actually stored in our physical body until the time when we can open up this gift from the Divine that seems so much like the opposite:

It seems like a hostile event that happens to us, but in fact, it contains the wisdom that we need to attain in this lifetime, which is folded up, like a tiny flower, inside of that stored trauma … what we call ‘trauma’, mistakenly.

To Clear Our Energy Is to Open a Gift from the Divine

So the process of clearing, that we have all been going through … that the whole Earth has been going through … is really a process of opening the gifts that the Divine gives us. It is not getting rid of something bad; it is finding out something good, you know?

Life Review: Stored Trauma . Audiovisual Snapshots

So then I thought about my life, and I thought: There are certain very vivid memories that I have, like ‘snapshots’ of events. Could be really good, but lots of times it is the events that happened that were really, really bad. And there are not that many of them; maybe 10, maybe 20 really, really dramatic moments in my life, starting with the moment I was born. I remember very clearly!

And so I thought: I will just review these audiovisual files, and I will find out my Soul purpose. You know? It is not that hard, really. It is just that we have a tendency to view what is happening from the standpoint of ego: As a threat to us. But in fact, it is a gift; it is a present from the Divine, to help us remember our joy, and what we really are. You know what I mean?

So I thought about these things. And all in the space of a couple of minutes, in this moment of clarity that I had at 4 a.m., I came up with every single audiovisual event that I had buried.

My Soul Purpose: To Learn to Love Universally

And I came up with my life purpose too. It was very obvious, from the very first … the very first thing that happened, the moment I was born … and all the things that followed that were traumatic, had to do with one particular Soul gift that I wanted to receive. And that was, to learn to love universally. It was very clear.

Social Norms versus Soul Purpose

And in that way … when I thought of it like that … the things that have happened in my life, that are outside the norm of society … Society has certain notions; for instance, the notion that one should live a long, happy, married life, and have children that will take care of us in our old age.

That is a social norm. And my life has not been like that, at all. I mean, it just has not fit the norm, you know? And I would venture to say that almost everyone … I do not know where they get this ‘norm’ from, because a lot of people do not fit it … [laughs] … quite a few people do not.

The people that do role play the norm, do not fit the notion that … very seldom do I find really happily married couples with children. If they are happily married, then when the children come, things happen. You know? All kinds of things happen in life.

So, some way or another, we achieve our Soul purpose, despite the fact that we are always holding ourselves up against some phantom notion of how happiness can be achieved … that is created, really, by the subconscious; by the Mind of the World. The Subconscious Thought Cloud of the World comes up with these ideas. Not through awareness, but through ‘osmosis’, I guess you would say … unaware ‘osmosis’.

Conscious Choices in Life

The thing is, we have our choice. That is as I see it. We can measure our lives in terms of the unconscious thought processes of other people, which create what I call a ‘social norm’ … and we can consider we are successful or unsuccessful, according to that unconscious notion.

Or we can take the conscious approach: We can review our audiovisual files, and determine where we are with uncovering and discovering our Soul purpose for this incarnation. So, choices! It is a good thing.

ON LEAVING ALL TO FOLLOW CHRIST – LUKE 14: 25-34 (KJV, public domain)

8 September 2013: The Bible passage — from Luke 14 — at church today reminded me in some ways of the process of discovering our Soul purpose. Here’s the passage, along with a few notes in blue font:

25 “And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,

26 “If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

27 “And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.”

[Our preacher explained that the above was an example of hyperbole … exaggeration … often used by rabbis in Christ’s day. He said that what Christ really meant was not that a person should hate family, and his own life, but that a person should love his own Christ consciousness more than any family or personal love. That is to say, we must learn to love unconditionally, to love all creatures, great and small, just as Christ did.]

28 “For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

29 “Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,

30 “Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.”

[The above passage means, to me: Here we are, living this life. Yet we don’t sit down and figure out what it will take to finish it properly. ]

31 “Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?

32 “Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.

33 “So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.”

[The last sentence above takes some thinking about. How does it relate to the preceding passage on war? I think of it like this: We want to make the right judgments in life. We don’t want to allow the circumstances of life to overwhelm our Soul purpose. How can we be sure of this? By being a disciple of Christ. That is to say: through learning, and ever practicing, Christ consciousness.]

TASTELESS SALT IS WORTHLESS

34 “Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?”

[I take the above passage on salt like this: We cannot be ‘the salt of the Earth’ unless we retain our true flavor. What is that flavor? What is our true worth? That is for us to discover.]

ON SEEING ADVERSITIES IN LIFE AS GOD’S GRACE

And here is a hymn we sang at church … “Blessings” by Laura Story. To me, the chorus of this hymn is another way of saying: Why not treat the adversities and setbacks in our lives as a gift of grace?
