MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH DIFFERENT SLEEPING DIRECTIONS

Final Diary Update

7/27/2016. I am 6 days into sleeping ‘with my head to the rising sun.’ Every night, my sleep has been completely restful. It is easy to sleep till dawn, if I want to. I no longer feel fearful or always ‘on alert’. My endocrine system is rebalancing, as my adrenal glands are no longer overworked, and that makes me feel a little sluggish during the day. I expect the sluggish feeling to go away as soon as my body gets used to the new endocrine balance.

I anticipate that others of us who are beginning to develop the ascension skill of EMF sensitivity (what the World Health Organization calls EMF Hypersensitivity) will begin to notice how their sleeping direction affects their astral bodies and endocrine systems as well.

Head to the North or South

For some years, I had been sleeping on my back, hands lightly on my heart, with head South or North, and feet in the opposite direction.

At night, I was experiencing gloms with the unconscious thought cloud of world (specifically other people’s negative emotional Lower Mental Body thoughts and emotions … hellworld thought forms), and almost no conscious thoughts from others (thoughts from their Upper Mental Bodies). This continued on during the day.

Head to the West

7/21/2016. On retiring, I tried placing my head West and feet East. I felt a strong energy flowing over my body from the South; this energy carried the unconscious thought cloud of the world, which did not enter my EMF torus. Instead I experienced the Upper Mental Body and Lower Mental Body thought forms of other people as they flowed over me. Insistent attempts were made by other people’s Lower Mental Body thought forms to penetrate my astral body through the first chakra, but these failed.

7/22/2016. This day during the daylight hours I less often heard the Lower Mental Body thought forms of others on the clair plane. More often, I heard the more rational clair conversations of their Upper Mental Bodies.

Head to the East

7/22/2016. On retiring, I tried placing my head East and feet West … the opposite of the day before. I heard a very strong, insistent, very low sound in my right ear, almost like the sound of a very quietly humming motor. I felt as if I were in a regeneration chamber. It felt like my astral matter was vibrating and healing as a result of this very low sound.

7/23/2016. This day during the daylight hours, just as yesterday, I less often heard the Lower Mental Body thought forms of others on the clair plane. More often, I heard the more rational clair conversations of their Upper Mental Bodies.

Changes I Experienced

7/23/2016. Both yesterday and today, I can feel the change in composition of my astral matter. After just two nights of sleeping East-West rather than North-South …

I less often hear the Lower Mental Body thought forms of others on the clair plane. This applies while both sleeping and waking.
More often, I hear the more rational clair conversations of their Upper Mental Bodies. This also applies while both sleeping and waking.
Also, my astral matter has begun to be more refined.

HINDU TEXTS ON BEST POSITION OF HEAD DURING SLEEP: EAST OR SOUTH

I have read that the Vishnu Purana, a famous Hindu text, recommends placing the head to the East or South while lying down, so as to avoid becoming diseased …

The Hindu texts also advise that Hell, where sinners are tormented after death, and the abode of Yama, the god of Death, is located “in the south of the universe and beneath the earth” …

This ‘dis’ to the direction South may apply to the notion of not sleeping with feet to the South.

In Hinduism, Hell is where demons and devils and torture of human Souls occurs. So it could be that in India, where people in general are in tune with astral plane phenomena, it is generally understood that these sorts of negative astral phenomena are associated with the direction South. The question then arises, would this be the South Pole, or Earth’s magnetic South, which is in Greenland? More on this later.

I see that there has been quite a bit of research to try and figure out the scientific basis for the Hindu teachings, and will go over a little of it, along with my own notions, below.

WHY PLACE THE HEAD TO THE EAST?

As the Sun heats up one side of Earth, the other side of Earth, the night side, is cooling off. This temperature difference creates a change in the Plane of Forces, the force in question being Electric in nature. And electric current is created. This I have been able to verity …

The next claim made in the literature I read is that an electric current passing through the human body creates irritation at the exit point, and that it were better this irritation occur at the feet than at the head, which is complicated in structure and delicate. This seems reasonable to me.

However, I saw one photo of an electric injury to a human hand at the entry point, so clearly electric injury, when the current is very high, can occur at the point of entry. My thought is that the East-West electric current of Earth must be beneficially low; otherwise sleep would not be refreshing.

Another claim is that the Sun energy entering the head is cooling, and that on exiting the feet it is warming. As the Sun is a warm energy, I cannot figure this out, although in real life, it feels true to me. When I sleep with my head to the East, I do wake up with a cool head and warm feet. Go figure!

As to whether the East-West electric current (caused by the Sun heating one side of Earth) courses directly through the body, or creates a circular current within the body, I have not been able to discover.

In sleeping with the head to the West, I have felt an insistent pressure of energy all along the south side of my body, like a wave of energy passing over it from the South.
In sleeping with the head to the East, I have heard a sound in my right ear, very low, like a motor noise, that seems to vibrate through every atom of my body in a rejuvenating way.

I do not know how these observed Plane of Forces phenomena relate to the path of Earth’s East-West electric current through the body. However, my sense of rejuvenation with the head to the East leads me to prefer that sleeping position.

WHY PLACE THE HEAD TO THE SOUTH?

The explanations I have found about this have to do with the Plane of Forces energy of Magnetism. I have found various places descriptions as follows …

Magnetic opposites attract.
The feet, which are South for the human magnetic field, must be placed North so that they will not be repelled by the Earth’s magnetic field.

However, I have also read the following …

“The North geomagnetic pole, located near Greenland in the northern hemisphere, is actually the south pole of the Earth’s magnetic field, and the South geomagnetic pole is the north pole.” — from Link: “Earth’s Magnetic Field” … https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth%27s_magnetic_field ..

I got this from Wikipedia, and feel it is true; therefore, the Wikipedia information invalidates the above theory.

From this sketch, if we point our feet north while sleeping, then the South of our personal EMF will be aligned with Earth’s South. Since Earth is the Great Mother, I theorized that our personal EMFs might actually be created by Earth’s EMF.

In other words, the water and iron and other magnetizable parts of our bodies might be magnetized by Earth’s magnetic field as we sleep (thus reinforcing our personal EMF torus). The question was, which way would the body magnetize relative to Earth’s magnetic field? Along those lines, I got very little from the literature. Here it is …

Magnetization of the Human Body While Standing on Earth’s South Pole

It looks to me as if the part of the nail touching the magnet becomes the South pole of the nail. If this type of magnetization applies for humans with regard to Earth, then this would be good for people standing on Earth’s South Pole (i.e., its North magnetic pole. But there are not many people doing this.

Magnetization of the Human Body While Standing on One’s Head in Greenland

In this image the nail is touching the South pole of a coiled magnetic field, and the point of the nail that is touching becomes the North pole of the nail. This would work well for people standing on their heads on Earth’s South pole (i.e., in Greenland), but there are not many people doing this.

Theory of Earth, the Great Magnetic Mother

Most of us are not situated at Earth’s poles; we are somewhere nearer the middle of Earth. I would like to propose that most humans are, in this regard, simply a very tiny part of Earth’s huge magnetic field. As such, when we sleep, no matter whether we are in the Northern Hemisphere or the Southern Hemisphere, I feel we then are invigorated by … and our magnetic energy is replenished by … Earth’s magnetic field, provided our feet … our magnetic South … point toward Earth’s ‘feet’, her magnetic South, in Greenland.

SLEEPING WITH THE HEAD NORTH

What would happen if we slept with our head pointing to Earth’s geographic North (which would be Earth’s magnetic South)?

Theoretically, our bodies would reverse magnetically. I could see where this would bring the energies of Earth’s lower chakras into contact with our personal higher chakras.

Since the lower chakric energies of our noosphere contain both negative and positive energies, this would, theoretically, bring our sleeping minds into contact with such negative lower energies as Satan, demons, devils, unhappy ghosts, and negative emotions such as pride, anger, greed, sloth, ambition, lust, attachment, and so on.

REM DIFFERENCES IN SLEEPING EAST-WEST

There have been studies that suggest sleeping East-West causes less REM sleep. The articles I read suggest that this may be a drawback, as REM sleep is necessary to rejuvenation of the body …

However, I have not been able to find out anything about how much REM sleep is optimal.

It is possible that North-South sleeping causes too much REM sleep, and that East-West sleeping causes optimal REM sleep. This might be why I have experienced less disturbed dreaming while sleeping East-West.

CONCLUSION

In my own experience, sleeping with the head either to the East or to the West relieves the experience of astral visitors from the demon realm, whether obsessive or occasional; as well as negative energies. I have found that sleeping with my head to the East is a little better than sleeping with my head to the West.

When I sleep with my head to the North, I experience quite an astral negative commotion, highlighted by the V— D— mental filter … the energies of astral rape. The same holds true when I sleep with my head to the South, only less so. This I find disagreeable; thus, I have decided to avoid sleeping with my head to the South, even though some of the texts I read recommend it.

Your own experience of the pros and cons of various sleeping directions may be completely different from mine. I urge you to experiment, and find out what is best for you.

This is about some energies I found near the outer edge of the big ley line intersection that, at the time of my visit, was near the town of Why and Organ Pipe National Monument, both of which are in Arizona.

Keep in mind that the Balanced Vortex that is in that area is quite large … more than 200 miles in radius. Unusual energy phenomena might be found anywhere along the perimeter (the fluctuating outside edge of the vortex), both in Arizona and in Mexico.

I would just like to talk about this place for a moment right now. I sense here some ancient black magic. I do not know if it is just momentary … because of the way that solar events are happening right now … or if this section of Earth has the kind of energy like that. I think it is something to be careful of and look out for. I will tell you something else, if we get out of the sunlight and the noise …

Here we have, in this cloud too, which is rather large, lack of form … formlessness … like chaos … just a feeling of chaotic lack of form …

I tried to get off of that road I was on, just now … which is near a small town. I started to go back the way I came, and it said “One way. Do not enter.” So I figured this must be a one-way street going the other way. So I went that way instead.

I found myself in a kind of ‘sandwich’: There was the freeway; and beside it, my one-way road; and on the other side of that, and embankment and railroad tracks.

I went, and I went. It was alongside a freeway, and on the other side was a railroad track that you could not get across. The frontage road just went on and on like that. Finally I found a place to turn across the railroad tracks.

I thought I would mention a few things that I ran into, at a gas station and convenience store where I stopped, at this town.

First Thing: A Talking Sign

The first thing that happened was this … I turned in, and there was a big sign, as you go in. It said something like: Own 10 acres for a couple hundred dollars a month.

And then I looked on the other side of this huge sign, and it said: Own 40 acres for less than 500 dollars a month.

So I said to myself: Well, I wonder where these acres are, and what they are like.

And then, on the astral plane, I heard: The question to ask is: “In town or out of town?”

So I said: Ok … “In town or out of town?”

And they said: Very near town.

I am not used to signs talking to me. And so I turned around, and I looked very carefully at the sign … And I could not see anything unusual about it. So I said: Where are you, anyway?

And whatever being it was, said: Oh, I am attached to the sign.

I said: Well, where did you come from? [laughs]

And it said: Oh, I am with the guy that has the sign.

I said: Oh, ok, that is fine. [laughs]

And so I walked inside, and I said: Are you in form, or are you not in form, right now?

It said: I am not in form.

I said: Well, what are you doing there? (I was just curious.)

And it said: Well, I died … You know? Or … I have to sell. These were my acres … Or something like that; something very unusual.

So there was a talking sign … I mean, an entity near a sign. I could not see the entity.

Second Thing: The Running Whistler

So I went inside and I came back out, and here was this gentleman. He was running after a pickup truck that was loaded down with some kind of unusual equipment. And he was whistling … trying to get him to stop. And the people in the pickup truck did not stop; they went on out of the parking lot, and away.

So I was just standing there, wondering what the deal was. And then the man who had been running started to approach me. And it seemed, from what he started to say, that he was travelling with his wife, and that he was hoping to get some money from me. My intuition told me to say that I was sorry, I could not do it. So I did. And then I left.

Third Thing: A Mural

The next thing that I saw in this small town was a mural painted on a wall. The wall was red brick, and the mural was black, with stylized paintings from the Western United States desert. [hears train whistle] … It gave me a certain feeling, similar to these other feeling that I had had. Maybe the feeling had to do with an issue regarding the colors red and black, in black magic lore, that I have discussed before …

Whoa! … Making a lot of noise because of that junction that I just came across … to make sure nobody gets caught there. Pretty good, huh? It knows where it is heading.

So anyway, I had these unusual experiences … sort of a feeling of foreboding, and that something odd was there, you know? … Not the usual …

After I left, I kept hearing the couple … the man and his wife … calling after me to come back, for some reason. It was a bit haunting; a bit odd. And then I saw this series of clouds, that I just showed you … demon feeding, wormy contrails, vulture, chaos.

What I have to say about all this is: You see, I am on my way … reasonably close … maybe within a day’s journey of a place on Earth where a lot of ley lines … an extremely large number of ley lines … intersect.

I found in the past that, as I am approaching places like this, unusual energy events are sensed.

For instance, the last time I approached one, it felt, that evening, like all kinds of lines of negative energy … of any axiatonal lines I had, that had some darkening in them … were all activated at the same time.

That can be a bit overwhelming. So what I did was, I just sat for a long time that night, and everything cleared up; and then turned into a very bright, pure, vitalizing energy.

I attribute that experience to the fact that I was approaching an intersection of a lot of ley lines. Why that happens, I do not know; but I just thought I would mention it, for those that are finding themselves in such vicinities.

You will see a lot of ley line maps on Google Images … but you will find that they are greatly at variance with each other … massively at variance. So what you have to do, I feel, if you are going on a trip … wherever you are heading … is to just check out all the maps, and see if any of them indicate intersections of ley lines. And then, when you get there, see if that is what you feel … if that is how you sense it.

So! … This time, as I am approaching such a place, the feeling that I got … right around this town … probably just temporarily … probably just to do with my presence here … There was a feeling of a ‘pulling in’ of Dark strands, down here. The cloud readings supported that.

I will say it is a first for me … It is an unusual first. So it is something else to look out for, if you are looking around for ley line intersections and vitalizing energy, I think. Just look out for the distantly surrounding areas, and see if you see any other sorts of anomalies that would balance that.

So! [waves]

P.S. To me, this cloud reading here, which is a little more outside town, is a bit more positive. I see it as a willingness to move forward … where an inchoate mass of clouds … that cloud reading back there [to the left] becomes more formed, and more determined to move forward, into the New …

That is this cloud reading, from my perspective … It looks like the ley line situation is changing.

INTERPRETATION OF SIGNS IN THE VIDEO

The perimeter area I was passing through was in an economically depressed zone. Here are some of the phenomena I sensed there ,,,

Signs in the Clouds

Signs in the clouds I first saw there included: a small demon feeding on something, a wormy contrail, a vulture’s head, and chaotic lack of form.

4D – 3D Signs

In 4D, I sensed an astral entity promoting a land sale sign. And so here we have, I feel, death of dreams. Apparently the owner of the land had passed on, and so here there was a ghost of a person who had wanted to sell his land, but had passed on before that could be done, and who was persisting in and promoting his dream after passing on.

In 3D, there was a mural, black images on a red brick wall, that bore a feeling of ancient black magic.

Also in 3D, there was a man at a gas station chasing a truck that was leaving the lot. The truck did not stop … a sign that the chaser believed his dreams would not come true. Then the chaser began to ask me for a dole; intuition told me to let him down easy.

His wife and vehicle were there at the gas station. It seemed to me to be a tense situation for him, as he was an older African American soliciting from a demographic of Caucasians not too friendly toward diversity. And so here we have, I gather, a feeling lack of abundance and love; that people feel hostile to him. A feeling that dreams will not be fulfilled.

Also in 3D, a one-way road sandwiched between a freeway and a railroad track … no place to turn off the road for many miles. And so here we have, I would say, inability to exercise free will.

Foreboding, Negative Clair Chatter

My own feeling was one of foreboding. Lots of negative astral chatter. I feel these phenomena are typical of the perimeter of a Balanced Vortex, possibly because the center of the vortex creates much change in the human energy bodies, and that for the better.

So the feeling of foreboding may be that which deters those not of strong will from experiencing change for the better.

Negative astral chatter … the activation of our samskaras … tends to come up just before or during energy events, because it is the samskarically impaired axiatonal lines … our lines of Light that are slightly damaged … that are about to be cleared, or in the process of being cleared and ‘plumped up’ by the energy event.

Clearing: Human Axiatonal Lines and Earth’s Ley Lines

This feeling of personal axiatonal lines clearing agrees with my intuitive interpretation that the darker ley line energies of Earth herself are also being pulled in and balanced at the perimeter of ley line intersections.

The last cloud reading … willingness to move forward … indicated to me that I had gotten out of that energetic zone, and was moving closer to the center of the Balanced Vortex.

Energetic Variations at Vortices and Vortex ‘Wander’

My feeling is that the energies of an Earth vortex as well as the energies of the vortex perimeter may vary depending on solar events, astrological phenomena, seasons, weather, and noospheric shifts.

I also feel that Earth’s vortices may shift around or ‘wander’ some. Here is one ley-line map … the center of the lower-left vortex, at the time I visited there, seemed to be shifted more to the right, below Tucson, and near the international border …

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I am out here at the junction of a dirt road, Route 500, which goes from the north edge of Navajo Lake, up the way, down this way to Pagosa Hot Springs. And then there is another road here, Route 551 [pans to intersecting, dirt road] that goes off, down this way … all the way to Dulce, New Mexico.

However, I started down that road, and then it went into Native American lands, and then it went down low, by the river, and my little car would not make it down that way. While I was down that way, I came across some early settlements that are now ghost towns.

Right now I am over here at the Juanita Cemetery. I stopped by here, and checked out all the names on the crosses, and like that, because of something that happened on the way down towards Dulce, which I will tell you about right now.

I was going down along the river [looks left, while standing in front of the cemetery] … that side of the river, because the rivers come together at the junction. And I came across a couple of houses … I have pictures of them …

… and I was just wondering about the history of the houses as I left. and I started to hear the voices of two people talking …

On Speaking with Ghosts. I will say that this does happen to me once in a while, but not very frequently, that I hear what you all call ‘ghosts’ … Some people call them ‘Earth-bound spirits’ … They might be very attached to being where they are. They are not quite ready to pass, when they pass on. Or in this case, they were taken by surprise. And so they just were not quite prepared for leaving.

And so people call them ‘Earth-bound’, but really, they are just hanging around their favorite places, trying to come to some conclusions before they move on, on the astral plane, to all the Soul learning that is available to them there, and also on the mental plane.

Sometimes I think that, if there is a sudden incident or upset on passing, there is an upset body elemental memory that stays, and can talk, and all that, but does not really know that it has passed on, and is waiting to resolve some Soul upset. You know?

That is what I call a ‘fractal’ … It is a memory; it is a kind of a part or energy of the great Soul that went on, but it is not really the Soul. It is a trauma energy, an audiovisual clip that remains, and continues to replay an upset scene …

On the Ghost of a Mormon Child Named Gad. You will recall, a year or so ago I went to a Mormon cemetery that is now on Native American lands. [Homol’ovi State Park in Arizona]

First, while I was walking, I ran into … I am not sure of the right name of it … It was like a Happy Hunting Ground, an afterworld …

A group of Native Americans who had passed on, passed by overhead, and were talking to me about the situation. There was among them someone pretty wise.

And so after that I went to the Mormon cemetery there. There had been a catastrophe at that settlement … a flood and famine. A lot of little children had died. Then there was a young child … about 8 years old, I think? … who passed on too.

His ghost, which still lingered, was upset about a number of things. His name was Gad. I asked him about it. He said his parents called him Gad because he asked so many questions, he reminded them of a gadfly. [laughs]

We chatted for a while. He was not really ready to leave yet, you know? Sometimes fractals, or ghosts, are ready to see the guardian angels and go to the Light, and sometimes they are not.

I figure, we just have to leave it in God’s hands. If we do our best to help them, and they are not ready yet, then we leave God in charge of that situation.

The Story of the Ghostly Pioneer Couple Jasper Dunkins and Irene (‘Iris’) Kirkwell (Kirkwood) Dunkins

And that is what happened to me again today. So, I will tell you the story that happened … I was leaving from this log cabin that was starting to fall down. At first I heard the voice of a country man. He called himself ‘Jasper’ … ‘Jasper Dunkins’.

And pretty soon his wife chimed in. He was not real clear about her name … I think her name was ‘Irene’, and he liked to call her ‘Iris’. She said that her last name was ‘Kirkwell’ before she was married, and that the family changed it from ‘Kirkwood’ to ‘Kirkwell’.

So I asked them what the story was: I asked them if they knew that they had passed on. And the gentleman, Jasper, said: Well, no.

And I said: Well, when was the last time you had anything to eat?

And then I got that they both passed on right around the time they drank that sagebrush tea.

So I did try to help them turn to the Light … and turn to their guardian angels … for which you have to turn away from the scene of the log cabin that you so much love … and the river that they really loved … You have to turn away from that, and turn to the other plane, where the new Soul learning awaits you; where the bright Light shines, you know?

Irene seemed to take very much to the Angel Realm, but Jasper was not ready to leave. So she came back, to be with him.

And so I had some chatting with them. I heard from her that they were actually heading to California, but they stopped where they were. And I asked them whether they had any children.

And Jasper answered; he was pretty upset. Well, he said, Four passed on, but four made it.

And Irene said: That is because we couldn’t take them to the doctor … and something about whooping cough. [sighs]

It kept coming up, a couple of times, that their bodies were never found. And so I think this is the problem here: That they didn’t maybe get a decent burial.

That is why I stopped by this graveyard: To see if, maybe, there was a monument or stone or marker for them. And I didn’t see anything. [sighs]

So what I would ask is for those of you that are willing, just say a little prayer for all the Souls who are deceased, who have left their bodies … all our family and friends and all the people that went before us, in places that may not be marked by tombstones.

Maybe nobody ever found their body, and they did not get the kind of burial that we would hope that they would get, to help them release their own sadness and go on.

Let’s just say a little prayer once a day … once a week … or even once a month … for the dear, departed Souls, that they should find rest, and that they should find peace, and that they should find God.

We can pray, especially right now, for Jasper and Irene’s Souls, that they may find peace, and maybe a monument for them might be placed. Maybe I could come up with some marker …

And for their four children that passed on, that they should find peace too. And that those children who may still be alive, should hear this, and know this: That those two whose bodies were never found, passed on at the time that they had some sagebrush tea that had leaves all balled up, and apparently something a little wrong with it.

God bless them. God bless all that ever knew them.

And God bless you too, for your prayers and for your good intentions.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I am sitting under a beautiful, sacred juniper tree right now. I am watching the wind go by, and tickle the little plants on the ground. The clouds are slowly meandering along. I have just been sitting here, mulling over the most recent clair intel.

I thought I would talk today about the great saints who have gone before us, and the ascended masters … especially the novice ascended masters, the apprentice ascended masters that I have discussed in other blogs: the saints, the holy ones.

Duality. Polarity, and the Shadow Bodies of People and Groups

To go back to some previous blogs: I have been talking a lot about duality and polarity lately. And I have talked about the Shadow Body of people … along with their Body of Light, there is a Shadow Body that helps create the duality and the polarity of the third and fourth dimensions.

I have also talked about the Darkness in groups, and the Light in groups … and how there is always a Shadow side of a group, because a group is composed of individuals. So the Shadows of all the individuals more or less equate to the Shadow of the Group, you know? Nevertheless, in most groups, there is quite a bit of beautiful white Light too, because the people all have their Bodies of Light, and those contribute to the Light of the Group.

… and how this is the other polarity, the Dark polarity. And then there is the Light polarity which is Buddhic (i.e., like the Buddha) and Christ consciousness … and these are very, very bright. They are the beautiful Light that is all around our Planet, now that the Planet has ascended. The things that are clearing away are the Darkness … It is lightening up, and turning into the brightness of that which we all are.

Old LIghtworker Syndrome

In a recent blog, I have talked about the Old Lightworker Syndrome (see above).

This is the notion that those of us that, for a long time, have been in service to bring Light to Earth, and to show the way … wayshowers … and find a path for humanity … pathfinders … those of us that have concentrated very much on the light … Lightworkers … have had to have, in our Dark Bodies, a very Dark presence that balances and polarizes the Light.

Polarity and the Shadow Body as Pertaining to Saints and Ascended Masters Who Have Passed On

My discussion about saints and novice ascended masters and … who knows? … maybe ascended masters that are pretty high up too, has to do with this notion of polarity and the Shadow Body.

From what I can tell, on the clair plane, what is going on is that these very great saints with a great deal of Light, to whom humanity owes a very great deal because of the inspiration that their lives provide, if they have not reincarnated, are existing at a very high level of the astral plane positive … some say, way up in the stratosphere of Earth, very high up in the atmosphere of our astral plane.

The Ghostly Fractals of Saints and Ascended Masters. But what I found is that, in addition to their very august and inspiring presence, there are also fractals … or ghostly presences … of them in even the lowest hellworlds … very low … that are like the lost children of the Soul that I have spoken of … the little body elementals that are enclosed and encapsulated and unable to dissolve, because the thought that they embody … the feeling that they embody … is so far different from the Light of the main Body of Light of these great ones.

And so the Light, the presence, of the fractals, the ghosts of the memories of these saints and ascended masters (for instance, in Jesus Christ, the memory of his crucifixion) in the lowest astral planes can be very, very Dark indeed … Very, very Dark, to balance out their very bright presence in the highest astral planes. So that is part of the news.

I have known this for some time now. But the reason I have delayed in talking about it, is that I usually do not talk about things that I cannot think of something constructive to say about, in terms of how we should deal with it, as humanity.

Mahabharata-like Astral Commotion and the Incoming Light

Just last night there was one of Judy Satori’s broadcasts, her free Summer School broadcasts …

… was on. And those are always well attended, on the astral plane. And there tends to be quite a commotion, afterwards, on the astral plane, because the Light that is brought in and grounded to Earth during those sessions, results in kind of a chaotic ‘changing up’ and switching around, on the astral plane.

Last night was no exception. In fact, the proportions of the commotion were almost mahabharata style. [laughs] It is a good thing I have been through quite a few of these before. And so I know that when the Light changes, the ghosts, for instance … the fractals … tend to get very upset and disturbed. It is almost like a solar flare coming in.

In fact, last night the Kp (planetary K) Index did change to yellow …

I think that had to do with Judy Satori’s show, and a lot of things combined to make these changes in the Kp Index (which means the excitation of the atmosphere). In other words, it is possible that the ghosts did it; who knows?! [laughs] You can come up with your own ideas on that. But the ghosts were pretty upset last night. They were just going around, and carrying on.

On Distinguishing Between the Ghostly Fractals of Departed Saints and Ascended Masters, and Their True Selves

And so the thing to do … when, for instance we recognize that these are the injured, repressed, Soul-wounding fragments of those great saints and teachers and ascended masters … what we have to do, is not relate to them as if they were the teacher (though, indeed, they may present to us, on the astral plane, as the ghostly image of the physical form of the revered teacher) … but rather, relate to them as if they were the teacher’s little, lost children that need to find their way back.

The Afterlife. Let us not take instruction from that wounding. We have to make some distinctions, on the astral plane, that I have read about … I believe these distinctions to be true, because of my own clair experiences.

Clairly I hear things well, but I do not see things that well; but clairaudiently I can confirm that there are cases of people who have passed on and are on the astral plane … According to the School of Theosophy …

… eventually the astral form drops away, and people are left with their Mental Bodies and their Souls. And then they go into a kind of a long, deep sleep, and sleeping period … Sometimes, in the past, it used to be a thousand years, according to the School of Theosophy.

The Astral Shell, and Imposter Spirits Who Take Up Tenancy in It. The discarded astral form just sort of floats around on the astral plane. And sometimes impish nature spirits … whose intention may be, at best, neutral with regard to humankind … will slip into these astral forms, and parade around, on the astral plane, trying to play tricks on humans.

And in the worst cases, these are malicious spirits, or demons, that are trying to harm humans by pretending to be people that they used to know. One of the worst possible instances of this is when a great saint or spiritual teacher or ascended master’s astral form lies dormant on the astral plane, and is taken up by a malicious spirit.

On Recognizing the Energy Signature of an Imposter Astral Imp. Those who are used to taking instruction from their spiritual teacher who has passed on … who have been taught for a long time by that teacher, for instance … and there are many cases like this all over the world … many, many cases where students have been in touch with their students for a long, long time … may find, right now, imposters in that role.

So what we have to do is, we have to look at the emotional tone of what is being said … that is, we must learn to distinguish ‘flavors’ of energy signatures … and decide whether this is the true thing; whether this the real McCoy, whether this is a high spiritual teaching or this is an imposter, you know?

The Importance of Stabilizing our Energy Field When there Is Commotion in the Astral Realm

At the current interval, the commotion that is happening is reaching the stratosphere right now … the very high parts of the atmosphere … when there are solar flares and so forth. And also, there are all the ghosts, who are not really sentient at all … all the fractals who are stirring about … like, you can imagine, seaweed waving in a deep, deep sea …

Our job, during these times of Light, astral bewilderment, and upset … our job is to maintain our own pranic tube energy … not to relate to anyone else, but to put ourselves in touch with our own higher selves.

How Our Ascension Process Will Free Up the Departed Saints and Ascended Masters So That They Too Can Ascend

For most of us, our Awareness is in the third and fourth dimension right now. But according to Judy Satori, who is in touch with the Galactic Council, we have 12 formed dimensions … 12 formed shapes. We have our third dimensional shape … our physical form … and our fourth dimensional shape … our astral body. After that, there are eight more higher selves, within the formed realm, that we could get to know and relate to, at these times.

So let us place our energy on our own Soul remembering. That will allow these great saints, and these great teachers, and these great ascended masters, to work with their own fractals and their own integrations … because they are still, in almost all cases, in the higher fourth dimension. And then, as they integrate all their fractals, they move into the fifth or sixth dimension, I believe. That is how it seems to me.

But they cannot do that if we are pestering them with our own fractals, because ours ratchet against theirs. So let us incorporate our own body elementals that are wounded … our own Soul wounding. Let us discover our higher selves. Let us do that work that is pertinent just to us, ok? I think that will help; it will help all of them.

They have a monumental task before them, of incorporating the very dense, highly compressed little bubbles of wounded body elementals that are shadowing about in Hades, into their extremely bright Bodies of Light. That is what I think. And also, if those ghostly presences begin to sound more and more intelligent … more and more animated … that is because that is what is happening. And when they reach a certain state, they are going to get to the point where they can resume a relationship with the main Soul, and become a unified Soul field.

All is well. All is going fine. There are just a few things to look out for.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I wanted to talk just briefly about ghosts. I have been thinking about this for a long time, but I am not sure if I have put it down in words yet. It seems to me that ghosts are fractals of people who have passed on … really just the caught body elementals that are holding the memory of traumatic incidents from the the recent incarnation, that are too traumatic for the Soul to take with it, on to the healing process that happens.

After you pass on, there is a healing process and a teaching process that happen on the astral plane, and then on the mental plane. I think sometimes these very difficult Soul wounding situations get left behind, as repeating audiovisual clips.

The reason I think this is: If you talk to a ghost, it will have very limited responses. It is not very bright and sentient. It has a script that it keeps going through again and again … usually a pretty upsetting scenario.

It can be a geographically located ghost; or sometimes it gets summoned by its name being called. And so it seems nearby on the astral plane, for a little while. Then it veers off, to somebody else that is talking to it, or that is remembering it. You know?

So my thought is to say a little prayer for ghosts … which are really sort of semi-intelligent body elementals holding Soul wounding trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, if you can imagine it. And just say a little prayer that this piece of energy, that belongs, really, to the great Soul that passed on, can be reintegrated, with love, into the Soul itself.
