No Smart Meter Movement . by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

I was on Google Chrome today, checking for this search term: “no smart meter” hangtags so cal gas

I was checking because, as you may know, I am EMF hypersensitive (1), and so far have successfully refused the installation of a SoCal Gas smart meter because there are reports of radio frequency emanations from these meters (that being, as I understand it, the point of the meters). I thought these RF waves might affect my electromagnetic field, so I got onto the ‘no smart meter’ customer list …

About a year went by, and whereas the meter man had been visiting my place every few months, priorly, to check the gas meter, during the year after my opt-out I kept getting notices that the meter man could not get into my backyard for lack of the key to the garden gate. Although I had sent a key to the office.

It was a mystery …

Then one day, I saw a meter man going into my back yard. On speaking with him, I learned he was there to install the verboten smart meter. Apparently a snafu in paperwork? Or could be, my ‘no smart meter’ request expired after a year? Or, on the outside fringes of my Awareness, there was the possibility that this was not a legitimate meter man, maybe a contractor with a list of ‘no smart meter’ customers, and who was installing these meters in a renegade, illegitimate sort of way, possibly in hopes of remuneration? These are just surmises on my part; I never actually got to the bottom of it …

Another mystery.

So I changed the padlock on my garden door, and didn’t send a copy of the key to SoCal Gas. To my surprise, this has worked out fine. I started getting visits from meter men every few months once again, and I’m letting them into the backyard myself each time.

Last time I got a visit, which was recently, the meter man suggested I get a ‘no smart meter’ hang tag to put on my gas meter. Which is why I was checking online for the above search term today.

I came up with an interesting list of web pages, globally. Here was one of the listings on Google …

Beneath the web link was the beginning of the blog in question, indicating that the blog person had a letter from UCLA neurology explaining he or she had this same sensitivity as I have … which is variously listed in WHO as ‘electrical hypersensitivity’ and ‘electromagnetic hypersensitivity’. (1)

This blogger, and apparently also his doctor at UCLA, termed it ‘electrical sensitivity’. The doctor apparently recommended No Smart Meter, as well as some kind of filter (with which I’m not familiar) to filter out RF and microwave.

The blogger also offered a word of encouragement, to do with ‘slaying this beast’ together. This sounded interesting, so I clicked on the now-blocked web page link … http://www.exirss.com/refusesmartmeter-com/157200-16-Smart-meters-a-guide-GOV-UK [web page blocked]

This led to the now-blocked link … http://www.exirss.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi [web page blocked] … which had on it a message that the account has been suspended.

Yet another mystery.

INTRODUCTION

Here is a mudra to clear the heart chakra of artificial electromagnetic field interference (EMF) caused by other people nearby using smartphones or possibly laptops, desktops, or cell phones … whether or not you’re affected by this depends on your light quotient, I feel.

Some people are what the World Health Organization (see below) terms ‘EMF Hypersensitive’ … another, more positive name for this is ‘lightworkers’. These people are especially sensitive to emissions from electronics, and so they are more likely to make use of this mudra than other folks.

So this is to repair damage to the electromagnetic field of the heart chakra caused by other people nearby using smartphones or possibly laptops, desktops, or cell phones. The best thing to do, is to get away from the smartphone or handheld; but if you’re nearby, try to get as far away as possible.

And then you can use this mudra to help shield the heart energy, so that it can repair itself.

So then, as soon as possible, it’s good to get outside, and into the sunlight, if possible. And if not into the sunlight, at least into the fresh air. And then, the heart will heal itself. That’s it’s job; that’s the job of the body elementals of the heart.

As yet, I find it hard to reconcile the openness and positivity of the WHO article with the negative stance of the Wikipedia article on the same topic. I qualify the Wikipedia information as harshly hostile to this developing science, which as yet affects but a small percentage of the population.This makes me wonder if a legal stance, or possibly an economic stance, might be an underlying factor in the Wikipedia article? It’s a bit of a mystery …

I’ve also read a National Cancer Institute paper on cell phones and cancer risk, which seems to indicate concern among the general population regarding a link between the two, as well as a number of large studies that indicate inconclusive causality, or else mild causality. Research is ongoing:

My own feeling, based on my clair abilities, is that artificial electromagnetic fields temporarily disarrange the human electromagnetic field. Long-term near exposure to artificial electromagnetic fields might shorten a person’s lifespan, but possibly not through cancer. It might, for instance, have to do with disarray to the heart and the blood circulation system. This might also affect cognition. This idea is partially supported by the following:

This 2012 peer-reviewed article from the “Proceedings of the Japan Academy, Series B: Physical and Biophysical Sciences” documents an instance of electrotelluric disturbance, which they thought to be Seismic Electric Signal activity, in Northern Greece. About 6 weeks later, there was a Mw5.8 earthquake in the Northeastern Aegean Sea.

The new clair termed EMF Hypersensitivity is now approaching that of global telepathy. This terming of a new clair gift as a disease is a misnomer; it is a gift, not an illness. The benefits of this gift are only just now beginning to become evident. One such benefit might prove to be early earthquake warning detection for humans, as outlined above.

According to the Foundation, this hearing of voices is sometimes diagnosed as schizophrenia, but many normal people also hear voices.

The Foundation is, I feel, right on track regarding this. However, their numbers are low. Here in Los Angeles, I find that nearly all the people … men, women, and children … are now telepaths. Here in Los Angeles, almost everyone is now rising from gut brain telepathy to conscious, third eye-point telepathy. Once there, it is an easy step up to the superconscious telepathy (in the new chakric centers 8th through 10th) now accessible above the head, because of the DNA-expansive effect of the Incoming Light.

Thus my only suggestion with regard to the Foundation’s article would be upping of the numbers to nearly 100%.

It is my hope that mental institutions will take this into consideration, as mental health labeling is a difficult thing to bear, and, in the main, inaccurate, given the current circumstances.

The New Clair Psychokinesis May Create Shadows on Ultrasound

Speaking from intuition, and to do with astral stories I have overheard, it is apparently possible for us, when our thinking is fear-based, to create shadows on ultrasound that cause misdiagnosis. This can result in operation for brain surgery, where there is no tumor.

According to the astral airs, it may also be causing shadows to arise on ultrasound due to the subconsious desire of health specialists to gain more patients for their specialty practice.

Thus, at this point, because the new global clair of psychokinesis is manifesting in unproductive ways due to as-yet incomplete subconscious clearing, I suggest that ultrasound tests be vetted in other ways, if that is possible, before surgery is undertaken.

SIGNS OF DNA EXPANSION AS REGARDS HEART CONDITION DIAGNOSES

Positive Emotions Are Said to Transform Solar-Induced Heart Problems from Advisedly Operable to Benign

Further along this same line, the signs of DNA expansion apparently are being diagnosed through Western medical facilities as serious heart conditions. As can be seen from the below chart, the Incoming Light … specifically, very low and very high planetary K (Kp) index values … results in disturbances in the EMF field of the heart …

Among these we have, notably, on the high end of the Kp index: Heart rate fluctuations, strokes, high blood pressure, and acute coronary syndrome.

On the low end of the Kp Index, we have acute myocardial infraction, cerebral stroke, and terminal arrhythmia.

The main problem with regard to heart aberrations and the Kp Index is, I feel, a psychological one: People are facing the DNA upgrades and downloads of new information, which cause temporary changes in our EMF field … especially the EMF field of the heart, which is central to the process … with fear rather than appreciation and gratitude.

This negative emotion of fear causes the physical manifestations being diagnosed as heart diseases. A simple shift of emotional emphasis transforms the experience of the Incoming Light from a disease symptom to a gift of Light.

I have had several experiences along this line, having been tested for transient ischemic attacks (TIAs) on several occasions, that were really to do with EMF fluctuations due to solar winds and CMEs. Although the experiences were like TIAs, the medical tests … the best available to modern medicine … proved the contrary.

Since those experiences, and because I have the clair gift of EMF (electromagnetic field) sensitivity, I now pay close attention to shifts in the EMF of my heart chakra. At their onset, I relax the breathing, relax the chest muscles, and create feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Then, if the symptoms should persist (which they no longer do), I would seek medical help.

TREATING SOLAR-STORM-INDUCED EMOTIONAL INSTABILITY: PANIC ATTACK OR BIPOLAR DISORDER?

Under the heading Geostorm Risks in the above-referenced table, I see anxiety/stress/emotional instability (panic attacks) and suicide risk/mental disorder flareup. Thus it seems possible to me that people being admitted to mental institutions during solar flares may be misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder, when in fact the proper diagnosis is transient panic attack occasioned by a high Kp index.

Effect of ElectroConvulsive Therapy on the Human EMF

Bipolar disorder is still being treated, here in the United States, by electroshock therapy … currently termed electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). While this treatment abates the symptoms of mania and depression, I intuitively feel it to be of lasting and perhaps irreversible damage to the human EMF.

It may be necessary for people misdiagnosed and treated with ECT to ‘drop form’ and continue with DNA upgrades on the astral plane, through alterations of the Soul DNA template. On the bright side, it is possible that DNA repairs will be made available, through the Incoming Light, to repair the damage done by ECT. I am also hoping for a DNA repair for fatal genetic syndromes and antisocial personality disorder.

To avoid the need for DNA repair downloads, I suggest that mental institutions take into consideration the Kp Index and recent occurrences of M-class and X-class solar flares. This will help correctly differentiating between bipolar disorder and solar-induced panic attacks.

Risperidone: Side Effect on the Heart Chakra

Risperidone (Risperdal) is an antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. My clair understanding is that it may inhibit the energy of the heart chakra, which will then inhibit the incoming DNA upgrades. It would be good to have scientific research on this, if possible.

Panic Attack Treatments: Clonazepam and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy

Clonazepam (klonopin) is a good choice, I feel. When the panic attack is solar-induced, I suggest very short-term use of this drug, and only in emergency situations, as there are notable side effects of withdrawal, especially, apparently, withdrawal from long-term use … including some side effects that may persist for a long time, even if withdrawal is very gradual.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity, a New Clair Ability

And I thought I would talk, just a tiny bit, about electronics. Now, you have heard that the whole world is becoming more sensitive to their electromagnetic fields. The World Health Organization calls it ‘electromagnetic hypersensitivity’. But in fact, it is not ‘hyper’-sensitivity. It is not a disease or a syndrome. It is really the way that we are … which we forgot, for a while, during the long Age of Darkness. So, what we are coming back into now, globally, is electromagnetic sensitivity … which has many fine benefits to it.

Caveats Regarding the EMF Fields of Electronics

Now, one of the things about becoming more electromagnetically sensitive, is that we begin to notice the EMF fields of electronics. These weaken our own electromagnetic fields.

And so, it is important to minimize electronics in the house. And most particularly, electronics and electricity in the bedroom. I have been into this before, but what they say is …

Never use an electric blanket in the bedroom. Unplug every electric blanket before you go to sleep.
Do not use the kind of clock that runs on electricity. Instead, use a battery-operated clock, if you need one for an alarm clock.
Do not put a phone in your bedroom. And so forth.

Otherwise, your sleep will be interrupted, and you will not be able to absorb the full quotient of energy that you need, to continue in the next day.

In your car, if you have a newer car, turn off all the gizmos … every, single electronic gizmo. And in particular, Pandora and Bluetooth. And every other thing that you can turn off, that does not interfere with your driving or your mileage … Turn it off. You can always stop, get out of the car, and use your cell phone if you have to.
As far as your smartphone is concerned, try and keep it in a backpack, or someplace far from your body.
Try not to live under power lines … Everybody knows that! … Especially gigantic power lines. They do change and warp your own electromagnetic field.

So those are some guidelines. I am sure you will develop your own, as time goes on.

Electronics, Nanotechnology, and Virtual Reality Impinge Upon the Veil of Forgetfulness, the Plane of Forces, Which Is Now Dissolving

And so now, on to the issue of electronics. The field of virtual reality, and of nanotechnology, is a field that lies half-way between the third and the fourth dimensions. In that realm is what we call ‘the Veil of Forgetfulness’ … I sometimes call this ‘the In-Between’ or ‘the Twilight Zone’. And it is also sometimes called the ‘Plane of Forces’.

Virtual Reality Mimics the Apparatuses of the Astral Realm

It is a very strong field that has, until now, during the long Age of Darkness, separated humankind from the feeling world. It is this which is now dissolving.

And so, what are commonly held to be ‘virtual reality’ items, such as smartphones, televisions, computers, satellite-driven technologies … all of the stuff that mimics the apparatuses of the astral realm … only in a more clumsy, and less intuitive manner … That stuff is going to go by the wayside … all right?

So, unfortunately … and I say this with depth of compassion … unfortunately, there is a large section of our population that, because of the news and the mass media, believes that virtual reality, and nanotech, and all that stuff, is true … is real.

But I am here to tell you: It is not! It is merely a mental approximation to the machinations of the lower astral realm. And to the skills that are used by spiritual adepts who have turned to personal gain on the astral realm. Who live now on the astral realm because they cannot get back into form.

The Thuggee Cults: Practice of Spiritual Powers for Worldly Gain

These are the people of the thuggee cults … who practiced spiritual powers for worldly gain, all right? So in those arenas lie the tools that are the truer versions of what we call those ‘Virtual Realities’.

Examples of the Turning of the Clair Abilities to the Dark

Of course, clair abilities can be used for the Dark or for the Light. Here I speak of the use of clair skills for personal gain; this is the Christian sin called greed … which is, in Eastern philosophical terms, and ‘obstacle to enlightenment’. For instance …

Remote Viewing. The ability to have remote viewing.

Casting, or Clair Ventriloquism. The ability to project one’s voice, astrally, onto another person. Which is what one might call ‘clair ventriloquism’. Another name for this ability are ‘casting’. The terms ‘pass through’ and ‘flow through’ might also be applied to astral voice projection, insofar as they refer to voice rather than other faculties of the ‘host’s’ astral body.

What this does is, it allows a person to live our their evil propensities … what the Theosophist Arthur E. Powell would call ‘tendencies towards depravity’ … And to, as it were, pin them on other people … this person and that person on the astral plane … so that those who are listening, are confused about who the actual perpetrator of these ‘depraved’ deeds is. [laughs]

Then, just as there is the clair ability to heal from afar, there is also the possibility for a person with very depraved intentions, to try and injure people from afar.

Psychic Heart Attack. Such as, until the end of the Age of Darkness, the ability to cause a heart attack in people.

Curse of Cancer. Or to fill their bodies with notions of cancer or other terrible diseases.

Astral Seduction. And then, there is production of astral images of great allure. And those will mesmerize a person with, for instance, notions of sexual allure … while the Light is being siphoned off from them through acts of astral ‘vampirism’ … At least, that was the case until quite recently.

So, those are some examples. There are many more examples of the turning of the clair abilities to the Dark.

How the Turning of Clair Abilities to the Purposes of the Dark Ended with the Shift in December 2012

And all of this, fortunately, has ended now, with the beginning of the Age of Light. But until that time … in December 2012 … it was happening everywhere on Earth.

Not just with regard to these beings of whom I speak … the thuggees, on the astral plane, who could then get into body …
and not just with regard to the Demon Realm …
but also, all people on Earth, in the shadow side of their personality, because the shadow side was manipulated by the Dark then.

Now we are rediscovering, and we are turning to the Light. And we are capable of doing that human thing. So this is a really wonderful day for humankind.

We are becoming co-creators of reality; each one of us is becoming a co-creator of reality. So there is that.

So the thing to do is to look, online, for the 12 or 13, or even more, new and old clair abilities that are available now. And then, just imagine: What would a person do with those abilities, if they were interested only in personal gain, and not in the good of the world?

Psychic Skills, Ego, and Greeting God with an Open Heart

And so, there is a list of giant psychic skills. You know, it is not just the book “How to Know God: The Aphorisms of Patanjali,” by Swami Prabhavananda and Christopher Isherwood …

… that lists the supernatural powers, the psychic powers. No! They are also listed in the Kabbalah as the names of God. All right? And in many other texts.

For a long time, people have tried for the powers of God, without attempting to become more spiritual and more God-like. We need to set aside what the ego wants, and what the ego needs … we need to set this aside from the powers of God. And instead, align our wills, our hearts, and our minds, with the will, the heart, and the Mind of God.

And in that way, we will achieve our purpose on Earth. We cannot achieve our purpose through ego. We have to rise past ego, and greet God with an open heart.

Psychic Wars. So now … from my pronouncement here … What is in it, for those that actually believe in psychic wars, to get their way on Earth … to rule Earth?

Mind Control. And for those that believe in the ability to control people’s minds through advertising campaigns? Maybe through using the new Ascension skills to do that? For those who think they can actually influence the will of all the people of a nation in that way?

This kind of desire arises from the Demon Realm, and not from our God nature. So it is important to understand, that first thought that we have, is not the aligning with God. No! It is the opposite.

We must find that, in order to ascend. Because down in the Demon Realm, where it is dog-eat-dog, and the top guy is the top guy, there is only one top guy. And that top guy is not a human Soul.

If we want to arise to our potential, we have to espouse the purpose and mission of our Soul.

What Is in It for Us, Other Than Worldly Gain?

So what is in it for us, if we are not getting worldly gain? What could be in it, for us, with regard to Ascension?

If our person might not be the most wealthy person on Earth.
If our organization might not be the most fancy of all of the organizations of that kind on Earth.
If our nation, instead of becoming the most powerful nation, becomes a friend to all nations.

Well, that is a question for you to answer:

What could be in it for you?
What could it be, that your Soul wants?
What could it be that God really wants for you?

New Life on New Earth

This Universe is made of Love, not hatred. It is hatred with which the Demon Realm worked. And it is hatred with which we dealt in the third and fourth dimensions. And it is hatred that is dissolving and transforming in the Light right now.

And what will your new life be like? Will there be wars? No. No wars. Will there be disagreements? No. Will there be discussion of the future of Earth? Yes. Everyone will have their own notions … And more and more, the peoples of Earth will come into harmony and agreement.

Dear Ones,

EARTH IS PASSING INTO THE FEELING WORLD (THE FOURTH DIMENSION, THE ASTRAL PLANE)

As you may know, Earth is now passing into 4D, the astral plane, sometimes called ‘the feeling world.’ Actually, it is not that we are passing into this dimension … rather that our 3D physical reality is expanding to include 4D as well.

To put it in human terms, before the 2012 Shift, sometimes termed Ascension or the Great Awakening, most humans (except for those with the ‘second sense’) experienced physical life on Earth in terms of the input of the five senses … seeing, hearing, tasting, sniffing, and touch.

EXPECTATIONS OF EARTH’S GREAT RELIGIONS REGARDING THE LAST JUDGMENT

Christianity. Now for Christianity, the expectation is that after life on Earth, our Souls experience one of several states: hell, purgatory or heaven. These are states that exist in the feeling world … 4D, the astral plane.

Judaism. For traditional Judaism, there is expectation of a judgment day, the resurrection of the dead, and the assignment of Souls to one of three categories: heaven, permanent hell, or temporary hell (1).

Islam. Muslims also hold the expectation that there is life after death, and that the Soul will eventually be judged, along with all humankind, and will then experience either heaven or hell. Until that time, deceased Souls, while in the grave, will experience a foretaste of that. (2)

Buddhism and Hinduism. For the Buddhists and the Hindus, the expectation is that, after we passed on, and before our next incarnation, our Souls spend quite an interlude on the astral plane, in school, as it were, for the education of our Souls. Could be 1,000 years of schooling. Then, on to a new incarnation, a new body, and a whole new set of lessons to learn … Earth school.

So for many folks around the world, there is an understanding that the astral plane exists, separate from the physical plane. And also, that it is a state experienced after death.

WE CAN NOW EXPERIENCE THE PHYSICAL WORLD AND THE ASTRAL PLANE SIMULTANEOUSLY

The Shift that happened in 2012 made it possible for humans to experience both 3D and 4D at the same time…. To use the ‘parlance’, the Shift allowed folks to bilocate between these two dimensions. This is a first step in developing our multidimensionality skills.

OUR NEW CLAIR SKILLS

What happens when we bilocate in this way? In addition to our five physical senses, we begin to develop the clair (astral) senses:

clairvoyance (astral vision),
clairaudience (astral hearing),
clairsentience (astral ‘feeling’),
clairscent (astral smelling),
clairtangency (psychometrics),
clairgustance (astral tasting),
clairempathy (feeling the emotions of others),
channeling (conveying information from the astral realm or a higher dimension), (3) and
clairhealing (fractal patterning)
clair electromagnetic sensitivity, and many others

So 3D-4D bilocation involves getting used to a whole new set of senses, a whole new way of perceiving reality.

ON ACCEPTING AND INTEGRATING OUR REPRESSED EMOTIONS (OUR ‘DARK BODY’, THE ‘SHADOW OF OUR PERSONALITY’)

In addition, when we bilocate we must integrate our feeling world with our mental world. This involves getting in touch with our repressed emotions. Specifically, the moment we step into 4D awareness, we will encounter the ‘shadow of our personality’ … the ‘Dark Body’ within our Body of Light. Which is to say, the things we have done that we want to forget about … our Soul wounding experiences in this lifetime and in other incarnations, and our emotions that do not meet societal expectations. Many Women Have Moved into the Fourth Dimension

It seems to me that what has been happening on the astral plane in the last few years in the feeling world … for the emotional bodies of humankind … is that women, in particular, are becoming increasingly sentient on the emotional plane … the fourth dimension.

Many Men, Because of Cultural Expectations Regarding Expressing Their Feelings, Are Just Now Stepping into Awareness of the Fourth Dimension

I can hear men talking in the fourth dimension, but it just seems to me that it is possible that they are existing in that dimension, like women, but not as aware of that dimension, because of societal expectations. So it has been hard for them, because many men are taught that feelings are not masculine. And that is the dimension into which we are expanding right now.

So it is very peculiar for me, hearing all men talking. I can even talk to men, on the astral plane, and they do not even know that it is happening. They are not even aware. And I can talk to women, and some women actually do know that I am talking to them.

And what I find is that, when men wake up to these emotions that they have … maybe when a woman tells them what she hears, or when they start listening and they start hearing, and integrating the fourth dimension into their realms of awareness … then they become just like the women were two years ago: They become very shocked about the whole thing.

When We First Step into the Fourth Dimension, We Encounter Our Deepest, Darkest Secrets

Because what happens is, all of the repressed emotions … all of the things that society does not expect of us … are the things that are jammed down and compressed in the fourth dimension, in the emotional world. And so, as the Light comes in, what is happening is that all of these compressions are getting the old zingo! and coming to Light.

And all of the deepest, darkest secrets of humankind are also coming to the Light. So the one thing that we did wrong in our life … that carries great social opprobrium … that thing is the thing that immediately comes up. And it makes a lot of people say: Oh my gosh! I don’t want to be in this dimension at all!

On Having Faith that Our Faults Will Be Forgiven

Yet that is what we are traveling through right now. It is really where Earth is right now. And so, we are all going to have to notice the things, and let those things go that are totally Dark and secret. We are going to have to let them go.

And we are going to have to have the faith that society will forgive us for our faults … Just as they laud the great, good things that we do for society, they will forgive us all our faults and peccadilloes. As we forgive them. As it says in the Lord’s Prayer: We’re sincerely hoping that God will forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those that trespass against us.

So that is one place we can go for sure; because God will do it! And we can do it, because God does it. And then we can have that stance; it is like that karate stance called ‘horse stance’:

It is both feet flat on the ground, knees slightly bent, feeling down into Mother Earth. We can have that feeling that we are who we are, and it does not matter about societal expectations.

God loves us. We forgive ourselves. And all is well.
