I have been talking to my friends the brownies and the gnomes lately. I have a couple of quick stories to tell you about them.
I was out swimming the other day, and also today. There is a gnome that live under a fern, under a tiny palm tree … the miniature variety next to the pool. It talked to me a couple of times. It has a low voice, and it talks very calmly.
Today I asked it why it liked to live there. It said it liked living under the fern. And the gnome showed me a picture of how the fern home looked to it. It said: It’s plenty airy …

The fern is all dried up now, because it is summertime. It comes out better in the winter, with the rains. I guess it does not matter to the gnome. It likes it very much anyway.

Now a little about brownies. I was in the shower just now, and I was talking to a brownie that I know. I said to the brownie: We love you very much!
And several brownies went running away from that. Then in a minute they came back. And they said: We don’t like it when you talk like that. And they said: We like the way you sound when you are asleep.
The voice sounded very low, very tranquil, and very masculine. That is how it sounded to me … very, very calm and slow. So when you want to talk to brownies, you have to talk very, very slow, and very, very low. They like it like that, you see?

The other thing I found out about brownies was this: This morning I was drinking my cup of coffee, and I felt a constriction of the bowels, like the peristalsis of the bowels that happens in the morning. At the same time I heard, on the astral plane … if I can say it right …
You have to imagine that my voice is a male voice … a very low, quiet male voice. I cannot quite simulate that voice with my own voice, but I will try. You have to imagine that the voice is coming from your lower intestines … your colon, and around that area.
There is someone there … some nature spirit there … that is making love to your colon. And when it makes love to your colon, it does the peristalsis thing. So this would be a body elemental of the colon, or maybe a brownie that is just hanging out there.
It might be attracted to that energy that is happening with peristalsis. It called me by a simplification of my spiritual name ‘Dharm Darshan Kaur Khalsa’, and it went like this …

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I was mulling over, with some puzzlement, the recent channelings regarding brownies and gnomes, and I had a moment of intuition regarding that. I noticed that, in recent months, the subpersonal chakras that I have are strengthening.
One thing to which I attribute that, is the mantra I have when I walk outside or do garden work, and which I have mentioned priorly. That mantra is: Mother Earth loves me. Mother Earth loves me. I say that when I am walking: Mother Earth loves me.
And I feel very strongly … doubled or tripled … the sense of gravity, and the feeling that the energy of my pranic column … of my central vertical power current … is strengthening below the torso, and down deep to the heart of Earth. It is amazing, really.
Today, when I was in the shower, I was talking to the brownie about the color of the subpersonal chakras down deep into the Earth. I thought: These chakras must look like jewels, to the brownies and the gnomes.
Without my even asking the brownies… just as I thought that thought … they said: Yes, they do!
I said: Well what do they look like?
Here is what they said: The first subpersonal chakra, they said, looks dull yellow, as if there were brown mixed in with the yellow; and it glows like a jewel.
The second subpersonal chakra … far beneath that … looks dull red, as if there were a little brown or red mixed in with the red; and it glows like a beautiful jewel as well.
The last one they told me about is very deep … in the center of Earth. They said: That one is black and red; and it glows like a jewel as well. It glows blackly red.
Now you know! [laughs]

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
It is possible that the people in the world relate to a particular type of astral being. Some may relate to gnomes or brownies the most. Others might relate more to what we used to call faeries, or to elves. Or there may be other nature spirits … nature elementals, for instance … that they relate to.
As far as nature elementals are concerned, I relate the most to the sylphs of the wind. Then as far as the other four categories are concerned, I relate the most to the faeries, and then second-most, to tree spirits. It is only just lately that I have made the acquaintance of the gnomes and the brownies.
The thing of it is, if we relate first to a particular kind of nature spirit, then it is likely that we will be associating, on the astral plane, more with other people who do the same. You know what I mean?
Then later, as we expand into Awareness of the other beings … the other positive beings of the astral plane … we may get to know more people as well, as those other people may have, as their first and foremost nature spirit, the one that we are just starting to get to know; in this case, brownies and gnomes.

I said: Could I talk to the brownies or the gnomes?
And then I heard a sibilant whisper. It said: I am a gnome. We like wowie things. We do wow all day long.
I said: Why do you do wow all day long?
And the gnome said: When we do wow, the cancer runs away. And the blood runs very well.
I said: Why does the cancer run away?
And the gnome said: We don’t like cancer at all. We don’t like cancer.
So I said: I see. How very nice to talk to a gnome today.

I have been having unusual channelings regarding gnomes and brownies lately … graduating to dwarves and orks and beings of that nature. So it was with less surprise than priorly, that I was in the gas station yesterday … it was broad daylight … and I casually asked, on the astral plane, if there were any gnomes about. I was wondering.
And from underneath my car, at the aisle where you pump the gas, I heard: I’m under here. [laughs]
I said to myself: This couldn’t possibly be true, because my car will be gone in a moment.
And so I said to the voice under the car: Are you a gnome?
It said: Yes.
I said: But my car will be gone in a moment.
And it said: That’s ok.
I said: Where will you go, when my car is gone? … because they like dark, low spaces.
It said: To the other car, on the other side.
I said: But you’d have to be moving all day long! [laughs]
And the gnome said, in a very low voice: That’s ok. It’s worth it.
I could only deduce from that: Maybe it liked the whizzing sound of the cars as they arrived and departed from the gas dispensing aisle outside the gas station.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
I was just going to the supermarket today, and I noticed the clouds. The clouds were auspicious for the first time in a long time. They have not been bad before, but today they are auspicious.
I went into the supermarket and I was on the way to the salad bar, which is very fresh there. And I heard a gnome in the supermarket. So I said: Where are you?
And it said: I am under the counter.
It was under … not the side of the counter where people cue up … but the other side of the counter, where they exit quickly. In its immediate vicinity under the counter … where the plastic bags are kept, on the other side there … it was pretty quiet, compared to the rest of the market … and dark … and it liked it there.
Then I heard someone … maybe a faerie, maybe a young person of pure heart, maybe a woman … who said: How do you know they are gnomes?
And I said: Because of the warble in their voice. They wrote that down, I think.
Just to explain that a little bit farther, gnomes are pretty solitary. And I am still looking out for the different types of gnome homes. In fact, I will go back to the supermarket and take a picture under the counter there …

Gnomes’ voices sound like those of older men … maybe older great-uncles. Because they are solitary … they do not have family around. But their voices have a warble in them, that makes them very easy on the ears. The feeling that you get, from listening to a gnome, is that it is good natured, solitary, male. and older … and wise, I think … They are learned. They understand about big words. They are wise.
