On Spirit-Filled Christian Churches
I thought I would report on something that happened at church on Sunday (yesterday). I was at a spirit-filled church, the sort of church where they sing devotional songs to God, and their hearts are full of love, and they have an understanding of the grace that descends from God to them to transform their lives.
I have found that that kind of church, among the Christian churches, is very good for absorbing the energies of the Ascension process. There is a very strong alignment there.
The Lion’s Gate of 2017: from Summer Solstice to 25 August 2017
I was at that church, and a couple of things happened, to do, I think, with this Gateway that is happening right now, between the June 2017 Solstice and the tailing off of the energy of the 21 August 2017 eclipse, that is going to be taking place. Another highlight during this Gateway is the Lion’s Gate, an energy that will peak on 8 August 2017. The end of the eclipse energy of the Gateway, according to Sandra Walter of Creative Evolution … https://sandrawalter.com/ … is 25 August 2017.
So all during that time, this energy is coming in to Earth, and available to us. And it seems to be not so relevant to what I usually peg it to, which is solar flares and solar winds and incoming coronal mass ejections … that kind of thing. It seems to be independent of that, and to do with the Gateway.
A Gift from Alpha Centauri: Universal Translator for Sentient Beings
Anyway, here is one thing that happened: For some reason my mind went to Alpha Centauri, that has the library for the Universe. The beings there are full of Soul wisdom. And I thought of them. And then I remembered how they had sent me a gift of a Universal Translator for sentient beings, which is very helpful to me, and a lot of fun. I really enjoy conversations with sentient beings wherever I find them.
I thought about how the early Christians spoke in tongues and understood each other’s languages, and I just thought to mention that, on the spirit plane, to the Souls in the group, that if they asked for a Universal Translator from Alpha Centauri … which might or might not be the thing that they wanted to do … then they might get it.
And a few of them asked. Some others asked … their Souls asked … but their personality was not ready to receive it. So there was a flash of Light; everything became very bright and light in that church … which happens quite a bit in that church anyway, because, I feel, of the power of prayer and the descent of grace.
Then, some received the gift, and were about to incorporate it into their DNA and their understanding and their Soul wisdom. And others, I could see, had it in their Soul fields, but had it on hold for when they were ready to try it out. So that was one thing: A gift from Alpha Centauri! … and right in line with the Christian teachings, in this case.
On Asking the Inner Child to Talk with the Big Person It Is With
Then later on, work came up on the astral plane with regard to the Inner Child, and waking the Inner Child up, one by one, and introducing it to the Big Person it is with …
As a first step in clearing the wounding of the Inner Child, and allowing the child to integrate its energy with that of the grown-up person, the Big Person it is with.
And in terms of mental energy, for the Lower Mental Body and the Higher Mental Body to become united.
And in terms of the medical field, for the central nervous system to take over, in a conscious way, the functions of the autonomic nervous system.
Getting back to the Inner Child, the work was going along a little bit slowly, as it always is, just depending on people’s inner children’s Soul wounding popping out here and there in the congregation as the sermon was going on.
On Offering the Inner Child the Hand of Its Guardian Angel
So I thought: Why not ask for grace to descend, and angels to come down and take the hand of the Inner Child of everyone in the congregation … right now! Right that very minute!
And even if their grown-up person was not ready to recognize them yet, then that child will be protected, and taken care of, and so it might be healed. So I tried that; I tried that prayer …

This is a postscript about the technique of introducing the Inner Child to the guardian angels in groups, especially spiritual groups filled with devotion and love for the Divine. The way that he taught that was …
When the ghost comes around, you ask it if it has its suitcase handy,
and then you ask it if it is ready to leave.
And if it says No, then you say:
Well, how about a month from now … would that give you enough time?
And then you contact it again in a month. And when it says Yes, you say:
Well, if you turn around, your guardian angels are waiting behind you, to take you on that little trip.
Invariably, when the ghost or sprite is ready to turn around … away from familiar scenes on the Earth plane … and does so, it sees the guardian angels there.
On Transmuting Demons and Devils to Angels. If it sees demons or devils, and like that, instead, ask it to say …
No, I’d rather see the angels!
… in my astral visioning experience, immediately they change into angels. Truthfully, it is just our mental preconceptions that cause the appearance of demons and so forth in our lives.
Are Ghosts Really the Inner Children of Those Who Have Passed On? So that is a failsafe, and very quick way of Laying Ghosts. And I came to the conclusion … a temporary working hypothesis … that ghosts are really Soul wounding of people who have passed on, because they have the same characteristics as the Soul wounding of inner child of the people that I work with on the astral plane.
They always have some traumatic incident that they ‘tape loop’ over and over again. The tape loop always have audiovisual qualities. They are like a memory that is stored in full … not like just a mental memory, but the sensory perceptions of the actual event, that are stored in full.
The whole trick is to listen, to hear what the stored memory has to tell us, so that it can deliver that message, and so that it can be resolved into our electromagnetic field.
So our perception of a ghost is really the person at the age when the Soul wounding occurred. It is that visual and auditory image that the astral body of the dearly departed Soul is carrying around … This is before the astral body dissolves itself, and allows the Soul to go on to a learning experience on the mental plane, before being reincarnated. So, there are similarities. And so it is not unusual … not really surprising … that the technique used by Jeffrey Allen for resolving the Soul wandering and Soul upset of ghosts … that of introducing them to their guardian angels … would also work for the Inner Child here on Earth, while the person is still in their body. So I offer that to you for your consideration.

Dear Ones,
In the below passage, Madame Blavatsky speaks about the perils of practicing the occult arts for selfish reasons, such as sensual gratification, lust, or for egoic reasons. I noticed these statements in particular …
“… although it is the intention that decides primarily whether white or black magic is exercised, yet the results even of involuntary, unconscious sorcery cannot fail to be productive of bad Karma. Enough has been said to show that sorcery is any kind of evil influence exercised upon other persons, who suffer, or make other persons suffer, in consequence.”
Note how she says that a person’s intention determines whether white or black magic is being practiced. By that she no doubt means that the intention of black magic is to make other people suffer. My understanding is that white magic, in contrast, is practiced to help people feel better; to relieve them of suffering.
Note how she speaks of involuntary, or unconscious sorcery, and how it results in bad karma. To her statement I would like to add, that when we set out to learn sorcery, whether white or black, we convey this learning about manipulating the Plane of Forces to our own subconscious mind, our own Inner Child, what is sometimes called our Lower Mental Body.
What our Inner Child does with this powerful art at moments when we lapse into a subconscious state, such as …
when we watch television,
or lapse into reverie or a daydreaming state,
or have even tiny taste of the mildest mind-altering drug,
or begin to doze off,
and also during our nightly dreamtime life
… is willy nilly and without any doubt, unconscious black magic sorcery. The karmic effect can be excruciating. For instance,
It can result in the death of a dear friend, or of a spouse, without our knowing our own subconscious mind is the cause.
It can result in the degradation of the astral matter of our friends and associates, through our own repressed emotions of anger, fear, or desire for vengeance.
It can result in our own body falling ill, or even succumbing to a fatal illness.
There is, in fact, no knowing to what results this knowledge will lead, in those moments when the subconscious mind gains the upper hand in our moments of momentary weakness.
Dear Ones, I am not just idly speculating on these outcomes. I am not being sensationalistic. Rather, in the past few decades, through clair hearing and clair vision, I have seen these outcomes happening to a broad range of people, over and over again. It is just as likely to happen among those who pursue the spiritual path, as with those who are content with a family and work-a-day life.
The solution, I feel, is to leave the occult arts alone, and to turn instead to a life of devotion. Let it be the very highest form of devotion of which we, in this lifetime, are capable. Let us place God first in our lives, and through Him, may we love and serve all humankind. May we ask God to bless our friends and family with unconditional love. May we live to our highest ideals of peace and truth, courage and wisdom, rejoicing in the beauty of Creation.

ON THE PERILS OF PRACTICING THE OCCULT ARTS FOR SELFISH REASONS

“… whoever indulges, after having pledged himself tooccultism, in the gratification of a terrestrial love or lust, must feel an almost immediate result; that of being irresistibly dragged from the impersonal divine state down to the lower plane of matter.
“Sensual, or even mental self-gratification, involves the immediate loss of the powers of spiritual discernment; the voice of the master can no longer be distinguished from that of one’s passions or even that of a Dugpa; the right from wrong; sound morality from mere casuistry. The Dead Sea fruit assumes the most glorious mystic appearance, only to turn to ashes on the lips, and to gall in the heart, resulting in:—
“Depth ever deepening, darkness
“darkening still; “Folly for wisdom, guilt for innocence; “Anguish for rapture, and for hope despair.” (2)
“And once being mistaken and having acted on their mistakes, most men shrink from realizing their error, and thus descend deeper and deeper into the mire. And, although it is the intention that decides primarily whether white or black magic is exercised, yet the results even of involuntary, unconscious sorcery cannot fail to be productive of bad Karma.
“Enough has been said to show that sorcery is any kind of evil influence exercised upon other persons, who suffer, or make other persons suffer, in consequence. Karma is a heavy stone splashed in the quiet waters of Life; and it must produce ever widening circles of ripples, carried wider and wider, almost ad infinitum. Such causes produced have to call forth effects, and these are evidenced in the just laws of Retribution.
“Much of this may be avoided if people will only abstain from rushing into practices neither the nature nor importance of which they understand. No one is expected to carry a burden beyond his strength and powers.
“There are ‘natural-born magicians’; Mystics and Occultists by birth, and by right of direct inheritance from a series of incarnations and aeons of suffering and failures. These are passion-proof, so to say. No fires of earthly origin can fan into a flame any of their senses or desires; no human voice can find response in their souls, except the great cry of Humanity. These only may be certain of success. But they can be met only far and wide, and they pass through the narrow gates of Occultism because they carry no personal luggage of human transitory sentiments along with them. They have got rid of the feeling of the lower personality, paralysed thereby the ‘astral’ animal, and the golden, but narrow gate is thrown open before them.
“Not so with those who have to carry yet for several incarnations the burden of sins committed in previous lives, and even in their present existence. For such, unless they proceed with great caution, the golden gate of Wisdom may get transformed into the wide gate and the broad way ‘that leadeth unto destruction,’ and therefore ‘many be they that enter in thereby.’ This is the Gate of the Occult arts, practised for selfish motives and in the absence of the restraining and beneficent influence of Âtma-Vidyâ.
“We are in the Kali Yuga and its fatal influence is a thousand-fold more powerful in the West than it is in the East; hence the easy preys made by the Powers of the Age of Darkness in this cyclic struggle, and the many delusions under which the world is now laboring.
“One of these is the relative facility with which men fancy they can get at the ‘Gate’ and cross the threshold of Occultism without any great sacrifice. It is the dream of most Theosophists, one inspired by desire for Power and personal selfishness, and it is not such feelings that can ever lead them to the coveted goal. For, as well said by one believed to have sacrificed himself for Humanity—’Strait is the gate and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life’ eternal, and therefore ‘few there be that find it.’ (Matt. vii, 14) So strait indeed, that at the bare mention of some of the preliminary difficulties the affrighted Western candidates turn back and retreat with a shudder….
“Let them stop here and attempt no more in their great weakness. For if, while turning their backs on the narrow gate, they are dragged by their desire for the Occult one step in the direction of the broad and more inviting gates of that golden mystery which glitters in the light of illusion, woe to them! It can lead only to Dugpa-ship, and they will be sure to find themselves very soon landed on that Via Fatale of the Inferno, over whose portal Dante read the words:—

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.
Well, I have a hot news flash here. I was at a session with Ram Dass yesterday. A lot of people were there. And something I did not know about him is, he has the ability to get people in touch with the energy of their Souls … which has been a goal of mine for a long time; I have been working with it.
So I was just sitting there, listening … He is very strong on energy of the heart, and unconditional love. I was sitting there in the energy of the room and in his energy, yesterday. And I had a kind of a breakthrough.
It was like my Soul … which I have been hearing for a while, and talking to, a little … It was as if the energy of my Soul … which is very fine; very refined energy … I kept having moments of going through the Veil … a very thin Veil of slight unconsciousness and jolting back again, during this talk by Ram Dass.
And then suddenly I blacked out completely … completely unconscious … for just a nanosecond; and I found myself in a different space, past the aura of my body, of my various body vehicles … and in a space where the very refined energy of my Soul was actually infiltrating through … I guess … a Veil? … and into the body vehicles. It was an incredible experience.
And so naturally I was thinking: Gosh, I hope this happens again soon.
I guess that was two days ago. So then the next talk, the next day, was when I found out that Ram Dass has that ability to put people in touch with their Souls (which I did not know before).
So then today, there were Ram Dass and Krishna Das … both very big on unconditional love and devotion and chanting, and that kind of thing … They were both sitting up on the stage. And at first, there was a massive feeling of disorganization in the crown chakra, and a feeling of a heavy lid of energy on my crown chakra.
And it was very disconcerting to me. I was coming up with all these mental stories and propositions about why it was happening. I was that freaked out by it that I went outside and sat in one of the beautiful alcoves here, for a little while.
Finally I got my courage up again, and I went back in. But rather than sit on a chair, I sat on the floor, because I figured I would not be as much noticed there. So I was sitting … discretely … on the floor, hiding … [laughs] … and my mind was totally freaking out. It was coming up with all these stories about how dangerous it was to be there … as if it had taken my Soul as an antagonist, and was thinking that my Soul was trying to overcome it. It was far out, totally weird … It was almost as if my ego thought my Soul was another ego trying to vanquish it.
It was very weird. But I was guessing it had something to do with the earlier experience of greater self beyond ego and beyond personality, that I had felt previously.
So I came back, and I sat down, after the lecture, and I was meditating. And I noticed … because of the energy in that room, with Krishna Das and Ram Dass and others there who were so strong on the heart energy … that my heart was glowing beautifully.
And my mind was totally disorganized … with a lot of energy in my mind too … too much! And so, I was thinking about the Global Coherence Initiative and HeartMath … https://www.heartmath.org/gci/ … you know, that great group of about 60,000 people that are bringing peace and love all over Earth?
And I was thinking how, in their description of the energy of the heart chakra, they explained that there is a connection between the heart and the mind, and that the energy of the heart has to take over and govern the energy of the mind. So I thought: Why not try that while I am meditating? …
So consciously I visualized the energy of my heart and my heartbeat. And I visualized the energy of my heart surging upwards into my brain with every heartbeat. So I could actually feel a pulsing rhythm of the heart’s energy, surging up into my head, and surging back down again, with the heartbeat.
So that was my practice. And after about 10 minutes, what I found was that there was an integration of the emotional body (aka the ‘astral body’, which is governed by the heart) and the mental body, that took place. My mind calmed down. My heart calmed down. And I felt unified … I felt like one for the first time in the last three days (since the start of this big event).
So, for what it is worth, this might be a good visualization to try out, the next time you are feeling very strong heart energy: Try that ‘surging upward’ … Try that connection of the heartbeat with the mental mind … And see if you find a sense of Unity, of harmony, of peace, in that.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.
Prayers for a Person Undergoing a ‘Dark Attack’
I was just sitting here, under the shade of the juniper tree. And I was thinking about an acquaintance of mine, a very dear Soul, who has suffered what is commonly termed a Dark Attack, just recently, that went on and on for days and weeks.
And she has asked for prayers and good wishes and blessings. And so, I was sitting here with prayers and blessings for this very dear Soul.
Violet Light of Saint Germain. First I tried the blessing of the violet Light of Saint Germain, and then the blue Light of Archangel Michael, and both were a lot of fun.
Sekhmet, the Lion Being Who Protects Humankind. Then I tried Sekhmet. Sekhmet is a Lion Being who protects both men and women from the fiercest foes; from the fiercest antagonists. So I imagined Sekhmet, duplicated and triplicated … all standing in order, all around her house, protecting and guarding it. That was pretty successful too; I just felt a feeling of fierce protection, descending on her house. It was great!
Protection of Mother Mary. And so but then, I got to thinking that, inside of that circle of protection … that beautiful circle of crystal white Light around her place and all the surrounding houses in the community … all around … maybe I could place the loving protection of Mother Mary.
And I thought of this because, recently, the mother energy has been returning to humanity from Earth. And it just seemed very appropriate. So, I was sitting here, under the juniper tree, and I called forth Mother Mary’s energy and presence. And the moment I did, the air turned a kind of a golden yellow color … a warm yellow color. And I could feel her presence all around me, and all around the Earth.
It was a wonderful feeling. And that presence stayed with me for quite some time.

So, as I ended my meditation, I just had a thought about my paternal grandmother, and what a wonderful example she was, of maternal love, and grandmotherly love, and beautiful, bright, spiritual energy.
Her Example of Daily Prayer. And one of the things that she taught me was: How to pray regularly. She taught me: First thing on getting up, last thing on going to bed, to say a special prayer for the early morning, or for the evening, for sundown.
Other Things She Taught Me. And I am so happy that she taught me the value of prayer, and of devotion as a way of life. And of the beauty of flowers, kindness to everyone. She was a wonderful human being, and I was very honored to know her for many years.

One of the things she mentioned was how important, for the Incoming Light, right now, it might be to establish a spiritual practice of praying, or meditating, or stillness … any stillness exercise or yoga … all those things … five times a day, much as the Muslims do.
On Developing Stillness. She thought … and I agree completely … that this kind of practice brings stillness directly into our lives, and allows us to persevere through these times. As the Light becomes more and more intense, it’s great to be able to be still, and sit with the presence of the Divine … or you may call it Source … or you may call it God … or whatever you call it.
Anyway, I thought I would take her words to heart, and practice stillness five times a day; and my grandmother’s devotion to heart, and practice devotion all day long, insofar as I can.
A Motherly Blessing for Everyone
On closing, I would just like to wish you all, the energy of motherly love, the energy of the Mother returning to Earth, and her all-encompassing compassion and love for everyone, no matter what.
You know, for the Mother, you can be a naughty child, but you will never be an unloved child. That’s what I have found: She accepts me just the way I am.
