SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I would like to talk a little today about the things that probably will not go wrong with America but that, in the worst case scenario might take place in a few small towns of America. And so these are things that we should look out for and have a plan for in advance, just in case. That is how I feel. It has to do with social unrest and the economy of the United States.

Rogue Town: Counterfeit Money Laundering to Tourists or Through Local Banks

There is a chance, in the coming years, that one of these scenarios might come up: It might be that a town might have a sheriff or police officer who is in collusion with a crime gang, or a mob or mafia … a crime family. And the crime family or crime gang might be producing its own counterfeit United States ‘money’.

They might be passing it out to the tourists who come into town, and laundering it in that way. Or they might be laundering it through the local banks to other parts of the country.

Now if that happens … if the crime gang controls the town … what we have, as far as I can tell, is secession from the United States. The reason for that is, one of the things the Federal Government does is provide a currency for all the states in the United States.

If a town chooses to produce its own currency, then in effect it is setting itself up as a sovereign nation with its own currency, trading on the goodwill and the economic success of the larger governing body, the United States.

Rogue Town: Siege as An Option to Bring It Into Line

If that were to happen, I wonder if the Department of Homeland Security would be the place to go to try to get the situation handled. I say that because, in a broad sense, the actions of a crime gang town might be considered terrorist actions, I suppose, or secessionist actions, and maybe one of those definitions might be covered by the Department of Homeland Security, which might have enough personnel to take care of it.

If the economy is tight here in America, federally, then one way to handle such a situation of a rogue town would be to create a stage of siege to barricade the incoming and outgoing traffic on the roads to other parts of the country, and to prevent air flights from coming in.

The advantage of this would be … with luck … less loss of life than, say, sending in a SWAT team or a National Guard, or worse yet, doing a pinpoint strike.

So that is my idea … something simple. If that did not work, after a length of time, then I would look at more serious action.

Real Estate Seizure Gambit in a Putative Rogue Town

There is one other thing that LI think might happen; and I think, in this case, it would be a different sort of action that would be taken: It is possible that there may be some small towns coming up, where, if a person from another part of the country buys real estate there … if it is a crime town, like the one I described above … they may find that they are arrested on trumped up charges by, say, the sheriff or police officer who is in league with the crime family, and that their only way of getting out of the situation … or worse yet, execution … would be to give their land to the rogue law enforcement officer for a mere dollar, for a pittance … for nothing … in exchange for a lighter sentence or no death sentence … or a chance to leave town and never come back, as in the old days in the Wild West, the days of formation of the country, when laws were rather ‘catch as catch can’.

If that were to happen, that anyone’s real estate could be seized and sold, and they could be In prison with no real reason for it, then in essence, no one could hold property. No one would have property rights in that town, except for the people in the crime gangs.

The crime gang could move into any house in town that it wanted to … say, murder the owners, and falsify the real estate ownership records saying that they were the new owners, and that the house had been sold for a dollar whatever price it might be.

Dealing with Rogue Towns, from a Federal Standpoint

What does this mean in terms of the United States, and social unrest, and secession? To me it means that the most basic right of American people is being violated; the most basic right of property ownership is being violated. And so that town … that rogue town … has violated the United States Constitution.

Again I feel that this is an act of secession. You could consider it a terrorist act too. But in this case what I would do is ask the CIA Factbook to list that town as a place that is too dangerous for Americans from other parts of the country to visit; and to explain why. And I would ask them to issue an advisory that people should not buy land in that area, and to explain why.

It would be kind of like it used to be, to buy land in Mexico: You could not really buy land; you had to go in with a partner who was a Mexican national, if you were American. It might be kind of like that, in rogue United States towns, eventually.

Of course, the other thing that could be done, if property rights are constantly violated, is simply for the United States government to prohibit United States citizens from purchasing land there, if they are not natives of the local area.

Really it would be as if the rogue town were a foreign nation, and the property rights of the mainland Americans would need to be rewritten in the context of that. That is what I feel. We may experience a town or two like that, in the coming years, since everyone is becoming psychic, and they are clearing things out of their energy fields.

Such rogue towns might even exist right now, and they might need a little ‘what for’ … a little getting in tune with the situation in the rest of America. That is what I think.

Conclusion

I would not take this too seriously. We Americans are a strong people, and we can take it in stride, even if it should happen in the rare instance.

Enough talking. You all take care. Love you lots. Have a wonderful February.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I just had a thought, in a hypothetical scenario, where this small town or that, in the United States, might choose to start producing counterfeit, and distributing it to the tourists that come in.

I think that, if a town is producing counterfeit, or distributing it, we might consider it perhaps a terrorist activity, to fall under Homeland Security. Actually, technically, it is secession from the Union, because they have chosen to set up their own paper currency, in that case.

Of course, nothing like that would happen here in the United States; this is just a hypothetical, sci-fi situation. I have mentioned in the past, and I will mention once more, my feeling about such a scenario …

Should it happen, I would suggest the cheapest way for the United States to deal with a secessionist town would be to barricade the main roads in and out, so that traffic cannot move in and out. Basically you have a siege situation going on. I would also remove their air flight and import of Walmart items rights. That is what I would do. That is the cheapest thing.

And if that did not work … if they tried to barge through the barricades and so forth … then we could always send in a commando unit, or a pinpoint strike could be effected. But the thing about pinpoint strikes is that there are a lot of civilian casualties. I would think twice about that.

I know National Reserves are very expensive to use, and the Nation is short on cash. That is why I suggest this low-cost alternative in case such a thing should ever come up.

And I would say that, if it did come up … and it seems to me 99 percent impossible … that we should expect it to happen in only one or two instances. Then everyone else would fall back into line, I feel.

Well, I hope you will forgive me for being so hard-nosed about this; that is just what I feel about it. I also think the CIA Factbook should indicate American towns that are secessionist or terrorist in inclination, so that tourists would not be tempted to go there. That could be like a warning signal.

So, I do not know …. My dad was a veteran of World War II, and I guess, even though I have never seen military action, I do have a feel for military maneuvers, and a concern for cost-cutting in the United States budget.

I am hoping no towns would make that choice; but if they did, that would be my recommendation.

You all take care; and do not pass around counterfeit. It is important. Stand with the U.S. of A.

Cybercrime Hackware – Stalkware: Car Infotainment Systems Gone Rogue ? by Alice B. Clagett

Written and published on 25 July 2019

Dear Ones,

Some while ago, I had the strangest intuition regarding car infotainment and GPS systems; on the psychic plane, I heard there is backend hackware or stalkware installed that allows the cyber criminal purchaser to track the location of any car, globally, through GPS. The systems that came up in the clair chatter were auto Bluetooth, Pandora, and GPS systems (OEM, rather than after-market).

I heard also, on the clair plane, that the Secret Service … would this be United States Secret Service, such as the FBI, the CIA, or Homeland Security; or would it be a foreign Secret Service? … had intended to use this equipment to track and apprehend drug traffickers,  to compensate for a dwindling budget and reduced staffing, but that it had gone rogue through double dealings by a United States expatriate entrepreneur who designed the hackware or stalkware, and who was later expelled from the country he removed to (possibly Japan?).

Sometimes clair chatter has some truth to it, and sometimes it is just Hollywood fiction. Are there any facts out there regarding this astral rumor? Have there been any legal actions filed, for instance?

If there is any truth in the clair chat, then it would be important to find a way to disconnect these devices from our cars, to prevent our being tracked and subjected to crimes of convenience by drug dealers, Mafia sorts and street gangs, I feel.

I wonder if there are savvy auto mechanics out there who could provide this niche market service for car technophobes?

Dear Ones,

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

This is a Call to Action for … I guess it is the FBI … the Secret Service in the United States.

Some years ago I noticed, online, on “The World Factbook” …

Link: “The World Factbook,” by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/ ..

… descriptions of various countries in the world, and recommendations for United States tourists regarding the perils involved in travel to those countries. There was a rating scale regarding perilousness in travel to foreign countries. I do not know if that is still online in the CIA’s “World Factbook Factbook” for tourists today, but it was a wonderful service for tourists, I feel. I see that similar information for tourists is now located here …

Link: “Travel Risk Ratings,” by Harvard Global Support Services …  https://www.globalsupport.harvard.edu/travel-tools/risk-ratings#Afghanistan … Includes International SOS country profiles and State Department travel advisories.

… I had a notion regarding the FBI, and a similar service for United States tourists: It seems to me, from a clair perspective, that there may be a few towns in the United States … or possibly, counties … where the rule of law and order is not what a tourist might anticipate.

If there are such towns, it might be helpful to have a trustworthy list of places to avoid, or of activities to avoid in those places, here in the United States. And who better to do that than the FBI?

Just as background, it seems to me that there are towns, here in the United States … and elsewhere in the world … for which the local populace … the local ‘ethos’, you might say … is such that law-abidingness is less valued … especially with regard to local people’s actions towards people who are just passing through … than might be the case in other towns and locales.

Sometimes the people in a place are used to things just the way they are. They may never have traveled to other towns. They may not know about the standards of law-abidingness that are held to even in counties in the next state.  So for whatever reason,  it is not as safe to be there, if you are a stranger, as it would otherwise be.

For whatever reason …

  • whether because of the low level of the economy there (because it is hard to get by there),
  • because perhaps there is a tradition of elevating non-law-abidingness in that locale that is held to by everyone in the town …

… whatever the reason, it may be impossible … at this time, and in this space … for the people in that locale to change.

I feel that a slowdown in the income stream from tourists to these locales would be very telling. It would be more of an argument to the local people, to make that change to a more conventional law enforcement agenda, than anything else.

Money talks, and so I feel that an FBI list, advising tourists along these lines, would have short-term and long-term benefits …

  • Short-term benefits, in terms of safety for tourists,
  • And long-term benefits, in terms of greater uniformity regarding enforcement of law codes accepted in most of the United States.

Well, that is it for tonight. God bless you all, and may your travels through these great United States be all that you hope they might be.

Dear Ones,

MY ‘CRIMINOLOGY’ BACKGROUND: CO-AUTHOR OF A CRIME AVOIDANCE ‘HOW TO’ BOOK SOME YEARS AGO

As you may know, some long years ago, using the pen name Cricket Clagett, I co-authored a book, now out of print, entitled “1001 Ways to Avoid Getting Mugged, Murdered, Robbed, Raped, and Ripped Off” …

Citation: “1001 Ways to Avoid Getting Mugged, Murdered, Robbed, Raped, or Ripped Off,” by Vivo Bennett and Alice Clagett, published by Mason / Charter, New York 1977

It looks like there is a reprint being ‘ripped off’ now … go figure! ..

THOUGHTS FROM AN AMATEUR SLEUTH

Since then, I have had a casual, ‘amateur sleuth’ interest in criminology. Lately, I have been interested in ‘crime makeovers’. (You can search that phrase on my blog for what I have come up with.)

From time to time, I will see two mugshots (facial photos), and ask my family and friends: Do you think these are the same person? I have noticed they say: No! They’re two different people.

I find this interesting, and I wonder why they arrive at these conclusions. For myself, when I analyze two mugshots, I notice that I also make snap judgments, such as …

Gosh, do these two people look different!

Then I think: Well, but they somehow feel like the same person. This is the intuitive in me speaking I guess. I get what they call, in the detective novels, a ‘hunch’ (as opposed to a ‘lead’ … which I figure must be more substantial).

I know there are all kinds of ways to alter facial features and body statistics so as to avoid detection by camera at a crime scene, and also to avoid criminal database matchups. I have put a little about this in another blog,…

Link: “Crime Makeovers 1,” by Alice B. Clagett, published on 5 April 2017; revised on 17 April 2017 and 15 April 2018 … https://wp.me/p2Rkym-76J ..

MUGSHOTS: MATCHING HEAD SIZE AND THEN ANALYZING EACH FACIAL FEATURE

So then, I came up with the notion of sizing the bottom of the chin and the top of the head (as opposed to the top of the hair) on each mugshot the same … and then going facial feature by facial feature. For instance, I might first observe the nose, then the eyes, then the eyebrows, then the pattern of the facial hair, then the ears, and so on. And then I might make a tally of likely matched features. And then I would decide the likelihood of a match (even though date of birth, weight, social security number, and even height might vary).

Using this method, I considered these people likely to be the same person …

I note in the last mugshot, the higher hairline made matchup more challenging. The determining factor, for me, with these mugshots, was the disparity in the shape of the two eyes.

MUGSHOTS: TAKING AGE DIFFERENCES INTO CONSIDERATION

Age can also make it challenging to match mugshots. For instance, here are a young and an older mugshot of Jeffards Roy Byington. The age disparity does make these mugshots look different, but, I feel, not too different …

MUGSHOTS: DIFFERENCES CAUSED BY HEAD TILT

I have also found that when a person looks slightly down or up, when a photo is taken, then the photos look very different, and a matchup becomes more challenging because of that. The middle vertical row of faces in these artistic sketches clearly illustrate the differences that head tilt causes …

Image: “Head Tilt and Dominance (IMAGE),” Association for Psychological Science … https://media.eurekalert.org/multimedia_prod/pub/web/203601_web.jpg ..

MUGSHOTS: WIDTH OR FULLNESS OF THE FACE DUE TO WEIGHT GAIN, STEROIDS, BOTOX, OR ADDICTIONS

I have also noticed that a change in width or fullness of the face can make it look very different.

ON CROOKS WHO IMPERSONATE THE SECRET SERVICE

This section opens up a can of worms, I feel, to do with criminals putting fake criminal information online so as to ‘diss’ or ‘take down’ each other.

You know, criminals are always on the lookout to make themselves appear to be imminently respectable; they are very into ‘false authority’. It would be very like a criminal gang to pretend to be the FBI, and to issue a false FBI or CIA badge, which for all I know may even be purchasable online, to their most rogue operators.

For instance, compare this real FBI badge …

Image: “The badge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI),” in English Wikipedia, 1 May 2013 … https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symbols_of_the_Federal_Bureau_of_Investigation#/media/File:Badge_of_a_Federal_Bureau_of_Investigation_special_agent.png … public domain

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symbols_of_the_Federal_Bureau_of_Investigation#/media/File:Badge_of_a_Federal_Bureau_of_Investigation_special_agent.png … public domain

… with this fake badge available online for about $50 …

Image: “US FBI Special Agent Badge Solid Copper Replica Movie Props,” at Coin Souvenir … https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0011/9527/8380/products/20190904_162727_140_1024x1024@2x.jpg?v=1581056062 ..

To me the movie prop looks quite like the real McCoy; what do you think about it?

I feel that law enforcement everywhere must be on the lookout for these sorts of hijinks and shenanigans by crime gang members. WikiHow has valuable information on how to know if someone purporting to be a secret service agent really is one. The long and the short of it is, one never knows these days about credentials.

I recall several years ago two men came to my street and broke into the Chatsworth Nature Preserve next door. When I accosted them, the driver of the vehicle said he was a law enforcement ‘detective’, and that he had gotten the ‘go ahead’ from the man in charge of my local LAPD station.

I knew that it was a woman who was in charge of my local LAPD station, so I knew he was lying. And in addition, when he showed me his badge, I could see it was a fake badge, not the LAPD police badge or any variant thereof.

As I recall, when I looked into it, I found that these fake law enforcement badges were a dime a dozen. People are apparently always coming up with these fake IDs.

It is a hard one, though: When I saw the badge the one burglar had, I figured the man might have a gun too, just as true-to-life detectives do. So I figured it was best to just let them make their escape … which they did. They just drove away, and got off scot-free.

That goes to show the power of false authority; the power that criminals know and love, and use with great aplomb against unsuspecting law-abiding people such as those of you reading my blog.

‘CRIME CLUSTERS’ ON BACKGROUND ALERT: CRIMINAL OBFUSCATION OR CYBERCRIME?

As a casual user of internet background search services, I sometimes run across what might be termed ‘crime clusters’ by first and last name (with variant middle names) This makes me wonder if the middle names and other police report statistics might have been misrepresented in some way, possibly by the suspects, or maybe through cybercrime?

CONCLUSION

Well, dear reader, it is up to you to figure out these sorts of puzzles. And puzzles they are! For there is nothing that an outlaw likes to do more, than to elude a posse! I wish you the best of luck in your own amateur sleuth endeavors!

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
