Dear Ones,

I am reminded somehow of the beautiful rose energy of the heart chakra, and the black or grey energy of the unconscious mind. You know, when unconscious thoughts rise to the awareness … even for a moment … and even if they are frightening or, worse yet, socially unacceptable … we can hold these dark thoughts in our consciousness, and at the same time feel our hearts. Then … poof! … like magic! … these dark thoughts dissolve in the sea of our love.

And we can do this kind of transformation not just for our own unconscious thoughts, but for those of the whole world.

• If we see someone with a burden of karma, we can feel their energy and at the same time our own heart, and their karma will be transformed.
• If we see a frightful headline, we can feel our hearts and transform this news for the world.
• If we witness a traffic accident, we can transform other folks’ burden of psychic and physical pain by holding it and dissolving it in our heart.
• Every time we touch a dollar bill, we can feel our heart, and so transform the corporate greed and world poverty.

The possibilities are truly endless.
