This video has an easy physical energization kriya, and two invocations to one’s Ascension Team …

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have for you today an invocation to the Ascension Team that I used while relaxing in corpse pose last night. It filled me with energy and purpose.

First I tried corpse pose in the standard way … lying down on my back, arms along my sides, hands palms up. And what I found was that, after a while, I began to feel a greatly increased sense of energy in my basal chakra, and a smoothing and healing there … a strengthening in my basal, or ‘root’ chakra.

Then, on the hint I had received from an internet article that I will list below, I tried gyan mudra (that is, the active version of gyan mudra: tips of index fingers touching tips of thumbs, other three fingers out straight) in corpse pose. The article that I read said that gyan mudra strengthens the basal chakra …

So, lying in corpse pose, in the standard yogic way, arms along the sides, hands palms up, I tried using gyan mudra with both hands, with the outstretched fingers pointed down, in the direction of my toes.

And what I found is that the stronger energy field created in the root chakra by the prior exercise, began to flood down into Earth, and to connect with Earth. I continued that for a while, until the energy field of my entire lower triangle became very strong, and connected with Earth … grounded with Earth. Then it felt almost like there was too much energy there.

In connection with that, I tried an invocation to my Ascension team, which is as follows …

Then I began to feel that it would be good to carry that energy from the lower triangle … from the basal chakra, the sacral chakra, and the navel point, up to the upper part of the body and beyond.

So I placed my hands, palms down, one over the other, on my heart. And I began to feel a very strong energy flowing upward from my lower triangle, and circulating in my heart. Suddenly … very suddenly … my heart energy became very strong.

Then I tried placing one hand, palm down, at the level of my thymus gland … beneath my neck and above my heart … and the other hand, palm down, at the level of my diaphragm (beneath the heart). And the energy of my heart chakra expanded to fill the high heart and the low heart, as well as the heart itself.

The energy flooded upwards, all around my head and above. And when that happened, I tried this second invocation to my Ascension Team. It went like this …

Those that I ought
For the sake of Earth,
And to know what I must do
In that regard
Once they are contacted.  (x2)

What I found about this invocation is that it helped me to align with my Soul purpose on Earth, as a Lightworker; and to step out of my personality, and into that greater Soul mission that I have, here on Earth.

And I found that those astral beings that had been gathering around me quite frequently lately … mostly male beings … seemed to just flit away. And instead, I was filled with a great sense of peace.

So I offer these two meditations and these two mudras as possibilities for those that have an intention to do a meditation while lying down right before going to sleep, or right after a yoga practice. I think they are quite good.
