Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have a visualization for you, to create the new you for New Life on New Earth.

Imagine your body of Light all around you …

COMMENT: Pre-Raphaelite art at this time often represented contemporary interest in the ‘spirit body’, ‘aura’ or ‘body of light’.

And on the very outside edge of the egg-shaped body of Light are a million hologrammatic projections of the person you want to be: the body, the subtle bodies, the Soul mission, the Soul purpose, the daily activities; and the life you are living now … that very life … is the picture in the million holograms on the outside surface of your body of Light.

Imagine those holograms projecting into the beingness that is your physical body … that very energy. Imagine, all day long, that those hologrammatic projections are creating the New You that is your physical body and your subtle bodies here.

Place your Awareness on the outside edges of the ovoid that is your body of Light; do so all day long. Place your Awareness … not on your body, not on your chakras, not on your mind … but on the outside edge of the body of Light. And see what happens in a month’s time.

Benefits of the Visualization

I note the effect is immediate and beneficial; this visualization creates a sense of well-being; that all is as it should be; that everything is new and that the horizon of our life goals and activities is limitless. The feeling is that the physical and subtle bodies suddenly switches to an ideal state.

The trick, though, is to return to the visualization time after time, whenever I relapse into a sense of limitation, a feeling that I am naught but this physical body … that I am ‘mired’ in time and space, or prevented by who-knows-what circumstance of the moment from experiencing the Light, love, and joy that might otherwise always be mine.
