Feel where there are little pits and stuck-glued bits here and there. Little dugouts, tiny rips, and slightly overheated glomming together of energy lines that distort the perfect form of this, your Etheric Template …

It is these distortions (sometimes called samskaras, morphogenetic field distortions, or karmic miasmic patterning), that create lack of free will, suffering, feelings of powerlessness, illness, and eventually, death, in the human form.

Know that these distortions are not true. They are not you. They are just part of the 3D hologram. Which is to say, You are that Crystal Perfection seen through the 3D lens. Seemingly mortal, seemingly bound, seemingly suffering and powerless, seemingly, perhaps, in less than perfect health.
