I just read this blog, and really loved it! …

It was so interesting to find the blog this morning, synchronously with my own discovery that repeating a new mantra … very lightly, playfully, with my attention on the heart chakra … very quickly repels the energy that folks call by various names … Darkness, the ‘Controllers’, etc etc. 

Here is a mantra that helps very much, in these times, to eliminate fear from the heart. The important thing is to say the mantra very lightly and playfully, and to feel the heart at the same time: To put the attention on the heart. So here it is …

I am in control.   (x3)

(Or you can use other words:  Oh, the power of the heart! It does not matter. It is totally up to you!)

That is the mantra; very simple. Notice the method of saying it.

• What it does is to eliminate fear from my heart, and it allows me to feel the wonderful power of the heart chakra … Which is different from the kind of power that we feel in our third chakra, our solar plexus, because through the solar plexus we exercise control over our environment and over other people.
• But through the heart we exercise the power of the heart to transform the world … which is completely different.

Or whatever appeals to you.

Note I am not specifying what I am in control of, reason being, I like that confident feeling of control, but I do not want to control anyone, actually.

What I just now discovered is that this feeling in the heart, this acceptance of the heart’s power, diminishes the Dark, both within myself, and what I perceive as ‘outside’ myself. Changes everything around, for the much, much better!

Notice how this mantra aligns me with the desires of those who seek control. In this regard, it is very similar to my earlier suggestion about what to do when I feel an attempt is being made to control my sexual urge … when that happens, I say with conviction:

I am the Sex Goddess of New Earth!

If I then hear a specific request, I say,

Hmm, my docket is pretty full right now. I’ll get back to you in a week or two!
