SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

What the Kriya Will Do For You

I have here a new mudra and kriya … a way of placing the arms and hands, and a way of walking … to heal the broken or to resolve a long-standing grudge, or to heal the injuries of the heart that have accumulated over many lifetimes.

How to Do the Kriya

The fingers of the two hands are interlaced, except that the index fingers and thumbs are joined, with a diamond shape in between, like this …

Image: “Arjuna Kriya 1: Wide Open Heart Stance with Diamond Mudra and the Silent Step,” by Alice B. Clagett, 24 May 2020, CC BY-SA 4.0 … DESCRIPTION: Hands are together, thumb tips touching, tips of index fingers touching, and palms apart, so that there is a diamond-shaped space between the two touching thumbs and the two touching index fingers. The rest of the fingers are loosely interlaced. The hands are held at the level of the heart chakra, with the joined thumb tips pointing towards the heart and the joined index fingers pointing horizontally outward, away from the person doing the mudra. This is not seen, but relevant: Elbows are out, away from the sides, so that the space between the heart center and the hands is roughly oval. You can walk in a sedate way while doing this kriya. It could be a walking meditation. If you do walk like this, do that special kind of walk where you set down the toes of your feet first, and then your heel. I call this the Silent Step.

This is a Native American way of walking that I learned many years ago from Earth Skills … https://www.earthskills.com/ … an animal tracking, wilderness survival, and Native American culture outfit located in Frazier Park, California. According to my Earth Skills teachers, Native American trackers and hunters walked silently over the leaf-strewn forest floors in that way. It is a very graceful way of walking.

So you are holding the wide-open space of your heart, and you are walking gracefully in your meditative stance. To heal the broken heart.

ABOUT ARJUNA

Arjuna was a central character of the Mahabharata, an Indian philosophical epic. This image of Arjuna with bow drawn, riding in a war chariot, with Lord Krishna as charioteer, is one of my favorites …

Image: “ISKCON Jagannath Bbt Partha Sarathi/Krishna Arjun” …   https://www.amazon.in/images/I/51uZvfHE1PL.jpg … DESCRIPTION: Arjuna with bow drawn, stands in a moving chariot drawn by four white horses moving at a gallop. Holding the reins of the chariot is Lord Krishna, the charioteer. There are slain men and fighting people all around them.

In a way, the image reminds me of Arjuna Kriya.

That I know of, there are three people that identify as Arjuna, the spiritual son of Indra. I am one of them, then there are two others. You might say that we identify with Arjuna.

In my own timeline theory, I was Arjuna. Because each human being has their own series of timeline choices, it is also possible that the other two people, in their own timelines, experienced being Arjuna in ages past. Who is to say?

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

YESTERDAY AFTERNOON: BINDING DOWN OF THE DEMONIC LIEN-HOLDER OF JAKARTA

Quite a large demon, the lien-holder of the Jakarta City Dome, was bound down yesterday afternoon, through God’s grace. Those who chose to befriend it were likewise bound down. Only God can break those bonds; no other power shall loose them.

Image: Binding Down of a Demon … http://www.prayprayer.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/174305.jpg … DESCRIPTION: Top right, an angel dressed in white, with white wings and a sword, is descending from the sky towards a large golden demon with fangs, horns, and claws that is snarling at the angel. The demon is bottom left. Bottom right, there is a symbol with seven skull-type figures in a circle, with fire in the middle of the circle.

Though, through this spell, some people were bound down, along with the demons, this was less a spell of binding, than a spell of warding. People who befriend demons, do so in order to attack other people. Thus, binding them down prevents them from attacking other people, in the astral realm.

A spell such as this must be cast with a pure heart, a heart devoid of anger and other dark emotions. Otherwise, for sure, they will be the end of the person who attempts the spell. Who knows, maybe something along the lines of what happened to those wicked folks who opened up the Ark of the Covenant in the movie “Raiders of the Lost Ark” …

Video: “Raiders of the Lost Ark (9/10) Movie CLIP – Face Melting Power (1981) HD,” by Movieclips, 5 May 2016 … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcR9k8o4I0w ..

That scene was way over my horrible-moments endurance level. I have just this to say about it: Do not watch scary movies. And never address the issue of demons and binding spells unless God wants this to happen. To be on the safe side, I suggest aligning one’s mind and heart and will with the Great Mind, the Great Heart, and the Great Will of God, and then asking Him to do the binding, if (and only if) it is His will.

AUTUMN EQUINOCTIAL TRANSFORMATION OF WORLD WAR II KARMA

I took a look at an airline route map for flights between Los Angeles and Jakarta, over the Pacific Ocean …

Image: Airline route between Los Angeles and Jakarta, over the Pacific Ocean …  https://www.fly4free.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/map-67.png ..

I note that the route grazes Japan.

Then I saw the airline route map for flights between Los Angeles and Jakarta, over Eurasia …

Image: Airline route between Los Angeles and Jakarta, over Eurasia … http://weekendblitz.0g2y9hcyenagyt19l.maxcdn-edge.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/honeymoonmap.jpg ..

I note that the route goes over the United Kingdom, glances past France, then goes through Germany.

I get from this that the now-bound-down lien-holder of Jakarta carried the karma of World War II. Now that the demon (some say, Fallen Angel) is bound down, we may hope for peace on Earth, and harmony amongst the countries of the world.

WELL-WISHER JOURNEYS TO THE HELLWORLDS AND BACK

Already here in Los Angeles … in fact … immediately upon God’s blessing of the binding … I felt a great weight of Darkness lifted from over my head, and I felt the freeing of those who had been acquaintances of those befriending the demon.

Last night and today, these acquaintances have been karooming up and down, visiting those bound down with the demon in the Darkness of the Hellworlds, and then back up, into the Light. From a clairaudient perspective, it is pretty weird for me to hear … Their clair voices descend to a very low register … I hear clair shrieks and groans and growls … and then they bounce back into the Light, and their clair voices return to the normal register.

It reminds me of some years prior, when I went on hunting expeditions, down into the depths of the Hellworlds, attempting to ‘save’ folks I knew. I have this to say about that: God is Great. God will take care of all that. It is up to us to take care of our own selves, to stand in God’s grace, and to follow the path of righteousness, insofar as we may, during this lifetime.

AFFIRMATION TO FREE THE SOULS OF THE DAMNED

For those who know their loved ones are in the Hellworlds, and who cannot loose themselves from this concern … though they know it binds their very Souls to that Dark Realm … I suggest saying this affirmation for those they love …

You are free! Go where you will!

RAMA AND HANUMAN FIGHTING THE DEMON RAVANA

The song “Hanuman Chalisa” is a favorite of mine, and so I have learned the story of Hanuman, the monkey god who, despite daunting odds, rescued a human queen from a demon, on behalf of the king he served. Thus the events of the last 24 hours reminded me of this painting of Rama and Hanuman fighting the demon Ravana …

GLUSKAP, HERO OF THE ALGONQUIN, VANQUISHER OF SORCERERS AND OF THOSE WHO FOLLOWED DEMONS

Then, quite by accident, I came across an image of Gluskap, Hero of the Algonquin,  who defeated sorcerers, defeated those who followed demons, and granted many wishes to his people. His totem was the red-tailed hawk …

Image: “Gluskap: Mythical Hero Who Defeated Evil Sorcerers And Demon Followers …  http://www.ancientpages.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Gluskaphero2.jpg ..

In the Spirit Realm, the events of the last night and day seem to me to echo the Algonquin stories about their folk hero Gluskap, just as the story of Hanuman did.

INCARNATIONAL MEMORIES BY ALICE: A VISION … LOOKING THROUGH THE EYES OF A RED-TAILED HAWK

The image of Native American hero Gluskap, and his friend the hawk, reminds me of a dream I once had of seeing through the eyes of a red-tailed hawk that was circling high up in the sky, and looking down with lightning sharp vision at a mouse scurrying along a chaparral track in a high mountain meadow below.

In my mind, I link the story of Gluskap and the vision through the hawk’s eyes with two remembered lifetimes as a Native American … one as a boy in the Cuyamaca Mountains, and one as a Hopi brave …

INCARNATIONAL MEMORIES BY ALICE: CUYAMACA OMEN
A poem by Alice B. Clagett

1 May 2017

Once I ran
a leaf-strewn path
beside a sometime mountain stream
my family
ground its meal by

Young then, but lithe,
I was
the Silent Runner

It was the black bear
took my life
Still wondering —
What will this brave boy
become?

. . . . .

Later I walked
Those mountain paths
Saw him fly by,
heading downstream

I stopped to nap
under our family’s oak tree,
Woke with a start!
What’s that behind me?

But it was
only a coyote child.

. . . . .

Yesterday
the air was full
of omens

What should I do?
I asked
my Cuyamaca dad

You are, he said,
My cherished one —
Go quick!
May these thy feet
touch not one leaf!

And so I fled
back to the quiet places —

. . . . .

Dad, dad!
Once more I am
the silent runner!

. . . . .

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

The Voice of a Child . a poem by Alice B. Clagett

  • “The Voice of a Child,” a Poem by Alice B. Clagett, Soundtrack and Words, 3 March 2018

Dear Ones,

Here is a poem I wrote earlier this month …

Although this account is entirely fictional, the inspiration for it was the murder of the child Dylan Redwine in Bayfield, Colorado, after he went missing on 18 November 2012.

As I recall, posters were put up around town regarding a 19-year-old Ute child, possibly from the nearby town of Ignacio, Colorado, who went missing a month later, but I cannot find anything on that child online; perhaps he went back home.

I also recall a couple of instances of foreign exchange students at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, being posted as missing while out running in the mountains … if memory serves? Was it in the summertime, between 2013 and 2015? As well, I could not find information on them online; perhaps they came safely back to school.

“The Voice of a Child”
A Poem by Alice B. Clagett
Soundtrack and Words
3 March 2018

This account is entirely fictional.

Not long ago, in a country town
chilled to the bone, a troubled child
waited almost an hour for the bus to arrive

A woman, seeming mighty grand
pulled up in an old sedan
Leaned across the passenger seat
opened the door and said, hop in!

For almost a month on the astral plane
Night after night I heard his screams

God, oh God! God, oh God!
When will my father come find me?

Mr MD, What have you done
clipping the eyelids from that man’s son?
Did you think that would awaken him?

The heresy of physical form
makes a man think that a woman is born
when the jewels of his youth are shorn
and then, his mother’s fine clothes are worn

What shows up is an angry man
trapped in a form that he can’t stand
What will he do for a sexual thrill
but find a child at a bus stop to kill?

For over a month on the astral plane
I heard his screams, I felt his pain
And then one day, a man stepped in
and severed the child from his agony

Then for a month or more I heard
a sweet small voice from the wild clair world

I love you, I love you, Mr MD
for ending that nightmare pain in me
I love you, I love you, Mr MD …
Thank you for liberating me

Oh God, if there be a God, please spare
this child, please find him there
Bless him and bring him home again
to the Father who hears when he calls for help

Bless his parents. Heal that place
and by the way, as to Dorian Gray
ask the MD to read it please

Form’s good, but it’s not the only thing
It’s feelings that make our hearts sing

In my heart I still hear
month in, month out,
the voice of a child
and how he called out

See the face of a woman
who was not all there
and the glint of a knife
as it arced through the air

I remember how great
was the grief of that town
and how we kept hoping
the child would be found

Dear Ones,

Here is a little about the Divine Feminine, the corn maiden, and the incoming Light.

An edited Summary follows the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

This is the tribal gathering place built by the local Native Americans in the Espanola, New Mexico, area. See? There is kind of an amphitheater effect. It is great!

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Native American Tribal Gathering Place in Espanola, New Mexico

I was sitting here in New Mexico at a tribal gatherings place. And it is circular. And it has a wonderful feeling to it. The sun is getting lower on the horizon. And I was sitting and meditating on my heart. And I had the most incredible experience. I just had a feeling we were accepting the energy of the Divine Feminine. And I just had a feeling I was sitting here with the braves and the ancestors of the Native Americans.

I know it is a strange thing, because I can remember several Native American lifetimes. But in this lifetime I am not Native American. It is just that I have that ancestral affiliation.

Vision of the Corn Maiden

I was sitting here, meditating on the Divine Feminine, in my heart. And I had the strangest feeling that I was … I think it is called the Corn Maiden, in the Native American culture … the Divine Feminine expressed as the nurturing Giver of Life … Bringer of the Crops of Corn that fed the people.

It was really great. So I thought I would share. And I am wishing you a wonderful, heartfelt day, in these times … this upcoming week when so much good energy is coming into our hearts, and into our fields, into our lives, and into Earth.

Dear Ones,

Here are two Native American visions I had. The first is about being at one with the natural world, and the second is about courage when confronted with great change, such as in passing from physical form. Hope you like them! There’s a Summary after the video …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones,

I am sitting here on a very windy day, in the shelter of a big juniper tree that was the type of tree that is sacred to the Native Americans. And I can see the juniper berries on the floor of the forest underneath the tree. And little shreds of juniper bark, with yellow lichen on them … very colorful. And all the birds have been coming by.

So, one bird that was bright yellow … a small, bright yellow bird … I do not know what it was; it was beautiful. And it was singing and carrying on; it was great!

It is so windy, I hope you can here! So, sitting here in the shade of the sacred juniper tree, reminds me of two visions I had … Native American visions. And I will tell you about each of them, and what they meant to me, very briefly.

. . . . .

Incarnational Memories by Alice: The Vision of the Cuyamaca Native American Boy
27 June 2014

Once I was hiking in the Cuyamaca wilderness, in Southern California. And as I turned to retrace my steps, back towards the road, I was walking higher up than a creek. And on the other side of the creek was a little trail … a deer trail … and all around were live oaks … California live oaks; very beautiful!

And there, running along the deer path, I saw, in a vision, a Native American child about eight years old … a boy … running, very lithely and quickly, along the trail. And I could not tell! … He was kind of transparent, so I guess maybe he was a shade. I waiver on that … Maybe he was a ghost … And sometimes I think, maybe it was me a long time ago, you know?

And the thing I got from that is: He was so at one with the forest floor, the leaves of the oak trees on the forest floor, it was as if he were part of the oak trees and the water … But in human form.

I was very happy to see a child so at one with everything around him.

And then he sort of faded out and disappeared. And that was my first vision.

. . . . .

Incarnational Memories by Alice: The Vision of the Native American Elder Who Faced Death with Calm Courage
27 June 2014

And the other vision I had, was of an older Native American brave, sitting with a blanket wrapped around him, near the Eastern edge of a mesa, in the Southwest part of what is now the United States.

This person, I could tell was me, for sure, in a past life. He was sitting, watching a red sun, rising or setting, off in the distance. And he was feeling and knowing, that it was his time to pass.

The thing that was so amazing to me about that vision and that memory, is the complete acceptance of such a great change … this change we call death, or passing. Such an amazing settledness about it. Such courage, and such strength of character. Unwaivering understanding that death is just a part of life. Without any regrets at all, he was watching and knowing, and understanding the cycle of life.

That memory has stood me in good stead over the years; and especially now, when so many things are changing because of the Ascension process. I remember how brave I was once, and it helps me to be more courageous now.

. . . . .

Conclusion

These are only two of many stories I have about past lifetimes, but they are some of the happiest ones.

See you all later.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

  • A VISIT FROM THE HATHORS
  • REMEMBERING A DEATH DATE OF ONE OF MY NATIVE AMERICAN INCARNATIONS

Dear Ones,

A VISIT FROM THE HATHORS

I was at church today, Sunday service. My brothers and sisters from the fifth dimension were there. They loved the drumming. They loved the singing. They loved how our hearts filled the air with song just past the ear’s ability to hear, but every heart was listening.

The drummers got a little out of sync, and I started to worry. Then I heard lighthearted laughter …

You humans are so serious, and so separate!
You have such diverse points of view.
We love that in you!
We, who think and feel almost as one, though we be many … we salute you!
This life you chose on earth can be quite challenging. We applaud your courage. Know that we love you!

. . . . .

REMEMBERING A DEATH DATE OF ONE OF MY NATIVE AMERICAN INCARNATIONS

I was thinking about the lifetime when I sat on that western mesa, wrapped warm in a good blanket, watched the sun set … oh, so beautiful … watched the night sky blossom with stars, and felt, with a steady heart, as my life left me.

I thought, Why not? And journeyed back, to sit beside him, hand on that old, courageous shoulder, my heart his own.

I, who will be, am here with you now.

. . . . .

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

The Emerald Tablets of Thoth: The Cross and the Circle . by Alice B. Clagett *

Published on 26 March 2015; revised
Old title: The Cross and the Circle

  • HOW THE HOUNDS OF THE BARRIER CAN BE OVERCOME BY THE HEART
  • ANGLES: LEFT-BRAIN THOUGHT
  • CIRCLES: VORTICAL ENERGY OF THE HEART AND BLOOD
  • THE CROSS IN THE CIRCLE, AND THE ANKH
  • ON MAKING THE BODY OF LIGHT AS BRIGHT AS POSSIBLE

Dear Ones,

For the below-referenced discussion, please read this …

Link: Doreal’s translation of “The Emerald Tablets of Thoth, the Atlantean” … http://thediamondsmine.com/files/Ebooks/Thoth-EmeraldTablets.pdf ..

HOW THE HOUNDS OF THE BARRIER CAN BE OVERCOME BY THE HEART

In the below-referenced passage from the Emerald Tablets, Thoth describes how the mind … the ‘Hounds of the Barrier’ on the edge of time and space … can be overcome by the Heart.

… beginning page 40, fifth paragraph (beginning “List ye, o …”), through the end of page 41 (ending, “…on thy way.”)

On these pages, there is a description of the Hounds of the Barriers, the guardians of the cycles, who move through angles (not circles) in a space where there is no time, and who attempt to devour a Soul. I note that angular thinking, and the illusion of cause and effect, are singularities of left-brain thought processes, and possibly interruptions of the motion of Creation.

By dwelling within the circles of the body, where there are no angles, we can be safe from these fearsome enemies. By using a combination of the ‘cross and the circle’ we can be safe from them.

So the cross is significant protection, and not just from a Christian standpoint, but also from the perspective of ancient Egyptian religion.

ANGLES: LEFT-BRAIN THOUGHT

The angles he speaks of represent left-brain thought … logical thought. They are the trap of the mental mind that limits us to temporospatial reality. This keeps us in one dimension, one timeline, whereas, in truth, we can jump to any dimension, any timeline, whenever we want.

CIRCLES: VORTICAL ENERGY OF THE HEART AND BLOOD

The circles Thoth speaks of represent vortical energy, the energy of the human heart and blood. (For instance, on page 65, Thoth states that the blood moves in ‘vortical motion’.) Thus, to my mind, circles are but a cross-section of a vortex.

On page 46, Thoth mentions that Creation came into being through purposeful Thought that created a Vortex of vibration in the Void.

Then on page 36 there is a statement that time and space are moving in circles.

The kundalini dances in vortical motion, as do the chakric wheels, the solar systems in their path through time, and the far-flung galaxies.

And so, mastery of the ability to create and sustain Vortical Energy is very important to our Soul evolution. That same vortical energy connects us with the far-flung galaxies, and through exploration of our own heart, allows us to connect directly to Source. The the ebb and flow of aligns us with the Now of the fifth dimension.

THE CROSS IN THE CIRCLE, AND THE ANKH

The cross in the circle of which Thoth speaks shows temporospatial reality overcome by the circle of faith, the circle of the All, all spaces, all times, all possible worlds.

In the context of Christianity, the cross in the circle represents Christ’s triumph over death and ascension to Heaven (to the fifth dimension). This is a triumph that all humanity may experience at this moment in the Ascension process, the return to Earth of the consciousness of Christ, the Buddha, Allah, Elijah, Lord Krishna, The Great Spirit, and the highest consciousness to which every spiritual path points.

Image: Medieval stonework of cross within a circle … https://thumbs.dreamstime.com/x/medieval-cross-circle-old-relief-inside-wall-st-mary-charity-gothic-church-venice-73564014.jpg ..

The ancient Egyptian symbol known as the ankh is another representation of the cross and the circle combined. Note that the circle, representing vortical energy, is on top of the cross, representing logical thought, brain wave patterns …

ON MAKING THE BODY OF LIGHT AS BRIGHT AS POSSIBLE

As Thoth says (adapted): A person’s Body of Light must be very bright for them to get past the ‘Hounds of the Barrier’. Further, on page 33, there is an explanation about how circle energy and invocation of Light can free us from bondage to the Brothers of Night.

Let us seek the Light, with love and faith. So shall we all master our minds, and step into the New.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

Here is the first in a series of videos about working with desire elementals (which are composed of ‘elemental essence’).

There is an edited Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Caveat about Mistaking Clair Talk from Our Desire Elemental to Be Clair Talk About Another Person

This is the first of a series of videos on working with the desire elementals. These are composed of elemental essence. They are sometimes called the ‘Lower Mental Body’. I just wanted to give you all a heads up, before starting this video, as to what I have been noticing lately …

As the Awakening takes place, people are beginning to hear their desire elementals and talk with them. But very frequently, they do not know that their desire elementals are part of their cells. They believe that they are someone else … maybe someone of the opposite sex that they know, for instance.

I quite frequently clair see or hear people getting into acerbic arguments … bitter arguments … with their own desire elementals simply because they do not know that this is part of themselves.

As we proceed on the path of Awakening, one of our jobs is to make friends with our own desire elementals, and begin to train them up to be in the world in the way that we wish them to express themselves.

Names for the Desire Elemental

I have been working with desire elementals today, while I am out hiking in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountain … my desire elemental … or elemental essence … and those of other people as well.

I have a few rules of the road, for when you decide to begin your first conversation with your desire elemental. And so, I am going to give you the list of names that people call desire elementals in different traditions. It is a long one; it goes like this: Desire elemental, elemental essence, lost child of the Soul (or lost children of the Soul, inner child), the child within …

If it is upset, sometimes they say: Childhood trauma, childhood wounding, or Soul wounding … Then for the healthy one, they say: The viscera, the gut brain, the Lower Mental Body. Also: lower triangle, autonomic nervous system, parasympathetic nervous system, sympathetic nervous system, subconscious mind, or unconscious mind … depending on the tradition.

Intelligence of the Desire Elemental

All those terms refer to that quality of intelligence I call the desire elemental. You have to understand they do not have a cerebral cortex. They are not truly individualized, although they can speak to you through telepathy.

They go with enthusiasm and joy. They love joy, and happiness, and gratitude, and appreciation, and Light, and love. They love those things. They respond best to those things, but because we have been in a Dark Duality until the Shift in 2012, they have learned … usually before one month of age … slogans that have been carried through, unconsciously or subconsciously, all their lives, in the gut, in the viscera, in the neurons there.

Desire Elemental Malware

They have learned slogans that are not joyful and are not happy and are not grateful and are not full of appreciation … none of those good things. They have added some enthusiasm … because they are very enthusiastic … to some very compromised wordings, such as, for instance: F— you in the a– hole!

That is a favorite; said with great enthusiasm by the Lower Mental Body that is not tracked by the Higher Mental Body and trained, as we do when we start on the spiritual path.

Or it might be: You don’t love me! You don’t love me! … over and over again. That is another one.

Then there is a feeling that the Lower Mental Body sometimes has. It goes like this: I am afraid! I am afraid I am going to die. He … [meaning the person that is the Higher Mental Body’s owner] … doesn’t even know I exist.

How to Ease the Angst of Your Desire Elemental

The minute you start talking to them, they know that you know that they exist, and that eases the existential anxiety, or angst, that they have. This is the existential angst that is coming to the fore, and causing anxiety attacks and panic attacks as we are rising to, and awakening to, the Light of New Earth.

So that is the beginning of not feeling afraid, and not feeling concerned for your life: To talk to your Lower Mental Body. So we say, for instance, that the Lower Mental Body, the elemental essence, takes on the flavor, or taste, of the personality with which it is associated.

Elemental Essence Sometimes Goes from One Person or Place to Another

Elemental essence is not like the physical body. It stays mainly with us, and associates with us. But there is elemental essence everywhere on Earth, in Creation. We have some that tags along and trails along with us, around the lower triangle. (That is another name for the vital body.)

But it comes and goes, in little bits. For instance, some might be attracted to someone else that we are walking past, and go on off, trailing after it. And when it does that, it takes on the flavor, or taste, of that other personality that it is then associated with.

And vice versa; we might pick up a little bit of elemental essence just from the air, or from the mountain here, where I am standing, or from other people. And then that takes on, and patterns itself after, our own personality.

Like Us, Elemental Essence is Growing in Intelligence

So that is about elemental essence: How it is growing in intelligence. And so, the point of elemental essence is that it should become more and more intelligent, and more and more God-aware, just like the point of everything in creation is like that. It is learning, and we are learning; we are learning together.

On Listening to the Story of Your Desire Elemental

You have to listen, in the beginning, to the story of your desire elemental. You have to find out, for instance, what was going on in your parents’ minds when they made love one month after you were born; that is what gets picked up … that kind of very deep lesson about the vital self.

Case of the Man Who Was Angry with His Postpartum Wife. I ran across a case like this recently: If, for instance, your father was angry at your mother because he had not been able to enjoy sexual relations with her for quite some time before you were born (because of her pregnant condition), then he might feel anger while this first act of sexuality takes place in your young life.

You might be nearby … maybe in a bassinet in the same room … or in a motel room … even on the same bed. So your vital body would have picked up that anger that your father was feeling about being deprived of what his vital body felt was rightfully his, during the last few months of pregnancy.

He might have been angry, and he might have said: F— you in the a– hole! … or something like that, in his Lower Mental Body, while that very important first act of sex that you observe, takes place.

Desire Elemental Sexual Malware

So all your life you might be saying: Wow! The enthusiasm of this thing! The greatness of this thing! … And yet your Lower Mental Body is saying something quite the opposite, simply because of patterning in very early childhood. That is just one example.

Other Desire Elemental Malware

Other things it does … The main things that are the lookout of the desire elemental are …

I want to stay alive! Please don’t threaten me! Please try to keep me safe! Keep all the cells of the body together!

The body cells have this concern too: You don’t know about us! You don’t like us. You think we are too fat! … and all this. You know? So talking to the body cells is also important. But that is an aside; so …

Concerns of the Desire Elemental

Numero Uno: Please keep me alive! Please, big person, keep me alive!

Numero Dos: I know that we are supposed to be interested in people out there; we are supposed to arrange for you to be attracted to be attracted to them. But, hey, what kind of person are you interested in … So they go on. They do not know. You have to define exactly what it is that you want, in the area of a sexual partner.

Numero Tres: Rule the world. We will rule the world! We will get our way! We have a master plan! … That has to be toned down a little, you know? … Because we might have a master plan, but other people might object.

The whole thing about the Higher Mental Body is, it kind of takes control of the situation, and it offers alternatives to the early childhood malware that we picked up in the Lower Mental Body by mistake.

A couple more things …

. . . . .

How to Talk to Elemental Essence
Channeled by Alice B. Clagett
Soundtrack and Words
27 July 2016

Elemental essence just does not have intellect. One of the things that you cannot do is, you cannot offer them comparisons. You cannot say, for instance: I know something better than this. That you cannot say. It will not understand, because it cannot keep two things in its intellect … its ‘non-intellect’ … at the same time.

You do not want it to say that F— you in the a– hole! again. You do not want that to happen again. So you say: I know something better! See the enthusiasm? And the heart chakra is very open.

And they go: Yeah? … like that.

And you say: Yeah! Would you like to know?

And they say: Yeah!

And then you tell them. You say: When you see somebody … [this and such; somebody that meets whatever criteria you have; when you see somebody like that] … I’ll tell you you when I really want you to … Then you say: I love you! I love you! … You got it?

And they say: Yeah!

Like that; very simple; very simple thinking. Enthusiasm. With an open heart, you speak to your desire elemental. And you speak to the truth of the moment. They can only carry one idea in their minds. it is not exactly a mind; it is like an enthusiasm. [laughs]

. . . . .

You all take care. Love you lots.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

ADULTS ONLY (PG-13, NUDITY): Painting: “Nymphs and Satyr,” by William-Adolphe Bouguereau, public domain. SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Introduction

This is the second in a series of videos on the desire elemental. This video is about working with other people’s desire elementals so as to spark them, or help them begin to unify those two mental bodies, the Lower and the Higher Mental Body. The ultimate aim is total mastery of mind.

Work of the Spiritual Person with Other People’s Desire Elementals

There is work with the desire elementals of people that you encounter as well. They could be desire elementals belonging to people that you know, or to complete strangers; it does not matter.

Because the desire elementals of other people are always talking to me, even though their Higher Mental Bodies do not know about it … what I want to do is to introduce their Lower Mental Bodies, their desire elementals, to their Higher Mental Bodies … their cerebral cortexes and their voluntary nervous systems, their conscious minds; and not just their subconscious minds.

Usually they are positioned in the lower Body of Light of the person, starting, say, from the waist down; the Lower Quadrant of the Body of Light. And they are feeling that that is where they are; that that is where they ought to be …

The Desire Elemental Usually Aggregates in the Lower Half of the Body of Light, in the Vicinity of the Viscera

Image: “Quadrants of the Body of Light,” Self-portrait by Alice B. Clagett, 23 December 2017, CC BY-SA 4.0, from “Awakening with Planet Earth,” https://awakeningwithplanetearth.com … DESCRIPTION: The above image portrays a standing woman, facing forward and surrounded by a yellow oval. The oval is labeled: Body of Light. It is divided into four quadrants labeled Upper Quadrant, Right Quadrant, Left Quadrant, and Lower Quadrant. The Upper Quadrant of the Body of Light begins just below the neck, and includes the 5th or throat chakra and higher, to a foot or two above the head. The Lower Quadrant begins at the bottom of the rib cage, and includes the 3rd chakra or navel point, and lower, down to a foot or two below the feet. The Right Quadrant is in the area of the high and low heart chakra and the right side of the body, from the perspective of the person in the image (not from the perspective of the observer). The Left Quadrant is in the area of the high and low heart chakra and the left side of the body, from the perspective of the person in the image (not from the perspective of the observer). The transpersonal chakras have come ‘on board’ since 2012 as the Incoming Light transforms and enlarges our Bodies of Light. The 10th chakra is said to be located 2 1/2 to 3 feet above the head.

What Other People’s Desire Elementals May Say to You

[continuing with the video …] They usually say things that are very judgmental, like: You are not my kind of person! … or … You wear the wrong clothes! ... something like that, something ‘ingroup-outgroup’, as they say.

Or they say: Hey! Hey! Can we make love? … Or something like that. So it is either the one, or the other.

Helping Other People’s Higher and Lower Minds to Communicate with Each Other

The thing that the person on the spiritual path can do is talk to them with our own Higher Mental Body, our own conscious mind, and say: Go on back to your person, and ask them what to do. Talk to them. You know they love you; they really love you! … And they will go back right away.

Lots of times there will then ensue a conversation: You hate me; you really hate me! … or something like that (this, because they are really not talking together yet).

And so then I say, to the person’s higher mind (this is a different form of telepathy): Say, he’s talking to you … or … She’s talking to you! Why don’t you tell them that you love them! … like that.

If it is a man, usually his Higher Mental Body will not say that exactly, not with enthusiasm. Instead, it might say, with a little exasperation, “Of course I love you.” or “You’re ok, kiddo.”

And then from down below you will hear: I’m not, I’m not! You don’t think that? … You know? There is this big, Puritan mix-up going on. And so I will encourage the Higher Mental Body. I will say: Say it again; go on, it’s ok.

And then the conversation will go on, between those two, the lower mind and the higher mind. And that is exactly what we on the spiritual path are aiming at, with other people: That everyone should have a unified mind. That is how it goes.

Story about ‘I Will Grab Her’ Desire Elemental

There are other things that can happen too. Just now, I was walking down a less traveled footpath in the mountains. And nearby were maybe four or five people; young people, in high spirits. When young people are together and in high spirits, I am always careful, because their desire elementals can be rather rambunctious.

I was coming round the curve, and just got out of the sight of them as they started to come back down the mountain there. And one of the young people sent their desire elemental out to me, with an image of a young child about half as tall as i am … running to meet me and grab me. It was saying: I will grab her! I will grab her! … like that.

This is like what a young person who does not know any better would do. So I said: Go on back to the person that you are with, and you stay right there with them. And I sent my Lower Mental Body skipping beside them, holding their arms down by their sides, in front of the Lower Quadrant of Light of that person for a moment, so that they would get the idea.

And then I said: Here, here! You two talk together! … So they started talking. And further, they started talking with another member of the group; they learned very quickly.

Conclusion

So there is that too: You can project your desire elemental to interact with the desire elemental of someone else in the way that your conscious mind desires.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have here for you, some of the kinds of conversations that I hear from other people’s desire elementals, and the story of the first time I contacted my own desire elemental.

Dissing of Sexual Desire
by Alice B. Clagett
Soundtrack and Words
27 July 2016

A lot of times, what I hear from other people’s desire elementals is dissing of the feeling of sexuality. For instance, I will hear: That rootie-tootie thought is not for me!

Link: “Hank Williams-Rootie Tootie,” by 50s Rockabilly, 21 September 2009 … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MtJqE5q32w ..

Or: That antsy pantsy feeling is not for me!

Or: There they are, prancing and dancing again!

Or: We don’t dance the polka with just anybody!  … Which is not so bad, do you not think?

Then there is: I’m not an effervescent guy!

And the reply from another desire elemental might be: That effervescent thought won’t occur to me.

Sexual Supplications

Another thing that I hear are sexual supplications or entreaties. They might sound something like this: Will you come to my place to stay?

Here is another one; a desire elemental saying: How would you like to be paddywhacked?

Here is another thing that the desire elemental might really get enthusiastic about: Great balls of fire! Great balls of fire! … [laughs] … At the age when this is learned, there is no particular frame of reference for this; but it just sounds so enthusiastic and so lively that they really love it.

Oops! Gender Mixups!

The desire elemental does not understand the difference between male and female, between the genders. And so it can get very mixed up as to what we want. And a lot of times I hear a woman’s desire elemental, on the subconscious plane, giving a sexual entreaty to a woman, such as me … or vice versa, it might be a man offering a sexual solicitation to a man … and not intentionally. But rather,  these might be considered repressed emotions … not necessarily valid for the personality, but just hanging out there, in the desire elemental realm, because they cannot be thought through because of the societal issues.

So the thing to do with regard to these, I feel, is first to notice them, and then to train the desire elemental as to what it is we really want … what we prefer in the way of gender … and so on and so forth.

So here is an instance of a mixed-up little desire elemental. I felt bad about it because the Higher Mental Body of the person involved noticed, and so felt kind of upset about it right away.

But on the other hand, when the Higher Mental Body notices a gender mixup in the subconscious mind, then that gives it the impetus to begin the training. That is kind of good.

[A story …] I was walking along, and I was passing an older lady. And her desire elemental said to me very shyly: Will you marry me? I could see it was a little mixed up, because she was a lady with traditional values, I felt.

And so I said: Now you go back to the person you are with, and talk to her about what to say to people.

And that is what happened; and this is a typical case: The other desire elemental went right back, and there was an immediate communication with the personality and higher mind of the other person. So there you have unified mind, if only for a moment.

Habitual Grumpy Thoughts, and What I Say in Response

Sometimes I hear grumpy stuff … things that are kind of negative … negative emotions being expressed habitually or subconsciously. And they might sound like this: We don’t have that policy!  … or …  My life has no quality!  … or …  You have no personality!  … or …  Internet hangup on that one! or  You are not on the internet! You are not on the internet! … This is about wishing one were not hearing the other person. [laughs]

Here is my response to those kinds of grumpy slogans … One thing I do is I say: Oh my gosh, my cell phone battery has gone down! And then I visualize holding my cell phone, flipping it closed, and putting it in my pocket.

Here is another one: I want to explain to the other person’s desire elemental that it is just not the way that it ought to be; but I want to do it some kind of way that is a lot of fun. So I visualize hitting one of my ears with one hand, and a fish jumps out of the other ear. And I grab it with the other hand, and put it in my pocket. The other people’s desire elementals will start laughing; they are so delightful … They are like little children.

Me and My Desire Elemental
by Alice B. Clagett
Soundtrack and Words
27 July 2016

Here is my desire elemental’s favorite slogan until recently; it goes like this: Oh unbelievable God! [laughs]

Along the lines of enthusiasm, here is a very good conversation that I had with my desire elemental today. It goes like this …

You da best! You da dude! You da way so cool!
You da best! You da dude! You da way so cool!

And then I waited, and it said: Yeahhh!  [laughs]

My First Conversation with My Desire Elemental
by Alice B. Clagett
Soundtrack and Words
27 July 2016

I mentioned before my very first conversation with my own desire elemental. I made a few mistakes that I think I will tell you about, because then you maybe will not make them yourself. It started like this; I realized it was there.

it said: You don’t love me!

And I said: Yes, I do!

And it waxed very indignant and said: No you don’t! … like a sulk, right?

So there is Rule Number One: Never contradict your desire elemental. It is like a two-year-old; it does not want to be contradicted. So I said: I hear you!

This was at the very beginning. And it said: No you don’t. [laughs]

And I said: I hear you, I hear you, I hear you!

It took a couple of days of saying things like that, for it to finally open up and be friends with me.

The minute I had the opportunity, I walked in with the notion of love and affection. I said: I love you!

And it said: I hear you!

And I said: I love you!

And it looked at me; it was as if it were looking up, hopefully, hesitantly.

And I said: I love you more than anything!

And it said: You do … Kind of half way between You do! and You do?

Things have gotten better and better, ever since that day when it finally realized that I really love it. I love it very much!

Rules about Conversations with the Desire Elementals

  • Never contradict your desire elemental.
  • Say: I hear you! when it expresses something negative.
  • Then say: I love you! I love you more than anything! I super duper love you, you, you! Don’t be shy about it … They love repetition, and they love to be loved!

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

This is the fourth in a series of videos on desire elementals. This video is about how our desire elementals identify with ‘totem’ animals.

There is an edited Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

You know, in the ancient cultures, there were notions that there were totem animals for every person. And that might have something to do with the desire elementals … because I have noticed that for some of the people that I communicate with telepathically, their lower telepathic centers identify with animals.

For instance, there is one man who identifies with a wolf. And there is another person who thinks two separate things about himself … When he is running (he is a very good runner, I guess), he thinks he is a giraffe. His Lower Mental Body thinks of him as a giraffe that lopes along effortlessly, and covers large distances. This is because he has long legs, I guess.

And the other thing is, his Lower Mental Body thinks: I am a porcupine!

So maybe there is something to this thing about totem animals.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

This is the fifth in the Desire Elementals series. This video is about how descent of consciousness into the desire elementals can cause the experience of shapeshifting, and how this experience coarsens the astral matter of our physical and subtle bodies.

There is an edited Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

This video has a little about shape-shifting in the context of our desire elemental … our Lower Mental Body that is … and our elemental essence.

Stories by Alice: Shapeshifter Who Obsessed My First Cat

I know a person who, when he was in a relatively unaware state, his consciousness would descend into his Lower Mental Body, and his desire elemental would peel off, and go and meld with the energy field of my first cat. He did that time and time again. So the Lower Mental Body of that person would become more coarse because of that.

What is called ‘shapeshifting’ is actually a joining of the energy of our Lower Mental Body with the energy of an animal.

Awakening: Working with Elemental Essence and Human Consciousness

The elemental essence does not really have an organizing principle … it has more of a joining and uniting and melding principle … so whatever it is with, it is like.

[Speaking to the person who was shapeshifting into the cat …] When it is with an animal, it takes on the characteristics of an animal. And then if it associates with us humans, when we become more aware … say, when we wake up in the morning; or when we become unintoxicated or uninebriated with drugs … then it comes back to us, and we have that feeling of increased vitality … but also a feeling of increased coarseness … in our astral matter … which, for the spiritual person, is not the optimum situation.

Shapeshifting and Afterlife

When the astral matter is coarse, then after death we have what are known as hellworld and purgatorial experiences. These occur as the astral matter becomes more refined after death, preparatory to retreat of the Soul to the subtle body known as the Mental Body.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

DESIRE ELEMENTALS 6: Mind Meld with Another Person’s Elemental Essence         top

Dear Ones,

This is the sixth in a series of videos on the desire elementals. This video is about mind melding with another person’s desire elemental (elemental essence).

There is an edited Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

What happens when we mind meld with other people’s elemental essence? Let me give you one example …

I think something about someone else. Maybe with a ‘shortcut’ way of thought, or maybe even without words, I am thinking: I’ll bet they would say … [this and such]. Like that. it might be the ideas of the Higher Mental Body (if I am aware of what I am doing) or the ideas of the Lower Mental Body, if I am not aware of what I am doing.

So I am casting my ideas in my mind, over to the other person. And, like as not, what I contact is their elemental essence … their desire elemental. It does not have a cerebral cortex. It does not have a mind. It has intelligence, but a different kind of intelligence from that of the Higher Mental Body.

The Lower Mental Body has a kind of imitative intelligence; and an evolutionary feeling and angle to it: It desires to go higher, and it imitates other energies … It flocks around together if there are not people around.

So here am I, sending my higher mental thoughts to the Lower Mental Body of someone else, which contains an echo of the Soul signature of that person: Its energy is an ‘echo’ of the personality of that person. So what I hear back is from far off … from way over in that other person’s energy field. What I hear and think they are saying, I hear their elemental essence saying it; it is using their personality’s ‘voice’ or Soul frequency.

So it seems as if I have mind controlled that person’s desire elemental. But in fact, all I am getting is an echo back … a kind of complacence, if you will; a willingness to go along, that the desire elemental of the other person has.

That does not mean that their voluntary mind is going to go along with this notion. It is just like an echo, or like one of those little parrot toys that, if you say something, they say that thing back in their own voice (the parrot voice) …

Video: “Saanvi Toys Talking Parrot,” by Anita Rathod, 1 February 2014  … https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jpaq3qlEvnQ ..

It is kind of cool, but not true at all … not true of the Soul of the other person. It is more like a a dialog between your Higher Mental Body and the other person’s Lower Mental Body or desire elemental.

It is not that we have ‘mind controlled’ the other person. Rather, this is a bounce-back effect due to the nature of thought-form travel and the qualities of elemental essence.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

This is the seventh in a series of videos on desire elementals. This video is about absorbing and transforming elemental essence and/or desire elementals that are repeatedly sent to your energy field by others, and how this affects the senders.

There is an edited Summary after the video, and after that an Outline of the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

The topic of this video is: What to do if other people’s desire elementals simply will not leave you alone. The need for this comes about from someone else having a persistent thought about you … a kind of a ‘brooding’ thought; a constant habit of a thought of a particular kind, to do with the lower triangle, the Lower Mental Body.

Sometimes it is a thought that they are your boyfriend or girlfriend. That thought, repeated over and over again, even without consent from you, results in their desire elemental spending all its time with your desire elemental, in your vicinity … in your energy field.

The thing to do is to notice this extra energy, and the thoughts that it has, and so forth. These thoughts are automatic thoughts, involuntary thoughts, from the other person.

It is important to understand that this desire elemental is composed of elemental essence, which itself is not an individual; it is not ‘individualized’. So absorbing it, and transforming it into the energy signature of your own energy field is not anything bad. It is ok; it is what happens quite a lot, just automatically.

So if it is there in your energy field, it is yours to transform … as I heard once from energy healer and teacher Jeffrey Allen … https://www.iamjeffreyallen.com/ … So, transform the energy, including all the thoughts that are involved, into your own energy signature. Just absorb it into your own elemental essence.

And then what will happen to the other person who has, in a sense, lost their desire elemental? From the astral atmosphere, other astral matter, other elemental essence, will go and take its place. They will not be without.

OUTLINE OF THE VIDEO

  • The setting: someone else has a persistent, brooding thought about you, a habit of thought to do with the Lower Mental Body
  • The result: Their desire elemental spends all its time in your vicinity, in your energy field
  • Desire elementals are composed of elemental essence; they are not ‘individuals’; thus, absorbing this ‘trespassing’ elemental essence and transforming it to the energy of your field is not a sin, not a bad thing
  • “If it’s in your energy field, it’s yours to transform!” This I heard long ago from noted Duality energy trainer Jeffrey Allen … http://www.iamjeffreyallen.com/ ..
  • To the other person, the sender, will naturally accrue elemental essence from the astral plane, and so whatever astral matter they have lost through your transformation within your own energy field, will be just naturally replaced by elemental essence local to their energy field

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

This is the eighth in a series of videos on desire elementals. In the prior videos I spoke on various aspects of unifying the Lower Mental Body with the Higher Mental Body. This video has to do with unifying these mental bodies with the superconscious mind.

There is an edited Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Various Kinds of Telepathy

I would like to continue the discussion about desire elementals, and about unifying the mind. As you may know, there are various kinds of telepathy … You can look up my blogs on that; for example

Link: “Four Mental Zones . by Sri Aurobindo . and Thoughts on Mind Control Here on Earth,” by Alice B. Clagett, published on 12 August 2013 … https://wp.me/p2Rkym-5SJ ..

These two that I have been working with are telepathy with the Lower Mental Body and with the Higher Mental Body. Then we have superconscious telepathy, and telepathy that is even higher than that … and telepathy with the body cells. There are just a lot of possibilities out there … ways to communicate with all that is.

Clearing the Bow-Tie Knot That Prevents Superconscious Telepathy

I know I have not talked about this much before, but the thing that we are after … after we have unified our mind field for the Lower Mental Body and the Higher Mental Body … as soon as we are pretty much in agreement over just about everything most of the time … Then the thing to do is to develop the superconscious mind, and place the Awareness there. That will get rid of what is called, in some of my blogs, the bow-tie knot at the eighth chakra … the Oversoul do’s and don’ts.

As you may know, the central vertical line of our aura … the hara line … goes vertically through us, down to the center of Earth, and up above us, to the Central Sun …

Clagett, 26 June 2019, CC BY-SA 4.0, from “Awakening with Planet Earth,” https://awakeningwithplanetearth.com … DESCRIPTION: Silhouette of a man bisected by a vertical, golden line of light that continues above and below his body … CREDIT: The silhouette is an adaptation of “Standing man, thin, facing forward,” by Madeleine Price Ball , Wikipedia Commons, CC0 1.0 universal public domain dedication.

DESCRIPTION: Silhouette of a man bisected by a vertical, golden line of light that continues above and below his body … CREDIT: The silhouette is an adaptation of “Standing man, thin, facing forward,” by Madeleine Price Ball , Wikipedia Commons, CC0 1.0 universal public domain dedication.

As soon as the hara line above the head is freed up, and no longer tied up by societal expectations of large ‘overlord’ groups up there [points camera upward], which correspond either to the members of groups we belong to here on Earth, or to astral groups such as the thuggee cult members not in astral form … not to mention, astral overlord groups up there too … albeit in the heavenworlds negative or positive … as soon as our hara line, higher and lower [points camera up above head, and then down toward feet], is entirely our own, then we can communicate with the stars … even Alpha Centauri.

Communicating with the Star Civilizations

There are various star civilizations that are spoken of, with all of whom we might attempt communication. We have the Siriuns, the Pleiadians, the Arcturians, the Alpha Centaurians … Find out which of these resonate with your own Soul experience.

Communicating with the Star Libraries

We also have the star libraries: We have the star library of Earth and of the solar system. That is a place to start: With Earth and the solar system. We can get as far as the vast star library of Alpha Centauri. We can ask there, of the guardians of that library, and we can find out whatever it is that we need to know, through the wisdom that is accumulated there, in the grace of God.

Uniting with the Great Mind of God

So! Quite an exploration to undergo, in the process of unifying mind and with the great mind of God.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Here is a video on reading signs and portents, and on the gift of prophecy …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones. It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have a brief word about reading signs and portents in the natural world. In the old days, amongst the Native Americans, the Peoples were so in tune with the natural world that they could look at the clouds, or listen to the wind, or hear the wild animals or the trees … or even the flowers … speaking to them.

And they could tell from that, what might be happening in the future. This is because all things are connected. Every small thing that we see in the natural world is connected to every other thing in the natural world.

And all the times are also connected: the past, the present, and the future. And so, if we carefully observe and listen to what the natural world is telling us, we will know about the past and the future as well.

Dear Ones,

Here are two videos on Rainmaking. There is an edited Summary beneath each video …

VIDEO BY ALICE: RAINMAKING 1
Filmed on 6 May 2016; published on 22 May 2016

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I just wanted to explain a little to you about rainmaking today, and also about what happened last night and today about the rain.

Yesterday I went for a Sierra Club hike along the trails up Stunt Road to Saddleback Mountain. What we saw was many stressed chaparral plants, that were in trouble because they needed more rain. In a minute, I will show you a picture of those: How it looks, and how you can tell.

While I was on the trail, I took what spare water I had, on the way down, and I watered two chaparral plants that looked like they really needed it, with the remaining water that I had. And then, when I got home, I was thinking about the plants.

Now trees are something that I really love; I have loved them all my life. It means a lot to me that the trees in this area, and all over Earth, should be very healthy. So I got to thinking how I had had success, in the past, with rainmaking. That was yesterday afternoon. And I was talking, on the clair plane, with the lady down the hill, about it.

So I just said to myself: Ok, I will just ask for rain right now. I will ask the nature world and the devas to bring us rain, all over the county of Los Angeles. I would like four inches of rain; steady, gentle rain, followed by intervals when the water could sink into the Earth, with optimal amounts of water draining off the land, so that most of the water sinks in. And so: All over the County of Los Angeles, four inches of rain.

And I put forth that request, that that should be happening. So this morning I woke up, and right about mid-morning I woke up. And I was very surprised; here in sunny California there was a gigantic rain cloud over the Santa Susana Mountains, right across from where I live, across from the Chatsworth Nature Preserve.

While I was looking, it started raining all over the Santa Susana Mountains, and the lady who lives down the hill noticed too. She got very excited about it, and she said: Bring that rain cloud over here! I would like to have rain over here as well!

And I said: Well, you know, you could have rain both places. Let’s ask for rain everywhere where it needs to be ... So she did.

Five or ten minutes later, the rain cloud came over to my place and her place, and started raining very gently over there. It was time for me to go get some lunch and to go to a particular movie I wanted to see. So I took off in my car, and be darned if the rain cloud did not follow me, because I love rain, right? That’s what I think!

When I went in to get the food, it was raining steadily. And when I went out to go to the movie, it was raining steadily there, in that place. And when I came out, it was still raining a little. It was great!

So then I thought I would go check Saddleback Peak area, because I had explained to the nature spirits, in great detail, about how to get there, and how the chaparral trees really needed the rain right now.

And the nature spirits were so funny; they were really incredibly enthusiastic. They went: Wow! Let’s go see what that looks like right now! Let’s go explore! … And they went off and looked at that.

And I said: Don’t forget the red shanks over there; they need it too.

And they said: Woo, let’s go look at that!

And so that was a lot of fun. It was a medium-sized rain cloud; I was hoping that they could come here [to Saddleback Peak] too.

While I was going out, I heard from the Native Americans on the clair plane. They are very interested in rainmaking. They usually do not speak, except among themselves, on the clair plane, but today they did mention something; they said it would be better for us to get together our men, because men have a lot of power in asking for rain. They can do a rain dance, and they can ask for rain.

I said: How is that, that they have more power?

And they said: Well, they stomp on the ground! … and I think they said: At the end, they raise their arms up high, and they ask for rain!

So I thought: Gosh, maybe a neighborhood event; who knows? … Neighborhood Watch … a rain gathering; a rainmaking session.

I will see if I can interest anyone in that. And I hope that you might be interested too. You could find out the true technique for doing it, and you could pursue that … because the nature elementals, the spirits of the air and the water are very responsive to human thought, to human requests, and to human enthusiasm about rain and wind and weather … all kind s of things. So you have to be very specific; you have to say what it is that you really want. And they are so enthusiastic about responding.

Today was just an incredible day; they were going on and on, and I was too. So I came here. To sum it all up, I came to the place where I was yesterday on an eight-mile hike with quite a bit of elevation gain for recent days. And I found what I will show you right here …

First, as I was coming up, I noticed the rain clouds coming up, over the far horizon, out towards Santa Barbara …

And then I got up to the peak, and I noticed this big rain cloud here …

Image: “Rain Making 2,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

And there was rain; you can still see a little bit of the rain on the windshield here …

Image: “Rain Making 3,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

And there was misty rain coming over the mountains. You see that mist? The chaparral plants absorb that mist as water sometimes; that is their water intake. So they are drinking that water right now.

And then, down all across this region, down there …

Image: “Rain Making 4,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

Image: “Rain Making 4,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

… I saw rain clouds everywhere, and rain everywhere. Look over there; look down there …

Image: “Rain Making 5,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

Image: “Rain Making 5,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

See that rain? Look at all that! Rain everywhere. Wow!

So here is the thing: If you want rain, you have to ask for rain. You have to say what kind of rain you want; how long you want it to last; how many inches; for how many days … And you have to be very specific and very upbeat.

Know that you have this power. You have this power, and you have a right to speak what your will is, in the world, for the weather of Earth.

I had one conversation on the psychic plane today that is well worth repeating. I hope no one is embarrassed about it. In addition to the Sierra Club, I am also a member of the California Native Plant Society, And that society is the caretaker for a nature preserve that goes through a riparian area, high up the mountain, into the red shank, right here on the other side of what I just showed you … on the right, here. And that place is called Cold Creek Preserve.

There is a path in the preserve that goes by a cliff that keeps crumbling, and so it is difficult to maintain the path. And what I found out is that there are some people that care about the Cold Creek Preserve, who are preventing the rain from coming there by simple thought process that, if the rain comes, then there is a chance that the cliff will collapse onto the pathway, and they will not be able to walk through again.

If you have concerns of this nature, the important thing to do is to visualize the rain that your concerned area of the world needs, and specify those places where the rain should be a little less, or maybe not even happen … such as that little cliff area … so that everything else can be watered; because it is very important for the plants and animals, and even the rocks in the mountains, and in the valleys, and by the seas, and along the coastal scrub … everywhere … that it should have just the right amount of water to flourish.

We can do that. But by our unconscious thoughts and fears and concerns, we can prevent the area, too, from getting the rainfall that it needs.

I would like to encourage each of you to start your own raindance, and your own rain thoughts, and to develop your own rainmaking ability, with crisply delineated parameters. And, get to know your nature spirits and your nature elementals, and your devas! Devas are cool!

. . . . .

Well, now I am taking another survey of the rain here, near Stunt Mountain and Cold Creek Preserve, and I see a promising sight off over this way …

Image: “Rain Making 6,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

Back in those far mountains there is rain in the air, and there may be rain actually coming down on the land over there. Then there is a chance of rain over this way …

Image: “Rain Making 7,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

Image: “Rain Making 7,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

… there is this giant mountain with a fire road [Calabasas Peak Motorway] that goes up it, You can walk up that fire road, and then turn right half way, or two-thirds of the way up the mountain [onto West Red Rock Road] and go down into Red Rock Canyon Park on the other side … up this mountain here; see that road? …

It is pretty foreboding, but there are beautiful views, and a wonderful workout. Then over this way, it looks to me like, off in the far distance, there is a chance of rain actually coming down out of the clouds; not half way down, but the whole way down, and hitting those mountains over there …

Back over here to the left, the cloud of rain has moved quickly, in this direction, and it is raining more here towards us, closer to us and closer to the big mountain with the fire road on it …

Higher up, at the top of the mountain here, where three roads [Stunt Road, Schueren Road, and Saddle Peak Road] meet, I noticed that there had been rain, because the sides of the road were a little bit wet and pretty muddy …

On the top of the mountain there, the thing of it is that the airs from the ocean hit the mountain here and cause more precipitation, and also more mistfall through the mountains. And so it is more likely to get rain than this area where I am walking right now … which is, unfortunately, I have to say, way too dry. See there? … too sandy dry …

I am going to check out the trees right now, specifically the manzanita trees, because they are one of my most beautiful favorites, and I am very concerned about them, although all the trees are worth looking at and figuring out about.

Here I am entering one of the trails next to Cold Creek Preserve, but not on the one we walked up and down yesterday …

Image: “Rain Making 13,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

Image: “Rain Making 13,” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

And this trail contains some excellent examples of stressed chaparral shrubs. My favorite, right here, is the manzanita tree or shrub (Arctostaphylos)

Image: “Rain Making 14: Manzanita (Arctostaphylos),” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

Image: “Rain Making 14: Manzanita (Arctostaphylos),” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

I think it must be a relative of the Pacific madrone (Ericaceae) tree on the far northern coast of California, that grows to such beautiful height, and has such beautiful red bark like this shrub …

Image: “Rain Making 15: Manzanita (Arctostaphylos),” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

And so I am pretty sure they are related, but I do not know for certain. They look a lot alike. And then the leaves typically look like this when the tree is not stressed …

Image: “Rain Making 16: Manzanita (Arctostaphylos),” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

But this tree is stressed for lack of water. And so some of the leaves have turned yellow …

Image: “Rain Making 17: Manzanita (Arctostaphylos),” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

And over here too, you will see lots more yellow leaves. See there?  …

Image: “Rain Making 18: Manzanita (Arctostaphylos),” by Alice B. Clagett, 6 May 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

And then over here, after the leaves turn yellow, sometimes they actually die. And here is a case of leaves that have died back, because the plant cannot support them because of lack of water.

All right, so here we have, on the same trail, a very stressed manzanita plant. Not only are the leaves all speckled … some yellow, some brown, and some green …

… but down here at the bottom we have just a lot of brown leaves where the dieback has occurred …

And also the bark looks unusual to me. You see, healthy bark of a manzanita shrub or chaparral tree looks smooth like this bark here …

You see those blisters on the bark there? We saw whole trees with blistered bark like that. I think that is a response to lack of water and stress …

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I am here in my official rainmaking capacity. I was just down at the Chatsworth Nature Preserve and Reservoir, checking; and then I checked all the way up here to Sage Ranch Park in the Simi Hills. I checked on top of the mountain, and all along the way it had rained. Let me show you …

Here we are, at Sage Ranch Park, and you can see, off in the distance here, more rain clouds …

Words of Warning         top
Please do not take my word as to whether these wild plants are edible … In many cases, I just heard it from other naturalists. Do your research, make sure you have identified a plant accurately, make sure most folks agree that it is edible, and then if you are sampling for the first time, try just a tiny bit, and wait a day to see if you have any reaction. Any iteration of this blog must include this warning. –Alice B. Clagett

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

We are going for a botanical walk in the Santa Monica Mountains today. We will see what we find here, on this beautiful Spring day.

Poison Oak         top

Here we have a beautiful Spring bloom of poison oak. So for those that are allergic to it, here is what it looks like, with berries …

Image: “Wild Plants of the Santa Monica Mountains 1: Poison Oak Closeup,” by Alice B. Clagett, 20 March 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

Pretty, is it not? Poison oak is a relative of poison ivy, which is on the East Coast. But poison oak grows into a bush, and poison ivy is a climbing vine that climbs up the East Coast.

While most Caucasian people seem to be allergic to poison oak and poison ivy, the Native Americans had a number of uses for it, including using the pliable stems of the poison oak …

… as basket weaving materials.

This is poison oak, growing in a tremendous amount, all along here …

You have to be very careful, on this trail, not to hit the poison oak!

California Native Mustards         top

I am pretty sure that this is a California native mustard here …

Image: “Wild Plants of the Santa Monica Mountains 4: California Native Mustard,” by Alice B. Clagett, 20 March 2016, CC BY-SA 4.0

They grow singly; not like the ones introduced by the Padres. They grow singly, and in odd ecological niches. Ups, here is another one over here … where is it? … right over here is another one. And oh, I see some more … yes, some more, just coming up, So under this native coastal live oak tree here …

… there are a number of them. It is a very small econiche. It is not like the open field is full of mustard seeds that the Padres brought. But it is beautiful in its own way … very dainty, very nice … somewhat hard to find. There are a number of California native mustard species or types like this. While they are edible, they are endangered, so it is best to leave them alone, with the hope that they may flourish in future.

Black Sage         top

This is black sage here …

It has a wonderful healing quality. I just brushed against it, on my way up this trail, and I smelled it.

California (Coastal) Sagebrush … Cowboy Cologne         top

And over here, on this side, is Cowboy Cologne …

Chamise (Greasewood)         top

Wild Cucumber         top

And over here is wild cucumber …

It has a very huge root. And I see it is too soon for the prickly fruits of the wild cucumber to come out. It is a vine, and it has holdfasts that are … let’s see if I can find one … very little whorls of circular or circles of holdfasts. Ok, there is one, reaching out into space …

It is trying to catch hold of a plant, so that it can pull the wild cucumber vine up higher into the sunlight. It climbs like crazy in the early Spring, and then it just withers away, and survives by means of the huge root underground.

It is a very small, immature fruit, but as I recall, it comes out green when mature, and so it is distinguished from the mature fruit of the white nightshade, which is purple, Fruit is mature when it is soft or squishy.

There are nightshade references at the end of the “White Nightshade” section below.

White Nightshade         top

There is another nightshade, white nightshade (Solanum douglasii), that has black fruit; I heard from a naturalist that the black fruit were edible, but after trying one of the berries, I feel a little queasy. So I would advise caution in trying even the white nightshade fruit.

For those who are allergic to tomatoes, eggplants, or potatoes, which I understand to be in the same family, common sense dictates avoiding the fruit of the white nightshade.

Nightshades are a little like mushrooms: Only those who are certain what variety they have in hand ought collect them for consumption. This link is a good guide to the various nightshades of California …

White Sage         top

I doubt we will see any white sage on this walk. White sage has straight, white stems, and it is gathered … usually illegally … by people who sell it in bundles for incense to purify or cleanse people’s homes. You will see six-inch or eight-inch stacks of it, tied with yarn or string, and sold in the stores, and typically it is gathered nearby, rather than out in the National Forests, where, as i recall, it may be legal to gather it.

So I would like to ask, on behalf of the conservancy organizations: Please do not gather wild plants in the National Parks or the Santa Monica Mountains or like that … places where it so easy to gather, and where things can become endangered if you, in fact, do that. This is just a plea and an explanation. I am hoping for the best, there.

… which has so many uses, I must look them all up! But I will tell you one colorful example: They say that if you gather mugwort, which grows plentifully in some areas, and dry it, and put it inside your pillow, then you will have special dreams.

I tried this myself; and because I was not all that fond of the strong odor of the mugwort, my dreams were not all that pleasant. But you may have better luck than I.

The other thing I know about mugwort: To my mind, ‘wort’ means ‘plant’ and ‘mug’, to me, means that you make tea out of it, and put it in a mug. That is how I think of it. And so I remember that a tea of this is good for women. It solves various troubles that can be looked up, and brings balance to the female system. There may be other uses too.

The Native Americans would gather them, haul them, mash them up, net them, put them in running water, in a stream or like that, in the wintertime, to get the bitter tannin out of them, and then mash them up more, and use them as flour in their foods.

And because they mashed them in stone hollows, with stones, the acorn meal was mixed up with sands from the stone, it was mixed in with the food that they ate, and it wore down their teeth at a very early age. It is better to use some other kind of mashing technique, I feel.

The blue flowers are sometimes called Blue Dicks. Probably somebody’s favorite friend was named ‘Dick”, and the person named the flower after them. And they are sometimes called ‘wild hyacinth. I really love that ‘wild hyacinth’ name; I think it is beautiful. And the flowers are beautiful too … evanescent; only here for a little while, during the year.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

The wind is blowing greatly on this little road here in Arizona. I am going to try to catch a tumbleweed blowing across the road here; they have been blowing explosively, helter-skelter … sometimes in batches and herds … heading across the road. We will see what happens. [Shows a tumbleweed blowing across the road.] The wind is actually blowing the car sideways too.

I just have a surprise, quick present for you today. I am here on Native American lands. I spent the night here, and it is always a refreshing change-up to be on Native American lands, because in many ways they are protected from the thought forms of the general population of America.

So it is good to visit. This is not a place for me to stay, but it is a wonderful sanctuary for me to find, once in a while, from the thought forms prevalent in the cities in the United States.

The winds are very high today … very dry, cold winds frolicking over the land. They are so strong that they send the sagebrush flying across the road really fast. Sometimes you have to dodge it, if you are in your car … and also even clods of dirt sometimes. That was what was happening yesterday.

Here I am this morning … it is before dawn, and all this early morning, it has been the most beautiful energies here! And I have this gift for you …

There are some energies circling ’round the Earth today, seeking release, I think, during the Ascension process. These are energies of ‘power over’. It has to do with the notion that a person is like God, you know? … and that everybody else is just a part of that person … and that that one person has the power over all the other people … who are not really ‘people’ in his eyes … This notion of ‘I am it!’, you know? And also this notion of black magic

These ideas restrict the dimensionality of a person. They limit us to the third and fourth dimensions (which is to say, the physical and astral planes). Consequently, we cannot rise to Awareness of the higher pulsating fifth dimension, which is the frequency at which Earth is vibrating right now, due to the 2012 Shift.

It is a very intensive learning experience when a person believes that they are God, and that everybody else is a part of them, and not really human; that they can do whatever they want, because this is just their world … as Frank Sinatra used to say: I had it my way! … You know? … (For more on this, see my blog category: Circle of one )

Because of this discord between their frequency and that of Earth, when people feel that way they tend to experience cognitive dissonance (that is, mental turmoil). When we let go these discordant mental filters, our Bodies of Light will naturally atune themselves to the higher frequencies of the fifth dimension (and eventually, on up to the 72nd dimension).

So the thing to do, when you run across these energies … this is something that I found out today: When I run across these energies, on the psychic plane, trying to ‘make me a part of them’, then to that person or to that energy I say …

If you talk to me, you’ll lose your power.
If you talk to me, you’ll lose your power.
If you talk to me, you’ll lose your power.

This works like a charm today; I do not know about tomorrow. Say it with confidence, and without too much emphasis … more like: This is just the way it is! [laughs]

This chant or white magic incantation apparently works because the mental filters of the potential clair ‘boarders’ are restricted to the third chakra (the navel point: will power, will to dominate, will to have one’s way in the world).

So, my gift, my blessing. Have a wonderful day!

[Then follows a short videoclip while driving, of  tumbleweed barreling across the road in a strong wind.] Whoa, there goes some! Wow!

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Dear Ones,

This video taken on 28 March 2016 at Four Corners explains about a prayer I have been using lately. There is an edited Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Introduction

This is Four Corners here, where four states meet. [Shows flags on tall flagpoles at the Four Corners Monument visitors center; the flags are flapping in the wind.] There are all these Native American wares for sale here. [Shows stalls where goods are on sale.]

I am going to go look at the corners. [Shows mark in pavement depicting where four state borders meet.]

Beginning of Video

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I am here at Four Corners, which is a place where four states meet. It is surrounded by stalls with Native American wares for sale. And then there is a circle of flags all around it, too, that are flapping in a very stiff wind today.

And I notice, over to the side, there is a place to climb up a very colorful mesa. So next time I am here I will come prepared for a long walk. And I heard there are rattlesnakes out here too, so I think it would be good to wear tall boots while hiking. So there is that.

I just thought I would mention a prayer that I have been working with since really early this morning, and that is accomplishing wonders in my life. It reminds me of the power of prayer, that I used to hear about all the time: How powerful prayer can be in our lives, for transforming every aspect of our life … or as they say in ascension terms, for ‘redecorating our hologram’. [laughs]

The prayer that I have been working on, has to do with what I hear on the clairaudient plane … the astral stories that I hear. And whenever I hear the beginning of a sad astral story, I have been saying this prayer

. . . . .

Prayer for People
Channeled by Alice B. Clagett
28 March 2016

I pray that this person and their family,
[or these people and their families; or these people and their families and friends]
Each and every one,
May find peace and love and joy.

, . . . .

I say that over and over again, until my heart chakra energy becomes larger.

This prayer is working very well and very quickly. What it does is, it somehow stops the sadness in the astral stories from starting up … or fear or anxiety … all those negative emotions just seemed to stop. I do not know why; I guess it is what they call the ‘power of prayer’.

And then sometimes I alter it a little, and say: I pray that these people and their family and friends … and then go on … depending on what seems to be transpiring at the time. It is working really great.

You do not really have to say somebody’s name, because it is really hard to know for sure what somebody’s name is, on the astral plane.

Wish you all the greatest! Take care, during the March blitzkrieg (which means ‘lightning strike war’ … but this has been a ‘lightning strike peace) of Light coming in. I will save, over last weekend there was a merging and knitting up of just a stellar number of timelines for me. It was a breathtaking experience from moment to moment, as one timeline after another merged into my optimum timeline.

During that time, the ascension tools that I was using were, first, to optimize the timelines. The tool I’ve been using for timeline optimization is this Hathor activation of light (mentioned in prior blogs) …

Timeline Optimization
by the Hathors through Alice B. Clagett

Spirit to Team!
Optimize timelines,
For the All, through Free Will!

I have spoken of this many times in past. When I did this, lots of times my Awareness timeline became my optimum timeline.

Dimensional Optimization

Then I would work morning, noon and night with Judy Satori’s “Regeneration 101” series, also termed the “Regenesis” series. She has one five-minute meditation for morning; one seven-minute meditation for noon; and one five-minute meditation for night. Each of them has language of Light …

Link: “Judy Satori,” by Judy Satori … https://judysatori.com/ … Search the Shop tab for “Beyond Healing: Phase 1 Regenesis.”

Optimization of Timelines and Dimensions Absorbs Sad Astral Stories into the Blissful Astral Mainstream

What these meditations do, I feel, is that they optimize dimensions. So the one, my activation of light, optimizes timelines, and the other, Judy Satori’s language of Light offering, optimizes dimensions, I feel. That way all the sad astral stories that have spun out in the past, can be reabsorbed into the mainstream of bliss that is ongoing, on Earth, right now.

It worked wonderfully. It was a terrific weekend. I hope yours was just as fruitful, and just as enjoyable. I will talk to you all later. Take care. Love you lots.

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have to say my location today is utterly astounding. I will show you [pans right]. Way down here … you cannot quite see it down here, but this is the Pacific Ocean down here. Way down the hill there are all these beautiful homes and the Pacific Ocean. It is socked in by fog today, which makes it nice and cool here in the wintertime.

Anticipating a Meteor Fly-By Bringing Star Intel

I thought I would briefly describe what is going on right now, at this pivotal moment in March. March is always an interesting month, when all kinds of astounding changes can take place. This March is no exception.

On March the 8th there is going to be a meteor flying by Earth; they say now, at NASA, that it will fly by at quite a distance from Earth, so there will be no trouble. But, you know, meteors bring information from other places to Earth, communicating through Earth’s electromagnetic field. So we will be getting some information from that meteor … who knows what.

It flew by in 2013 too; so we will be getting more of the same information, whatever that was, or whatever it has picked up along the way since then. It is going to be flying by again in a couple more years; a couple more times it will fly by.

Back to the upcoming meteor: Now they say it will fly by on the 8th of March, at a great distance from Earth. Always a wonderful event, bringing with it the kind of knowledge that has to do with rocks, and minerals, and the unknown pathways … the axiatonal lines that stretch through space to other constellations; news from the stars, through the meteor event.

New Moon and Solar Eclipse Bringing New Choices

And then the following day, I hear, there is going to be almost a new moon, and a Solar Eclipse … not on my side of Earth, but out on the Pacific, especially. These things are bringing in new information to Earth … changes to Earth’s electromagnetic field, and also to the human electromagnetic field.

Shall We Say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to Coming Changes?

So the question that we have is: Shall we say ‘yes’, or shall we say ‘no’ to these changes? Do we want to be in sync with Earth’s electromagnetic field as it changes, or are we going to stick with what we had before? Do we want to be in harmony with the change that is going to be happening to Earth in the next week or two? Are we feeling a little trepidation, a little fear about what’s happening? Do we want to stick with what we had?

Now is the time to decide that. Just as a kind of assistance to that, I would like to say: What I found in the past is that, when I delay with transiting, and receiving the information … of course, the information will be there for us, whenever we decide to accept it … but if I delay, and I become out of sync with what you might call the ‘new-ware’ of Earth’s electromagnetic field, there is a jangling in my own electromagnetic field, and a change in the astral stories that I hear, that is misqualified energy expressing itself through these astral stories, and also throughout my entire electromagnetic field.

If I say ‘no’, even for a little while, it is less pleasant for me. So I would like to propose that, whatever trepidation we feel about these changes, it might be better to just sit, or walk, or just say ‘yes’ … do something joyful. Say: Yes, it’s ok with me. Earth is all right with me. I am glad to be here, I am glad to be part of this great change.

Body of Light Changes I Experienced in Recent Weeks

In addition, what I have noticed today: The lead-up has been going on for awhile now. Massive changes happened in my Body of Light over the course of the last couple of weeks. And little by little, in a way that reminds me of the Creator’s care for all his creatures, including me … because I only got changes sequentially, starting in my left chest, going down to my lower intestine, in the course of a week; and then up through this area here [indicates the right chest and the right side of the head] in the last week. And no doubt many more changes are in store … massive changes … and all for the better.

Choices We Have Right Now

What I have been noticing in the clair plane today is something that Sandra Walter wrote about …

Link: “Sandra Walter” … http://www.sandrawalter.com/ … Click on: Light Intel Collections … then click on: 2016 Light Intel Collection … then search for this article: Deepening of the Next Wave: Pay Attention Mar 2, 2016

She wrote about the choices that we have; she wrote about this date of March 8th; and she also talked about how things are going to be presented with clear choices; whether we choose ‘no’ or whether we choose ‘yes’, in this instance, is going to be really clearly reflected, for instance, in my idea, in the clair chatter.

Today I am hearing all kinds of clair chatter that is very, very dense and misqualified, and full of upset and pain and suffering, and like that. But that is not part of who I am, and what I am, you know?

It is very interesting how these Shifts allow us to make these firm choices … how we choose between pain and suffering and ignorance, or joy and peace and love and Light, for instance, in each instant. I think we always have that choice, and there is never the need to despair … absolutely never. We may have made a hundred million wrong choices, but if we make one right choice … one step in the opposite direction … we will be met by grace a thousandfold, for sure.

So do not despair. Make one right decision. if you feel that you have been walking the wrong track, turn around and look in the other direction; wee what is there, you know? It is ok. Sometimes our choices, if we make the wrong decisions … or even the right decisions … sometimes it is just the time of passing for us; the right time of passing.

Acting Out Versus Following the Ten Commandments

We can hasten that time of passing if we make a series of wrong decisions to do with acting out, in the New Reality. I have talked about acting out before. And by ‘acting out’ I mean things that are very clearly violent acts, for instance; very clearly, not acts of love and Light … for instance, injuring someone else. As they say in the Ten Commandments: Thou shalt not kill.

The point of the Ten Commandments is, I think, that in those days when Moses gave the Ten Commandments to his tribe, he knew that if people did not follow those commandments, then the tribe could not stay together; it just could not. They are so important in keeping people harmoniously living together. That is how I think it came down.

And why are those commandments important today? They are important because if we make these choices, according to the Ten Commandments, we will get through the Ascension process in grace and ease and joy.

But if we choose otherwise right now, then we will find ourselves in a pile of woe. And that is the truth. More and more woe will come our way.

Now people get angry with me for saying the Ten Commandments are pretty cool, in this day of libertine behavior … and this day of doing whatever you want … and this day when many are descending into lawlessness. All I can say is: It is really in your best interests to give the Ten Commandments a try, because you can avoid so much pain by giving them a try this week and next week.

Good luck on that; I know it is a hard one. Should you choose to try it out, I wish you very good luck on that endeavor. I feel it may turn your path around, towards joy and peace and love.

If We Choose Not to Change, Will We Get Another Chance?

And if you choose otherly, there may come around another time, another changeup, more new-ware, or another time when this new-ware can be installed. It is still possible. And if you should say: No, no, no … straight down the line … to this Ascension process, it is not necessarily that you will be lost forever, but rather that you will go through another Age of Darkness … another 11,000 years of Darkness, most likely, after the 2,000 years of Light … and learn more about your choices, and what God is, and what your Soul is.

So do not look on it as an impossible situation in any case. But I do offer this advice: That if you care to become more aligned with the will of God during the next couple of weeks, give the Ten Commandments or the like a try. Live by your highest tenets. It there is one tenet that you cannot live with, and you can live with all the others, do that! [laughs]

Thoughts to Consider Leaving Behind This Month

Do what you can. Live in joy. And let all the suffering of the past go. Forgive everybody … everyone. That is what I am thinking. And we could take our minds out of those old tracks …

  • Those tracks of woeful sadness and unkindly behavior and competition and hurting other people for our own best interests, and
    • nationalism, and
    • religious cul-de-sacs;
  • The desire to circumvent the law for our own interests;
  • Ingrouping of all sorts;
  • The idea that we are better than other people, when in fact it is just a question of us being different from other people.

On Grouping by Cultural Assumptions

We have so many cultural assumptions, for instance; so many notions that the way that our culture and all the different people that we know and grew up with do something is ipso facto the right way, right? But it is not the right way or the wrong way; it is just the way we learned when we were small … without needing to question it, because everyone did the same thing. Many other cultures do many other things. And this is ok too.

They say there is a place high up on the astral plane, where good people of each culture can congregate with other people of the same belief …

Citation: “The Astral Body and Other Astral Phenomena,” compiled by Arthur E. Powell, published 1927, Quest Book edition 1973, copyright The Theosophical Publishing House, London, Ltd. 1965See “Chapter XVI: The Astral Plane,” page 147, last paragraph beginning “Here are found …” through the end of page 148, the paragraph ending “… the astral plane.”

And this is kind of a cool notion. For instance, they say there is a happy hunting ground for Native Americans … maybe even divided by tribes; who knows? Then there is a place called Summerland too; and a place … the Valhalla of Norse mythology … where some of those who were slain in battle are led by the Valkyrie to hang out. According to the Norse myths, they prepare there to aid Odin in a great battle; but according to the School of Theosophy, they hang out there until they want to go back into service in the world through a new incarnation.

Each different group can choose, I think, to be with people of the same persuasion during the Shift, if they just have that tolerance to allow other people to be the way that they are too. That will help a lot.

Good Wishes to Everyone

Those are all my thoughts for right now. I wish you all very good luck with these changes that are taking place in March. Probably the next time that you see a video, it will all be very different and very new. [smiles]

On Soul Wounding Clearing Now

I do have a codicil (a postscript), and that has to do with these astral stories that are coming up now extremely warped and negative and misaligned in energy. My hypothesis is that they have to do with Soul wounding having a chance to clear … rather than to do with the eternal Souls of people being warped in that way, generally speaking.

On the Unlikely Choice of Soul Devolution. It is one in catrillion people that make so many wrong choices in their lifetime, and over many lifetimes, that they have no choices left to them except for Soul devolution and completely disappearing from individualized reality, from individual understanding of the matter that they are.

So in general I am very hopeful about these cognitive dissonance notions that are going around, in the noosphere right now; I think it represents Soul clearing, and not a bunch of people acting out such extremely dissonant behaviors. I really sincerely pray that that is so, and hope that all these people, and all these woundings of the Soul clear in this next period.

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
Deuteronomy 5:6-21 (KJV, public domain)

1 “And God spake all these words, saying,

2 “I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

3 “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

7 “Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

8 “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

12 “Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

13 “Thou shalt not kill.

14 “Thou shalt not commit adultery.

15 “Thou shalt not steal.

16 “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

17 “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.”

OUTLINE OF VIDEO

  • Information on March 2016 sky events, including how meteor fly-bys affect Earth.
  • On choosing whether or not to be in sync with Earth changes as the Light comes in. Consequences of these choices.
  • My personal ‘lead-up’ to these March events.
  • On choosing between pain, suffering, and ignorance, on the one hand, and joy, love, and light, on the other hand.
  • On how the choice to violently act out may hasten our death. This is because violent actions turn our body cells against the fabric of creation, that fabric being Love rather than hatred. Our body cells long for love. If we instead program them with hatred through our actions in the world, we effectively sign their death warrant. We choose, through our actions in the world, whether to nourish and uplift our physical and subtle bodies, or whether to coarsen our astral matter and increase our misery on the astral plane after our death.
  • Ten commandments, especially “Thou shalt not kill.” These commandments offer a way to live in accord with others in our community. They, and similar rules of living, are the signposts of civilized life, and allow the cultures of the world to flourish. The Constitution of the United States is another such set of civilization signposts; in my opinion, one of the best anywhere in the world.
  • How following the ten commandments will help us get through the Ascension process in grace and ease and joy. If we choose otherwise right now, we will find ourselves in a pile of woe.
  • What happens if we say No, no, no! to this Ascension process…
  • My thoughts: Live in Joy. Forgive everyone!
  • The idea that we’re better than other people, as opposed to the notion that we’re just different from other people. The importance of tolerance.
  • Cultural assumptions. Cultural congregations on the upper astral plane: Happy Hunting Ground, Valkyrie abode, and so on.
  • Misaligned astral stories as manifestation of soul wounding or misaligned energies that are clearing from Earths electromagnetic field. Seen in this light, mental turmoil might be considered a sign of Earth’s healing during the Ascension process.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

On the Road to Carlsbad Caverns

[Video of water sparkling in a rock pool, then a video of a rock overhang] … This overhang here, on the way to Carlsbad Caverns (that I am going to), apparently was used by many different kinds and many generations of Native Americans as shelter.

They found their food in the surrounding area, which looks dry and inhospitable, but in fact, at the proper season, it contains all kinds of plant materials that are good for food, and for making ropes and sandals, and things of that nature. So I am finding out quite a bit here.

I am looking here … [Shows dry ground and roughed up dirt with a dormant walnut tree in it] … and it apparently shows detritus that came down in a flash flood that apparently came down the canyon, and came all the way down to here, leaving stuff in this walnut tree here.

But some times of year, down in this area, water accumulates as a pool; and at other times, it is completely dry. And from what I just saw, obviously the water can get extremely high here. So this overhang … [shows overhang] … would be good shelter, provided there is no flash flood, I think.

But if there is a flash flood, a person would want a quick way to get out of here, especially if they had children, and so forth, to take care of, and maybe animals that were important to their livelihood. That is just what I am thinking about … this really high cliff here … [shows cliff]. Maybe they could climb up the cliff if they had to. I do not know.

Carlsbad Caverns

This is the entrance to the Carlsbad Caverns … [shows entrance] … I am told it goes down 8,000 or 9,000 feet, to a level area. So here I go … [Shows photos of descent into Carlsbad Caverns.] … This is King’s Palace Tour up here; this is just the beginning of it, I guess.

Chimney Rock, Colorado: Divine Masculine and Feminine . by Alice B. Clagett

Written and published on 22 November 2015
Previously titled: Chimney Rock, Colorado: Sacred Masculine and Feminine

Dear Ones,

There is a place called Chimney Rock National Monument in Colorado, which is the northeasternmost outlier of the Chacoan Culture and one of the highest Ancestral Puebloan sites. There are two ‘chimney’ rocks there that, from a certain perspective, look like the profiles of the faces of a Puebloan man and woman…

The photo shows the man’s face in the left chimney, and the woman’s face in the right chimney. Take a look …

And they [the bundles of wood] are like offerings of fire for the fiery spirit of the crystals [that is, symbolic offerings of fire … not that I would ever set fire to them … My thought was that one day, a long time from now, Nature herself may make this offering … as is the natural way.]

So here I have, right next to my sacred spot, another kind of cactus for protection; and juniper all around, baby junipers, here and there, for new sacred healing energy …

And this is the spot that I have chosen, right here. Let’s see … I brought four crystals, for the different directions … You can see where the shadow goes, see here? …

Where the shadow goes is north. So, to the north, I am placing one crystal …

And to the south, where the Sun is, I am placing another crystal. Actually, it should go right about here [moves crystal a little] because the noonday sun has gone on …

And then, to the east, over here …

And right in the center, a beautiful crystal …

… with the most facets facing the noonday Sun …

So there is my crystal offering: On the north, and on the south, and on the east, and on the west … … I ask the Divine to uplift the energy of all the cities of Earth in such a way that it may express itself just as these beautiful crystals do …

… With clarity, with the beauty of the sunlight within them, and with the healing energy of the natural world all around them.

By God’s grace may this be so, that all the cities of Earth may be healed; that the Devic world may once more find its home in, above, and around the cities, so that they may find themselves once more in balance with nature.

… that through their pristine clarity, and through their incoming grace, they may honor the most difficult places on Earth with their wonderful energies. Amen.

… It’s just a circle … It is like a circle of grass on a saddle in the mountains. And the far mountains are over there …
