Dear Ones,

This is a call to action regarding the religious practice of mortification of the flesh, including self-flagellation, that some Christian denominations retain as a historical tradition. In noospheric tenor, these practices tie into the denser energy streams of sadomasochistic sexual practices and snuff sex that have, of late, ransacked the noosphere of Los Angeles, especially on the weekends.

Aside from the link-in with historic practices of fleshly mortification why is it that this relatively rare nuance of sexual behavior is such a standout in the Los Angeles noosphere of late? For more, I turned to this publication …

From that I learned that many seemingly innocuous forms of behavior, such as tickling, infantilizing, and love-biting … and perhaps, I would add, taunting and bullying, as are oft found online these days … play into the darker, denser energy streams of the relatively recherché world of sadomasochism. Thus we are all, willy-nilly, for the most part unwittingly, involved in the clearing of these dense energy strands from the Los Angeles noosphere at present.

My appeal today is to those who are consciously able to choose whether they will add to these denser noospheric energies of sadomasochism. I make this appeal because, as an intuitive person, I find these energies very difficult to bear, especially on the weekends in Los Angeles, and most particularly so during times of solar storm … even geostorms as mild as that which we experienced last night …

In order to keep our personal Body of Light (aura, or energy field) pure and bright, I feel it is important to avoid injury to the body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit itself, in my sense of it, is injured by mortification of the flesh.

It is the work of a Christian to discover the Grace of God within, or so I believe. What can be farther from that goal than the undercurrents that apparently evolved, over the centuries, in organizations such as the historic Knights Templar? … I have some concerns about the renaissance of the Knights Templar tradition by newly formed groups here in Los Angeles and elsewhere in the United States.

How is it that, in ages gone by, sincere members of devout religious orders have fallen prey to emanations of self-hatred and hatred of others through organizations founded for the best of reasons?

The answer, I feel, lies in the slight affinity aroused in the body to hatred of others through the practice of self-mortification …

Through this ‘toehold’ of hatred of the body, flows forth into the noosphere hatred in all its forms: Hatred of women, abuse of children, envy at the sexual prowess of other men; hatred of this teaching or that of one’s own church, or of those of other Christian denominations; and finally, hatred even of the Light of God within, and turning to the abomination of Satanic ritual.

WILL PLAGUE COMPEL US TO FLAGELLANT PARADES?

In the mid-13th Century, processions of self-flagellants took place in central Italy with intent to mitigate a devastating plague. In current times we face another such plague, the scourge of HIV/AIDS, which leaves those of our children who are so infected unable to produce viable offspring.

In our nation’s capital, Washington D.C., according to Centers for Disease Control statistics published in 2016, the lifetime risk of contracting HIV was 1 in 13 people …

Since 2016, no state-by-state statistics have been published. Yet the epidemic, I feel, is cresting in the congested urban areas of the United States, or will soon do so.

Until statistics are caught up, we cannot definitively know where we stand with regard to the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Meanwhile, shall we once more fall to the practice of publicly mistreating our bodies … whether in our streets, or on the silver screen?

ON PERFECTING WORKS OF CORPOREAL MERCY

The answer to the social stresses now testing the tensile strength of our democratic way of life lies not in hatred, not in acts of terrorism whether ultra right or ultra left, not in pogroms, not in vigilante justice, not in wanton waste of life, but in a learned and temperately discerning approach to the problems at hand.

Let us pay utmost respect to our bodies, the abiding temples of God’s loving kindness to us. It is this, the virtue of Christian charity … to ourselves as well as to others … that holds the answer to action in the world during this, the cusp of the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

In the Book of Matthew, Christ says …

I am put in mind of the biography of pastor Martin Rinkart, whose example I find  inspiring in these times of worldwide hardship …

Martin Rinkart (23 April 1586, Eilenburg – 8 December 1649) was a pastor who ministered to his flock in Eilenburg, a walled German town, during the Thirty Years’ War, 1618-1648.

In 1637, when the town was already worn down by war, the Great Pestilence took place. At that time the town of Eilenburg had four ministers. People from the surrounding area who were suffering from epidemic and famine sought refuge in Pastor Rinkart’s town.

As the plague-ridden entered the town, the townspeople became infected. One of the town’s ministers, no doubt overcome by a sense of impending doom, fled to healthier climes. The two other ministers stood by Pastor Rinkart, who saw them buried.

In the end, Pastor Rinkart was the only pastor left in Eilenburg. He conducted services for over 4,000 people, sometimes as many as 40 or 50 a day. In May of 1637 his wife died, which must have been a grievous personal blow to him. By the end of that year, the dead were being buried in trenches, and there were no services for them.

Under the most harrowing of personal circumstances, Martin Rinkart composed this uplifting hymn of gratitude for God’s myriad acts of loving kindness, a hymn that is often sung even today …

The examples of the many great saints of our Christian faith are like a beacon lighting our way in these difficult times. Like them, let us maintain hope in the face of the trials that stand before us. Let the heartbreak of many in our community lift us to faith in God’s sweet intention towards our Souls. Insofar as we may, let us speak to the pure Spirit within, so that we may find the courage to face calamity with equanimity, and the fortitude steadfastly to practice the Christian corporal works of mercy.

Let us feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless, visit the sick, visit the imprisoned, ransom those held captive. and bury the dead.

There is a passage in Matthew 25 that speaks most poignantly to this time of Ascension on Earth. This passage brilliantly limns the manner in which we may choose to address the momentous days that lie before us, through works of mercy practiced in loving remembrance of Christ …

31 “When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

32 “And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 “And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

34 “Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

Surely none has spoken, nor likely ever will speak, more eloquently or to the point, than Christ himself has done. This passage sets us on a sure path through faith in Him, even in the face of  the most devastating hailstorm of temporal sorrow.

CONCLUSION

In these days of woe, shall we stand with Christ and act on his behalf? In truth, what we may do for the disempowered, the disadvantaged, and the disenfranchised people of Los Angeles, is what we may be privileged to do for Christ Himself in this lifetime.

It is the Body of Christ Himself to whom we minister. It is He whom we feed, whom we clothe, for whom we provide potable water, for whom we find lodging, whom we help to find a sure path after release from prison, and whom we seek to ransom from malefic entities … whether human or clothed in mists beyond our ken … who hold them prisoner.

Dear Ones,

INTRODUCTION

Here is a Los Angeles sky journal for October through early December 2018. This includes images from Woolsey Canyon Fire of 8-21 November 2018, as well as the time before the fire, and the fire aftermath.

Since the fire, there have been an unaccustomed number of gentle rains in Los Angeles, and these have helped settle the ash from the fire and start a crop of lush new California wild oats sprouting up vibrant green from the grey Earth.

I am looking forward to what may be one of the best of Spring seasons for a crop of ‘fire follower’ flowers here in the Santa Monica Mountains …

Can the Power of Satan Be Utilized to Drive Out Devils? . by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

The topic came up, some years ago, on the astral plane, whether the power of Satan might be utilized to drive out devils? As I recall, the astral context was: Could a Black Magicker offer Blood Sacrifice (human sacrifice, or sacrifice of the innocents) so as to enslave a demon attached to someone associated with great evil done in the world (for example, a warlord) and then attach that demon to a Lightworker?

Thus, it was proposed, might be accomplished two goals at one time: The first, to receive remuneration from the warlord for relieving him of his demon burden; and second, to rid the Black Magicker of the onus of battling a Lightworker.

25 “And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: 26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? 27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges. 28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. 29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

30 “He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.”

As you can see, Christ performed the miracle of driving a devil out of a person. The Pharisees, the high-ranking Jews, took issue with this, saying that Christ had used Beelzebub … their term for a Big Bad … to drive the devil out of a person …

Now this is like the notion of doing something very, very bad, so as to mitigate something bad … like sacrificing the life of an innocent person to remove a demon from a person who has done evil. So the thought is that a large, bad act, may mitigate the effect of a small bad act. Which is like the notion that one may petition a Big Bad to call of a smaller Bad, as in the Biblical tale.

In verses 25-27, Christ addresses an important aspect of Black Magic cults: Their divisiveness. In faiths that adhere to lesser truth, one will inevitably find schism after schism, brother turned against brother; the old Cain and Abel story played and replayed with cast after cast of characters.

Verse 26 “And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?” This is the logic of the verse: If Satan make war against some portion of his Demon Horde, then he weakens his own power. In the same way, if the power of Beelzebub is used to cast out a devil from a person, as in the Bible verse, then the power of Beelzebub is weakened.

There is some logic here, from the stance of the Black Magicker, however, in that he hopes to weaken the Army of Light by attaching a demon to the Lightworker. There are, after all, the same number of demons in the world; only the demon is attached to a Light person rather than a Dark person. So from the perspective of the Black Magicker, if the ploy works, then that’s a win. But can it work?

Christ says, “Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.” (verse 29) In other words, I guess he is saying, unless Satan I’the strong man’) is first bound down, then one cannot spoil his goods (the devil attached to a person. perhaps) … In fact, one would dare not, for the strong man would protect his goods.

So then, this verse implies that it is impossible to make a deal with Satan, because Satan will protect his devils, which are like ‘goods’ to him. They are his way of expressing power in the world.

Satan is a pretty tricky being. And not at all trustworthy in the deals department, I feel. So what deal is the Black Magicker actually making? My guess would be: There might be a momentary lull in the Dark Attack on the warlord … enough to make it look like the Black Magicker’s game plan worked. Satan would then attempt to attach Devil No. 2 to the Lightworker, through the vehicle of the Black Magicker’s curse. And in the aftermath, Devil No. 1 would segue back to the warlord.

In the eyes of Satan there would be three wins: The warlord and the Black Magicker would begin to do a Black Tango, involving mammon, and the Lightworker would suffer a Dark Ding. Two for the Dark, and one potential, all, with luck to do his bidding!

And what would the Black Magicker and the warlord get? They would get duped by the Dark.

Not to further bide on this sorry topic, I return to the Biblical passage. Christ says, “But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.” (verse 28)

This, I feel, is the great lesson of this passage. Christ is saying, I feel, that devils may be cast out through the Spirit of God. In other words, we must appeal to God for help in casting out devils. And when the devils are cast out, then we will experience the ‘kingdom of God’.

This teaching is squarely in line with Ascension lore, provided we substitute the Ascension term ‘Fifth Dimension’ for the Biblical term ‘kingdom of God’.

I feel this Biblical verse is very important for humankind right now. We humans are facing a time of great change. Will we react as the people in the 2018 movie “Annihilation” reacted, attempting to ‘nuke’ the ‘Shimmer’? Or will we joyfully allow God to cast out the devils in our astral realms, so that the kingdom of God may come unto us? The choice is ours.

What will become of us if we go with the Black Magicker ploy, and side with Satan so as to attempt to protect ourselves from the Dark? The last verse in the above passage speaks to this …

“He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.” (verse 30). In an Ascension context, we might consider this verse with regard to the far-flung human race.

We humans, I feel, exist not only on Earth, but also on planets in other constellations. In many of these, until now, we have been the mere dupes and pawns of the Dark. For those of us on Ascending Earth, who, fearing change, like the military wives and lovers who had lead roles in the 2018 “Annihilation” movie, side with the Dark against the Light, there will be a Slave Planet in a distant galaxy … perhaps in a meteor field, perhaps on an asteroid … that our next incarnation may call home. In Biblical terms, we may be ‘scattered abroad’.

Yet, through the miracle of God’s grace, and through our own free will choice, we may experience that far-away abode as the very place in which we experienced our last incarnation; in other words, that distant field of rocks, that tenebrous sky, that leaden life beneath the Veil, will seem the old, familiar place we so deeply yearned to continue to experience, here on Earth.

The accompanying scriptural reference, Shrimad Bhagavatam, 12.8.15-16, is strikingly pertinent to what has been percolating round through the astral airs, and clearing from Earth, since the year 2000 …

The scriptural description linked to above has to do with temptations a spiritual person faces on the path to knowledge of God. Yet we are all experiencing these temptations in recent years. Thus, we humankind are all, in these years of the Second Coming … of what lightworkers term the Ascension … and of what other faiths term the Last Judgment … facing those same temptations that heretofore were only grappled with by saints and sages.

Lightning fast, each of us faces temptation upon temptation … as the scripture says: dancing girls, delights of the senses, greed, and intoxication. If not on the physical plane, then wafting through the astral airs.

The first word in the above scripture is ‘Cupid’. Who is Cupid, really? Is he the god of romantic love, who gets couples to tie the knot? Or is he a being who gets folks so involved in the idea of romance, that they forget all about seeking God? Or is he a being who drags this instance of the play of God in manifest reality down into the Satan worlds?

What name do we hear most frequently on the astral ‘internet’? If not ‘Cupid’, then what name do we hear? Who is this seeming man, who mystifies our sleeping minds with thoughts of dancing girls, or dancing boys? Who rules our daydreams with internet porn? Who drags our high and hopeful thoughts into the mire of object grasping, almost gotten, ne’er forsaken dreams?

Cupid, the man who made the hall of mirrors that we call the world. Cupid, who conjures up the Other that can ne’er be us. Try as we might, we will not find him … or her … our true Beloved … in the mirrors of the senses. In the eyes of the world.

Yet, in those eyes, if we look closely, we can catch a glimpse of Him.

The juxtaposition couldn’t have been more apt, although most likely subconscious.

As you may know (search the categories:  Mars – Martians …  and  … Bacteria on my blog) life on Earth originated on Mars. About 4 billion years ago, meteorites from Mars brought early, intelligent, bacterial life to Earth. Over the aeons, this intelligent life has morphed to a more gentle, less warlike life form, here on Earth. The superb genetic engineering abilities of this, the Elder Race, have resulted in the many larger life forms now on Earth, many of which act as protective biohabitats or Earth colonies for intelligent Martian bacterial life forms housed in their guts.

Those bacteria still on Mars, existing as they do as solo survivers in extreme planetary conditions, are still of the more primitive, warlike mentality.

As you may know, from your reading of my earlier work, there are 10 times more bacterial life forms than human cellular life forms in the human colon. Thus, when humans voyage to Mars, they will bring with them the gentler variety of Earthly bacteria.

I am clear that the bacteria of Earth want to re-establish contact with the bacteria of their home world. But what will that re-establishment of contact mean, both on Earth and on Mars? Are the bacteria of Earth aware of how different they now are from the bacteria of Mars, their home world? Or will this be a hard and bitter lesson won?

If human life is established on Mars, then there will be interbreeding of Earth bacteria with the more warlike Martian ancestral bacteria. Thus, those human space colonists that return to Earth will bring back more warlike bacteria.

As discussed in a prior blog, these bacteria’s mind fields and emotions repercuss through the unconscious thought cloud of the world by adding emphasis to human autonomic nervous system thought forms … the sort of thoughts associated with the reptilian brain … to do with survival,  war, fear of death, grounding, territorial aggression, sexual aggression, the instinct to have sex, creativity, the will to do things in the world, world domination, and so on. They do this by adding a sort of drumbeat backdrop … an added emotional drive … to the subconscious thoughts expressed through our lower 3 chakras, which are located in the general area of the colon. This is sometimes referred to as the gut brain.

Intuitively I feel that the result here on Earth will be more energy threads of warlike tendencies, and also of territorial and sexual aggression, as expressed through our social interactions here on Earth.

On Mars, the opposite will take place amongst the ancient bacterial peoples there: They will become less warlike, less territorially and sexually aggressive.

This translates into a better time on Mars, and a more difficult time on Earth, as the unfoldment of the Ascension process continues. In more fearful timelines, it will result in Apocalyptic scenarios both on Mars and on Earth.

Among those whose hearts and minds are set upon the feelings of faith, hope, and charity towards other beings, the timelines will result in an improvement or upliftment of the energies of the Solar System as a whole, as the martial astral airs of Mars begin to clear.

We who feel faith and hope and charity, in alignment with the heart and mind and will of God, can help merge the Apocalyptic timelines with the timelines of New Life on New Earth.

As our Solar System is uplifted, so will it’s butterfly effect be felt throughout this Universe.

WHAT IS THE TRUTH ABOUT HEAVEN AND HELL?

The Theosophist William Walker Atkinson (aka Swami Panchadasi) describes how very different are the beliefs among the major religions of the world, regarding the afterlife. Some describe heaven, or hell, or purgatory, or limbo. Others speak of a great sleep, on passing, until the Day of Judgment at the end of the world …

Citation: “The Astral World: Its Scenes, Dwellers, and Phenomena,” by William Walker Atkinson, “Chapter VI. Disembodied Souls,”    … from the fifth full paragraph beginning “Let us move …” through the second sentence in the seventh paragraph, ending “… all the truth.”

Theosophists have a different, and I feel, in some instances, a far more hopeful and heart-settling set of teachings. They feel that Souls do sort, on the astral plane, after passing from physical form. But all Souls eventually slip into sleep in the Heaven Worlds of the Afterlife after their Astral Work in the Afterlife is done.

KAMALOKA: THE DESIRE WORLD OF THEOSOPHY

The Astral Work referred to here is that in which Souls experience Kamaloka …  the ‘Desire World’ … as it is termed in the School of Theosophy. The work that is done is to purify the astral body, removing the dross of dissonant energies. This may take only a little time, or very much longer.

The type of experience a Soul has during this Astral interval depends on the relative grossness or refinement of its Astral body. Or as we say in an Ascension context, the distortions in its body of light. Also referred to in Hindu texts as the samskaras, or by Judy Satori …  https://judysatori.com/ … as karmic miasmic distortions.

In terms of the Christian faith, a person who has led a very sinful life on Earth, might well have experiences in Kamaloka that are like the Christian notion of Hell. A person who has led a reasonable life on Earth … though not particularly religious or spiritual … might experience what some Christian faiths term Purgatory. A child who passes on before the age of reason, or a person who has led a saintly or spiritual life, might experience only a little time in a state some Christian faiths term Limbo.

DEVACHAN: THE HEAVEN WORLDS ON THE HIGHER MENTAL PLANE

When, during the Astral interval, the astral body has been purified of impure feelings and desires, a residue of desire, or kama, is left behind in Kamaloka. The higher ego (the true ‘I’) becomes free to pass on to a very different form of Afterlife experience …  that of the heaven worlds, which, in Theosophy, are termed Devachan.

The Theosophists feel that all Souls  eventually rise from the Hellworlds, Purgatory Worlds, or Limbo they were experiencing on the Astral Plane, to Devachan, the Heaven Worlds. Theirs, then is a more hopeful notion than that professed by many major religions.

In Devachan, those who passed on with desires to accomplish creative work (such as to create a great piece of music) or to exist in a paradise, or to be in a congregation of Souls of their own religion, or to accomplish intellectual or scientific work, can live out their dreams, till their desires to do these things fades. In addition, the work these Souls do in Devachan can be carried forward with them into a new incarnation, and so may aid the development of humankind.

At times, too, disembodied Souls in Devachan may be may offer their creative work as a gift to aspiring creative artists on the physical plane … They become the ‘creative muses’ for these Earth-bound artists.

The 4 chapters following these … pp. 206-220 … describe the four lower levels (there are 7 in all) of the heaven planes. These are numbered ‘backwards’ … The first and lowest level is termed the ‘seventh sub-plane’. The second, which is a little higher, is termed the ‘sixth sub-plane’ … and so on.
