Then while practicing kundalini yoga daily for 10 years, I became familiar with sensing the power currents and energy centers within my body, and with utilizing the yogic locks and the 3HO yoga kriyas to raise the kundalini energy.

Note that the information on the sushumna, the ida, and the pingala … and on agni, the spiritual fire … has to do with ancient yogic lore, and is not to do with my personal notions. Because I have practiced kundalini yoga for a long time I am familiar with the human electromagnetic field, and with the transformative nature of spiritual fire, and I can attest to the truth of the ancient lore.

14M. Conclusion

Well, now you know quite a bit about Sat Kriya, which I have found to be a sure way to clear and brighten up the human energy field.

Sat Kriya is best utilized by those who are quite physically fit, I feel. I recall in the early years of my practice of yoga I used to hear that kundalini yoga harnesses ‘the power of the atom’. I took this seriously, and hope my readers will too. It is a very powerful tool indeed, and must be taken up with common sense, including, as mentioned above, taking to heart the guidelines set forth by our doctors.
