Amongst Lightworkers, the doorway to our Ascension benefits and gifts stands open during what we term astrogeophysical ‘gateway events’. Gateway events offer us the opportunity to receive the Ascension gifts of the Incoming Light.

These ‘gateway events’ correlate to annual events such as Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice.

As well, there are envelopes of Light … passages during which we receive Ascension gifts. For instance, an envelope of Light might begin and end with eclipses of the Sun or moon.

These are very good times to mark down on your calendar as special times for meditation, for walking in nature, or for simply sitting with a good book to read under your favorite tree, or on the beach. They are good times to depart from the humdrum routine and do something that we have been yearning for a long time to do … something that brings us great joy, or a peaceful feeling … something that allows our Awareness to receive the gifts being proffered while we are in a positive state of mind.

I say this because it is our good feelings that usher in good gifts from the stars. Alternatively, bad feelings during these times can be amplified by Ascension gateways. Thus it is up to us Lightworkers and Ascensioneers to set the scene and to tip the scales in our favor. There will be more on that in the next section of this video.

The Obstacle During Gateway Events Is Negative Astral Chatter

While gateway events offer a chance to enjoy our Ascension gifts as New Humans on New Earth, there are some obstacles to overcome and there is some personal preparation to do in order to enjoy those gifts to the fullest.

It is often the case during gateway events that we must calm and clear the mind and balance out our chakric array in order to gain the most benefit from these events.

This had to do with personal chakras 6 and 7 … the third-eye point and the crown chakra … and in these new chakras above my head: transpersonal chakras 1 through 3, which are sometimes termed chakras 8 through 10).

In addition I sensed clair chatter in my lower triangle or ‘gut brain’. This ‘gut brain’ chatter had to do with personal chakras 1 through 3 … the basal or root chakra; the sacral or sexual chakra; and the navel point.

COMMENTS: This rolling storm cloud is like negative thoughts roiling through the noosphere. These are the thoughts of other people that pass through our minds. They might be generated by a popular movie, or by a war or other disaster, and perhaps exacerbated by an astrogeophysical event. The astral chatter I sensed seemed to me to be thoughts flowing to me from Earth’s noosphere, and not my own thoughts. Across the broader energy spectrum this might be considered true … The distortions in my mini-noosphere and in all my energy bodies might be said to have been created by changes in the Laniakea ‘lines of Light’ caused by the gateway event that was then occurring.

The Laniakea Supercluster Bestows Ascension Gifts During Gateway Events

Matthew Nihra:  ‘Laniakea’ is a Hawaiian word that means ‘immeasurable heaven’. The ‘Laniakea Supercluster’ is a galactic supercluster comprising about 100,000 galaxies, including our home galaxy the Milky Way.

Laniakea, our home supercluster, contains most of the star clusters from which Earth is likely to receive gifts of Light during gateway events; the majority being Light transmissions from the Milky Way galaxy in the Laniakea supercluster. In most instances, gateways have to do either with alignment of Earth to other planets in our Solar System … or with the alignment of our Solar System with the constellations of our Milky Way galaxy. Sometimes gateways allow our Solar System to receive energetic gifts from other galaxies in Laniakea. And in some instances, a gateway transmits energy from ‘the Great Beyond’ … from other places in the Universe, then to Laniakea, then to the Milky Way, and then to our Solar System.

Lines of Light

The gateway event phenomenon that we New Humans clairly sense has to do with lines of Light, the ‘diamond net of Indra’ connecting all the galaxies in our Universe. Like Earth’s Van Allen Belt, these lines of Light also dance and change.

These intergalactic lines of Light are touched upon by our personal axiatonal lines of Light … the currents of energy within our bodies that connect to our chakras and to the energetic meridian lines upon which acupressure and acupuncture charts are based.

The New Human can sense the energies of distant constellations electromagnetically as these far away energies impinge upon his or her own personal axiatonal lines of Light during gateway events.

The image of the Flower of Life before you now symbolically portrays this Ascension gift. Imagine that the red flower is your personal energy field. Inside that field are the green lines of Light of your personal energy array. When these lines of Light are uninterrupted and flowing freely, then you are healthy. When there is an interruption or else an imbalance in the flow of Light through your energy array, then you may feel not tip top. By way of explanation, the ancient sciences of acupressure and acupuncture use finger pressure or needle stimulation to heal the energy meridians that are connected to the axiatonal lines of Light in your personal energy field.

Imagine that this orange energy field is that of our Solar system. Within this orange energy field are green ‘feeder lines of light’ that connect with the green axiatonal lines of Light in our own personal energy array.

It is a little like a telephone system you might say. Information … coded as the languages of Light and Sound … is conveyed from the Solar system … from the orange energy field … to our personal energy field.

The languages of Light and Sound are the energies of healing, of wisdom, of love and Light and joy. In the modern day, post-Shift, the feeder lines of Light from the Universe bring into our personal energy arrays Ascension codes. These are the codes that bring us our new Ascension gifts and Ascension benefits. This is a process that happens during astrogeophysical gateway events.

Beyond the orange energy field is a yellow energy field …

That field has within it the green ‘feeder lines of Light’ of our Milky Way galaxy. During astrogeophysical gateway events, these lines of Light of the Milky Way galaxy convey Ascension benefits and gifts encoded in the languages of Light and Sound to us as well. The gateway events occur when the feeder lines of Light of our Solar system are positioned in such a way that the feeder lines of Light of stars in the Milky Way are able to connect with those in our Solar system, and from there to our personal energy array.

Beyond the yellow energy field is a roughly circular green energy field …

One by one, the above images depict how the axiatonal lines of Light emanating from the tips of the red petals of our personal energy field are nourished by feeder lines of Light emanating from the tips of the orange petals from our Solar system. And these are nourished by feeder lines of Light emanating from the yellow petals of our Milky Way. And these are nourished by the feeder lines of Light emanating from the green petals of Laniakea. And these, in turn, are nourished by feeder lines of Light emanating from the green circle of the Great Beyond. 

Energy Grid of the Lines of Light of the Universe

In other words, there is an energy grid consisting of lines of Light throughout the Universe …

This technique of heart-centered Awareness is widely accepted in the current age. Why is that?

Research shows that the reason the heart-centering technique works has to do with the voltage of the heart chakra relative to other chakras in the human chakric array. The energy of the human heart is said by many … including Lightworker Bill Ballard … to be 10,000 times greater than that of the other chakras.

You can do the visualization like this: Imagine that you are the person in the image. You are standing on Earth. All the stars, all the galaxies, are overhead. They are beaming their Light down on you.

Place your Awareness on your heart. Feel your heart in the center of your chest. Feel the life-sustaining energy there, whose ceaseless effort allows you to experience this space-time continuum. Feel the great power and determination, the great good will and beneficence of your heart.

The visualization can also be done by placing both hands palms down over the heart while standing, walking, or sitting. Placing the hands palms down over the heart sometimes helps keep the Awareness on the heart.

Benefits. This visualization stabilized my electromagnetic field … my EMF. You may also find … as did I … that it comes in handy to slow down the astral chatter, calm your mind, and balance your chakric array during gateway events.

Sleeping Positions to Balance the Energy Field and for Pleasant Dreams

I have tried placing the hands palms down over my heart while sleeping on my back, and I do not advise it as a long-term sleeping practice. That is because it seems to me that this sleeping position somehow severs the heart from the rest of the energy array.

Thus the energies above and below the heart might waver and dance with the Solar and gateway energy ‘tides’. This might give rise to negative astral chatter that interferes with deep sleep and pleasant dreams.

Consequently I have a suggestion regarding kriyas … or body positions … that will help stabilize your energy array when you are sleeping during astrogeophysical gateway events. You may find this suggestion helps stabilize your energy array during geostorms as well.

Here are two sleeping kriyas that I have been using off and on with quite some success starting last year. These I call the “Sleeping Positions to Balance the Energy Field and for Pleasant Dreams” …

Cautions. Be sure to ask your medical doctor whether he or she thinks the below sleeping positions and postures would be good for you, considering the state of your health, and of course, I recommend following his or her advice.

If it turns out you cannot use these postures for sleeping, it may still be possible for you to use the postures to balance your energy field while resting on your back during the daytime. Your MD will have the answers regarding that.

Sleeping Preparations. Here is what works for me …

I set aside my pillow.
I lie down on my back.

I place a bath towel folded into fourths where the back of my head will be.
I roll the bottom of the towel a few times, till it makes a small roll to place under the back of my neck …

My thought was that it would be good for me to sleep with my head in this posture, or in whatever open airway posture is most recently recommended by the Red Cross. I thought that might be especially helpful to me while suffering a bout of congestion because of the flu or COVID. We Can Heal Ourselves and Others with Our Hands

Many years ago I recall I was experimenting with transfer of healing energy through my hands. I had read that was possible, but had not yet experimented with it. I was walking in a California dry gorge in the springtime … I think it may have been in Lemon Grove, California. There were wildflowers everywhere. I picked two flowers. They were so beautiful! I thought it might be nice to take them home and put them in a vase to brighten up my home. But surely they would wilt by the time I got home …

I thought this might be a good time to test the theory that healing and life-sustaining energy might be transferred through my hands. So I held the wildflowers very gently and carefully in my right hand while hiking. I kept visualizing healing energy flowing into the flowers and keeping them fresh and full of life.

When I got home, I was happy to find that the blossoms were alive and well. I placed them in the vase, and … just as I had hoped … they brightened up the house ..

The image above is a self-portrait of me as a Lightworker ‘sculpting’ Light with my hand. You can see how the Light responds to my hand and sends healing rays to me. Then, I feel, our ‘lightened up’ hands can send healing rays to the world.

I was amazed to see this image close up, as it was what seemed to me to be visual proof of the principle of healing with the energy of the hands.

That very principle is the premise on which the following hand and arm positions are based.

The premise is that by placing our hands on a body part in which there is lack of energy balance, we can bring that energy back into balance.

Here is an example: Let us say that an Ascension gateway event is unfolding. As the Light of the gateway impinges on my body, I have a sense of discomfort here or there in my body. I begin to feel that the energy of a certain part of my body needs to be healed.

COMMENT: The ‘high heart’ is associated with the thymus gland and with physical regeneration.

Then the thing to do, I find, is to place my hands palms down on or near that part of my body, and to visualize with confidence that I am sending healing and balancing energy to the part of the body where my energy is misaligned.

This, then, is the basis for the suggestions about hand and arm positions as described below.

Posture to Settle the Energy in the Lower Triangle or ‘Gut Brain’ While Resting

While lying down on your back, place your arms comfortably and relaxedly along your sides. Just relax your arms downward.

Place the palms of your hands, palms down, as close as may be to the base of the torso, near the top of the legs.

You may find that, with your arms in a very relaxed position, the tips of your fingers are a few inches higher than the base of your torso. That is fine too.

The fingers of your hands may overlap, or they may be a little separate from each other. You may try placing them close together, or one above but near the other, whatever feels most comfortable for you.

The purpose of placing your palms on your lower triangle is to steady and balance and strengthen the energies of these chakras while sleeping …

• Your basal chakra, which is also known as the first chakra, or the root chakra;
• the sacral chakra, which is also known as the second chakra or the sexual chakra; and
• the navel point, which is also known as the third chakra.

Benefits. I found these postures worked right away for me, and have continued to work well since I began to use them.

The first thing I noticed was that negative astral chatter to do with my gut brain ceased. It ceased the very first night I tried this sleeping position for the gut brain.

No longer did I hear stories of attempts to murder, or of attempts to rape, or of attempts at control through a ‘master plan’, nor of attempts to mind control the world (and specifically me), which had formerly seemed to attack the energy field of my ‘lower triangle’ or ‘gut brain’ as I slept.

My energy array at the very bottom of my body stopped dancing and wavering. It settled right down and became more ‘solid’ … if such may be said to be so.

In addition, within a week I noticed a change in the hormones produced by my endocrine system. It seemed to me that the endocrine system began to function optimally. The many hormones secreted by the various parts of my endocrine system seemed to be working in harmony. My sense of physical wellbeing and my physical strength, my stance, and my gait while walking … each of these benefited.

Posture to Settle the Energy Around the Ears and Above the Head While Resting

While lying down on your back, place your arms in a relaxed circle around your head, with fingertips lightly touching above the crown of the head …

The arms are resting comfortably on the bed. The elbows are about at the level of your head, but they are about 4 to 6 inches from your head.

The purpose of placing your arms up, with fingertips touching above the crown of the head is to steady and balance and strengthen the energies of these chakras while sleeping …

• The third-eye point … which is also known as the sixth chakra;
• the crown chakra … which is also known as the seventh chakra;
• transpersonal chakra 1, which is also known as the Causal Chakra or Causal Vortex,
• and transpersonal chakra 2, which is also known as the Soul Star.

Benefits. I found this sleeping position worked reasonably well for me to clear wavering energies around my head which manifested on the astral plane as attempts by others to mind control me and other people.

It seems to me that, during times of intense noospheric turmoil, such as very strong gateway events, or geostorms caused by multiple, closely spaced M-class solar flares, or geostorms caused by one or more X-class solar flare, it might be best to add to the hands-touching-above-the-head posture a copper-fabric scarf for a half-hour or an hour.

That is an extra added precaution at times when notions of uber mind control black magicians and sorcerers … very spooky notions like that … are circulating through the noosphere …

DESCRIPTION: The above image portrays a standing woman, facing forward and surrounded by a yellow oval. The oval is labeled: Body of Light. It is divided into four quadrants labeled Upper Quadrant, Right Quadrant, Left Quadrant, and Lower Quadrant.

The Upper Quadrant of the Body of Light begins just below the neck, and includes the 5th or throat chakra and higher, to a foot or two above the head, At the very top of the Upper Quadrant is the ‘North Pole’ of the Body of Light.

The Lower Quadrant begins at the bottom of the rib cage, and includes the 3rd chakra or navel point, and lower, down to a foot or two below the feet. At the very bottom of the Lower Quadrant is the ‘South Pole’ of the Body of Light.

The Right Quadrant is in the area of the high and low heart chakra and the right side of the body, from the perspective of the person in the image (not from the perspective of the observer).

The Left Quadrant is in the area of the high and low heart chakra and the left side of the body, from the perspective of the person in the image (not from the perspective of the observer).

The transpersonal chakras have come ‘on board’ since 2012 as the Incoming Light transforms and enlarges our Bodies of Light. The 10th chakra is said to be located 2 1/2 to 3 feet above the head. The ‘North Pole’ and the ‘South Pole’ of the Body of Light are at the very top and bottom of the golden oval that represents the Body of Light.
