Dear Ones,

This is a meditation to use as a healing adjunct to help rebalance the brain, the mind field, and the Higher Mental Body after electroshock therapy or other electric shock to the brain, such as being hit by lightning.

This meditation is not a substitute for the proper medical care. It is only adjunctive.

Lie down on your back, arms by your sides, palms up.
Spread the fingers wide.
Tense the little finger and the thumb of each hand, and imagine that each of your hands is holding your head, with the little finger and thumb touching the temples, and the other three fingers lightly touching the forehead, fingertips up.
Thus, each hand holds the mind field of the head.
Visualize a current flowing between the little finger and thumb of each hand.
Relax the chest and tummy.
Make your breathing long and deep.

Continue with your visualization and with the breathing for 30 minutes.

. . . . .

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars
