Group Circle Meditation: Facilitating in a Domed Room . by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

Here are some visuals showing my recent experience with facilitating a group circle meditation in a domed room. The intention is to facilitate the influx of Incoming Light, so that the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the world may be cleared through Divine grace.

Domed rooms are a little tricky, as they can increase the clockwise circular flow of energy, creating a whirlwind effect. Domes also can consolidate the group energy in a dome shaped configuration. However, the visual effect of the dome can restrict the height of the group energy to the height of the dome. Group meditations held outdoors are less height-restrictive, but the energy of the outdoor group is less condensed and also, not packed with spiral energy.

DOME 1: SEATING CHART FOR THE DOMED CIRCLE MEDITATION. Here’s a diagram of the seating in the domed circle meditation I attended. The big dark circle represents the outer edge of the seating area. The seating area was in the center of the domed structure, the floor of which was twice as wide as the seating area.

DOME 2: ON ESTABLISHING A FACILITATION VECTOR. When facilitating a group circle meditation in a domed structure, I never sit opposite anyone. An empty chair across the circle from me is fine. In the case of this event, though, the best seat I could find was across from the meditation leader and his wife. I moved my chair as far as possible to the left so that my midline, my hara line (1), was opposite the space between the two of them. For the alignment of the vector, see the arrow in the diagram below:

ON AVOIDING LOWER TRIANGLE HOOKUPS DURING GROUP MEDITATION

My purpose in so sitting was to avoid a lower triangle hookup between me and another member of the circle. Lower triangle hookups occur when I sit directly facing someone else, unless they have a strong sense of their own EMF field.

To get a strong sense of one’s own EMF field, one must align one’s awareness with God rather than with the phenomenal world (2); in this way one begins to see the shallowness of the causal view of reality. Thus one escapes from the chains of the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World (called by some the Collective Unconscious), which flow through the lower triangle of every human being, and causes astral bonding during group meditations.

Formation of unconscious astral bonds detracts from the buildup of God-awareness in a meditator, as it distorts and confounds the energy of the personal EMF. Thus, experienced meditators avoid these bonds.

DOME 3: CENTRAL KARMIC KNOT. Immediately as the meditation started, the energy of the meditation leader (bright yellow circle next to the pink circle) set the tenor and the rhythm. Very soon, there was a ramping up of negative energies of the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World, which I experienced as clair hearing regarding what seemed like societal expectations regarding suppression of the sex drive and the drive to aggression.

It appeared to me that the lower triangle energies of the meditators were meeting in the center of the circle and forming a writhing karmic knot; the energy configuration, which looked like this …

DOME 4. FORMATION OF A COLLECTIVE UNCONSCIOUS ASTRAL CORD. Then the energy of the group members’ Lower Triangles … which had been expressing as the writhing karmic knot in the center of the circle … was flooded with sexual energy from the lower triangle of the young, good looking man (dark orange circle, next to light orange circle).

Because he was sitting directly opposite a woman, and his hara line was directly aligned with hers, his lower triangle energy channeled the sexual energy of all the meditators into her lower triangle. The resultant collective unconscious astral bond that formed looked like this:

DOME 5. FACILITATOR SHIFTS TO PERIPHERAL VECTOR. Seeing that the curr ent orientation of my hara line was insufficient to start the spiral energy (vortical energy) that could sweep away this collective lower triangle astral bond, I shifted my sitting position so that my knees faced an empty chair to my left.

The arrow next to the green circle below shows the direction in which my knees were pointing. See how that arrow is parallel to the big arrow in the center of the circle? Thus the energy of my vector (the small arrow next to the green circle) flowed in the same direction as that of the meditator in the dark orange chair.

For this reason, I wasn’t engaged in a struggle with the energy flow of the group.
Because my vector (my arrow) was more on the periphery of the seating area, I hoped to ‘push’ the group energy in the direction of the typical vortical clockwise spiral that aids the clearing of the Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World as the Incoming Light slowly ramps up and offers humankind the opportunity to Awaken.

DOME 6. CLOCKWISE SPIRAL ENERGY FLOW ESTABLISHED. Luckily, the hoped-for clockwise spiral energy began to take place, the astral cord dissolved, the karmic knot in the center of the meditation area disbursed, and the energy of the group became more synchronous, more golden, and more uplifted or conscious. However, because of the unruly nature of the astral matter that evening (and in fact, all that week), my EMF, and perhaps those of the other meditators, remained somewhat unstable for the duration of the evening. AN ANALOGY OF PERIPHERAL VECTOR SPINNING TO THE CHILDHOOD GAME OF STICKS AND HOOPS. This sitting sideways, and facing in the direction of clockwise energy flow for a circle meditation is like the old-fashioned childhood game of sticks and hoops (“rolling hoops”). The children used to strike a hoop with a sideways blow of the stick, causing it to rotate. Because the hoop wasn’t fixed in place, it would move forward, and they would run to keep up.

Of course, during a domed circle meditation, the ‘hoop’ is the astral air inside the dome, the center of which is the center of the dome. This air has nowhere to go but round and round the fixed center of the meditation room, as the ‘striking stick’ of the facilitator’s vector (the arrow in the illustration ‘Dome 5’) adds spin to the astral air.

(3) This can be transformed through mindful meditation for as long as needed after the group meditation.

Chakric rebalancing techniques may be helpful to clear lower triangle imbalances. My favorite is to concentrate on each of the chakras in turn, and their colors, and to say: Remove any excess of the color [name the color] in my aura; add any of the color [name the color] that needs to be added. See https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakra for the chakras and their colors. Note there is also a chakra in the center of your upper chest, corresponding to the thymus gland. Its color is magenta, and it can be added to your color array to help heal and regenerate the body.

Taking a shower may also be helpful, as may purification ceremonies such as smudging and chanting.

The morning after the meditation, on waking, conscious clearing of the lower triangle may be helpful.

Dear Ones,

A while back, my local Unitarian Universalist Society, which has an interest in social justice, offered a course in what felons face here in the United States after leaving prison. I took the course, and that got me interested in the general topic.

Mass media can make the world of criminality seem appealing … fast-paced, even glamorous. Because criminal acts are featured so often on the news, on nightly TV, and at the movies, people are led to believe that criminality is a normal, ordinary choice of lifestyle. This notion that crime is popular and ordinary … that it has entertainment value … is one way in which mass media today insidiously undermine the social fabric of America.

In this blog, I will offer a brief summary of the facts regarding felony conviction. My hope is that this will help everyone understand the very severe consequences of having a felony on one’s record. Here are the blog subheadings …

WHAT IS A FELONY?

Felonies include but are not limited to the following ,,,

“Murder
“Aggravated assault and/or battery
“Manslaughter (unintentional Murder)
“Animal cruelty

“Various forms of fraud
“The manufacture, sale, distribution, or possession with intent to distribute of certain types and/or quantities of illegal drugs
“In some states, the simple possession (possession without intent to distribute, e.g., for personal use) of certain types of illegal drugs, usually in more than a certain quantity but regardless of quantity for some drugs in some jurisdictions (such as Virginia for cocaine and heroin)

WHAT ARE THE PERSONAL CONSEQUENCES OF A FELONY CONVICTION IN THE UNITED STATES?

“In many parts of the United States, a felon can face long-term legal consequences persisting after the end of their imprisonment. The status and designation as a ‘felon’ is considered permanent, and is not extinguished upon sentence completion even if parole, probation or early release was given. [18] The status can be cleared only by a successful appeal or executive clemency. However, felons may apply for restoration of some rights after a certain period of time has passed.

“The consequences felons face in most states include:

“Disenfranchisement (expressly permitted by the Fourteenth Amendment, as noted by the Supreme Court)
“Exclusion from obtaining certain licenses, such as a visa, or professional licenses required to legally operate (making some vocations off-limits to felons)
“Exclusion from purchase and possession of firearms, ammunition, and body armor
“Ineligibility to serve on a jury
“Ineligibility for government assistance or welfare, including being barred from federally funded housing
“Deportation (if not a citizen)

“Additionally, many job applications and rental applications ask about felony history (with the exception of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts) and answering dishonestly on them can be grounds for rejecting the application, or termination if the lie is discovered after hire. This is because most bonding companies do not issue bonds to felons, which effectively bars them from certain jobs. Additionally, most landlords do not rent to felons due to the risk of legal liability if the renter commits another crime.

“It is legal to discriminate against felons in hiring decisions as well as the decision to rent housing to a person, so felons can face barriers to finding both jobs and housing. A common term of parole is to avoid associating with other felons. In some neighborhoods with high rates of felony conviction, this creates a situation where many felons live with a constant threat of being arrested for violating parole. [18] Many banks refuse service to felons, and some states consider a felony conviction grounds for an uncontested divorce.

“In some states, restoration of those rights depends on repayment of various fees associated with the felon’s arrest, processing, and prison stay, such as restitution to victims, or outstanding fines. [18]” (1)

EXPUNGEMENT

“For state law convictions, expungement is determined by the law of the state. Many states do not allow expungement, regardless of the offense, though felons can seek pardons and clemency, including restoration of rights….

I foresee job education and work parole programs for felons serving time. This trend, which looks quite promising, has already begun here in the United States
For released felons, I see a trend toward rehabilitation into the mainstream, with a chance to be reunited with their families, even if their families are in public housing. Laws to the contrary very clearly contribute to the degradation of the American family-oriented social values.
I also feel that more job programs will be developed to help felons find good work that helps them develop and reinforce mainstream social values.
Depriving felons of socialized medical care serves no purpose; if they need medical care and cannot find law-abiding work, then they will be driven to a life of crime, such as burglary or robbery, in order to pay for medicines. Thus it serves society well to allow felons as much access to socialized medical care as is available to those with no criminal record.

Sweeping Changes in the Tenor of Mass Media

Regarding mass media, I foresee …

a global coming to consciousness regarding the hurtful aspects of mass media today, which emphasizes violence and glamorizes crime
a broad swath of the world population consciously choosing more uplifting entertainment programming that supports their vision of the world of tomorrow
I further see many people choosing mass media that create in the viewer the emotions of appreciation, gratitude, joy, and peace, rather than the emotions of fear, anger, rage, and hatred. I see folks choosing these as a way of co-creating the new reality on Earth. It is, after all, the strength and flavor of our emotions that shapes the future of Earth’s nations.

I have checked into traditional Christian thought regarding demon realm buy-ins. There is a fair amount of dispute about this so I compared what I read with clair chat in recent years. The loudest clair chatter has to do with the greatest Soul wounding, so I used ‘clair loudness’ as a selector.

This has to do with damage to the energies that connect the physical body to the astral body, and also with the astral animals that hover round drugs …

As God and the Universe are light and love and joy, the energy strand of killing is very nearly the opposite of our God-nature. Although I’ve seen nothing written about it, intuitively I feel that thoughts of murder, as well as the act itself, directly attract demons to one’s astral body. This is because demons feed on hatred, fear, anxiety, and other negative emotions.

Making a Living as a Sex Worker, Frequenting Sex Workers, or Having a Promiscuous Lifestyle with Heart Chakra Relatively Shut Down

This has to do with ‘samskaric flu’ … the leaping onto one’s own energy field of other people’s sexual malware (EMF tangles) to do with linking sexuality to survival needs or greed. Linking sexual expression with the heart chakra plumps up the tangled ‘lines of Light’ or axiatonal lines, and repairs the EMF.

Mutilation of One’s Body, or Someone Else’s Body, Including Transgender Sex Operations

This is because of the upset caused in the emotional body by the loss of the body cells. The emotional upset is attractive to demons.

Rectal intercourse, Amongst Both Men and Women

This is because rectal intercourse causes damage to the lower part of the central energy channel of the spine (the sushumna), making it necessary to repair the energy flow of the sushumna before raising the kundalini.

The epitome of a demonic buy-in would be, say, a transgender person on drugs who practices rectal intercourse for pay and enjoys killing as a means of expressing his or her sex drive.

Dear Ones,

Sometimes psychic surgery is performed to sever the central channel of the spine just above the second chakra, under the mistaken assumption that it will make a person more saintly by removing the temptation to perform the sex act.

Here is why this type of psychic surgery is inadvisable …

It will shorten your life span.
It will make it impossible for the Lower Mental Body to be united with, and under conscious control of, the Higher Mental Body. In other words, the Lower Mental Body will ‘go its own way’.
While you are waking, the Lower Mental Body will keep up a constant clair chatter and visualizations about participating in the act of sex; the visualizations will be tinged with negative emotions, and the themes will be of sadomasochistic sexuality and other such themes that express these negative emotions. This sexual chatter will alternate with clair stories and vivid, violent daydreams about murdering people or being killed. This is because the cells of the ‘lower triangle’ perceive the psychic surgery as an act of violence against themselves. They perceive that the Higher Self hates them, and they wilt away, contracting physical diseases because of it.
While you are sleeping, if the emotional body is in a state of anger, fear, or anxiety because of some small upset during the day, the severed ‘desire elemental’ is likely to participate in astral activities aimed at harming, raping, or murdering others. This is because it has been deprived of the wisdom and tutelage of the higher mind and conscience.
Further, you will find it impossible to ground; the astral body will be thrown out into the astral plane, where because of the astral damage done, it will fall prey to the demon realm.

For those who have had such psychic spinal surgeries, either voluntarily or involuntarily, the best remedy is to seek out a good psychic or energetic healer. This includes spiritual healers who are able to work long distance, specialists in acupressure and acupuncture, and practitioners of Thai health massage. Yoga, if practiced very gently, may also be helpful, as may visualization of the energy of the spine as whole, and coursing freely in a natural way.

I have come across an astral story recently that is really ‘out there’. There has been talk in recent years about the notion of acceptable collateral damage. Some feel that this notion, while regrettable, is a practical one.

This implied consent to the practicality of the notion has apparently led to the circulation of the Acceptable Collateral Damage Mental Filter in the noosphere. I feel this mental filter is completely without merit or truth, and that it is being used by antisocial personalities (ASPs) … who are quite wily, when all is said and done … as cover for their serial killing and other crimes.

The average American citizen would ask …

How many ‘hits’ might an ASP operative be expected to make during his or her working life, serving their country?
How many ‘hits’ per year, among their home country population, might be considered acceptable collateral damage?
How many years might they expect to live after retirement?

The average American would multiply the ‘hits’ per retirement year by the life expectancy of the retired ASP operative, and compare the product to the number of hits during the operative’s working life. I crunched these numbers below …

Hits per Retired Operative: The Conservative Estimate

10 years as an operative = possibly a maximum of 10 ‘hits’ while working. 40 years retirement, at 1 hypothetically approved homeland retirement ‘hit’ per month = (40 retirement years) x (12 months per year) = 480 hypothetically approved homeland retirement ‘hits’. 480 – 10 = 470 freebie ‘hits’ in one ASP operative’s lifetime. In other words, the 10 hits while working as an operative would be balanced by 10 of the ‘freebie’ homeland retirement hits. And the remaining 470 freebie hits would be way in excess of a ‘murder credit’ that might be unfathomably assigned by a government to its retired operatives.

Hits per Retired Operative: The Estimate If Things Get Out of Hand

With ASPs, things can get out of hand at times, depending primarily on substance abuse and the opportunistic synchrony resulting from keeping bad company. And so, ‘hits’ can ratchet up from 1 per month (which an ASP would consider the model of prudent self-restraint) to 1 per week (or more) (which an ASP would consider simply to be ‘bad timing’ from the standpoint of possible public scrutiny).

Crunching the numbers from the perspective of 1 ‘hit’ per week, it would be (40 retirement years) x (52 weeks per year) = 2,080 homeland ‘hits’ during an ASP’s retirement. 2,080 – 10 would then = 2,070 freebie ‘hits’ in one ASP operative’s lifetime, from a pragmatic standpoint.

The True Numbers of Homeland Citizens That Might be Slain

An ASP is an ASP, all his or her life, and the ‘hit’ pattern continues throughout the ASP’s life. One ought thus to calculate into such a hypothetical scenario out of hand ‘hits’ starting at, say, 9 years of age, and on through, say, 30 years of age, which would be a putative retirement date.

That would be (21 years preretirement) x (12 months per year) = 252 additional freebie homeland ‘hits’ in a conservative scenario.

Or, in an out-of-hand. weekly ‘hit’ scenario, (21 years pretirement) x (52 weeks per year) = 1,092 preretirement hits.

Adding It All Up …

Conservative scenario of one ‘hit’ per month: (252 preretirement ‘hits’) + (480 freebie ‘hits’ during retirement) = 732 homeland lives lost during one ASP’s lifetime.
‘Out of hand’ scenario of one ‘hit’ per week: (1,092 preretirement ‘hits’) + (2,080 ‘hits’ during retirement) = 3,172 homeland lives lost during one ASP’s lifetime.

What Conclusion Would the Average American Reach, as to Permissiveness Regarding Homeland Slayings by Retired Operatives?

Then the average American would very likely conclude that the cost in the lives of those he loved … the threat of death to his children, his wife, his fellow co-workers and their families … far outweighed the service the ASP had provided to his country.

I feel this to be true: Americans would vote, hands down, against such an astral story taking up space in their personal reality. It’s quite clear that this mental filter is nothing but a ‘Hollywood movie’ that has wafted into everyone’s Awareness on the astral plane.
