I Am That Am,
I Am All that is,
I Am that Eternal Bliss …

I find the best time to do this prayer is just before getting up in the morning, and to just concentrate Awareness on the heart while feeling or stating or imagining this prayer over and over again.

The beauty of light in the perception of things highlights the glory of the morning with inspirational tranquility. “Marvelous”.
