Imagine your third-eye point is opening up like the iris of an eye when a person goes from sunlight into shade…
Then imagine it is sending out waves of soothing energy like waves ever so gently lapping on the beach of a warm inland sea …

There is no energy of will here. Just the feel of the ebb and flow of the tides of the pituitary and pineal glands.
Feel these gentle, shallow waves slowly expending out of the third-eye point, out and out, ever so slowly, rippling out through the body.
Just keep this visualization all day long. From time to time you may feel that little obstructions in the flow pop up, like tiny atolls in an inland sea. Then when this happens, just let the little waves wash over these slightly more solid forms, till the waves smoothe out again.
