Ways to Feel the Heart

I was talking to a gentleman, and the topic came up about feeling your heart. From the way the conversation was going, I got the feeling that it’s not too clear, sometimes, especially to gentlemen, what is meant by feeling the heart. And the reason for that, I think, is that women think of it in a particular way, that is not suitable, sometimes, for men. So I am here, offering a definition of ‘feeling the heart’ that is good for everyone; that will work for everyone, not just women …

Bill Ballard has a free ebook called “The Great Awakening” …

… and in it he talks about how his heart chakra became activated. I found this ebook very interesting, because I would like to do the same. He said (and I paraphrase) that first his heart opened; that helped. He had a relationship with a twin flame, and his heart opened.

And then, I’ll bet that flame started to go down some … to wane, to diminish in intensity. And then he realized that what he really needed was for him to feel his own heart; not to have it activated by somebody else. Very cool stuff … because we can always do that. Anyone can do that, no matter what their situation is with regard to relationships or any other variable regarding earthly life.

So he decided to feel his own heart. And what he did is, he actually felt … let me show you [points to center of chest.] … his heart chakra. For him this was a little to the left, I think, at the location of the physical heart. He was just aware of the sensation in his heart chakra. And he did this nonstop for a month or so; then his heart stayed awake all the time.

So it is doable … you feel the energy in your heart. You could feel the physical sensation; that is what most people do. You do not have to assume that you will feel love. On the contrary, you feel exactly what you feel in your heart at the moment. And that is how you go about your day: Always feeling your heart.

Now some people are sensitive to electromagnetic field (EMF) energy. They feel the chakric energy of their heart (in the center of the chest at the level of the physical heart) … and that is fine too. Either way …

You can feel the emotion, as women frequently do.
You can simply feel the physical feeling of your heart; just place your awareness on your heart.
Or you can feel the energy of that chakra.

So there is something for everybody. It does not matter; you just go about feeling your heart. And then eventually, your awareness of your heart supercedes your awareness of your mental activity. And that is highly helpful in this time of the Shift, because folks are kind of going nuts, you know? Sometimes the mind just goes crazy. And if you can feel your heart, the heart is very steady, very sane, very normal. So it is a good way to get through these difficult times.

You can think about it in terms of geopolitical turmoil, economic problems, electromagnetic field energy, dimensional shift … Whatever it is, there is a little bit of chaos hanging out in the world today, and this is a good way to get through it; very simple.

And another way is just to walk or sit in nature. If you have not got the hard thing down, you can just go sit outside or walk in nature, and it will do the trick. And I will tell you a story about that …

Alice’s Perilous Tales: Dark Attack in Barstow

I was in the Motel 6 in Barstow, the night before last. What would I do without the Motel 6 … clean, inexpensive, and they do not mind my cat.

Barstow is a big desert town in California. And, in the air there was discord; negativity in the air. It might have been astrological; anyway, it affected me, because I’m very tuned in to energies around me. And there were people around too, that were emanating mental vibes that made it difficult to be happy; they were unhappy vibes.

So there in the parking lot, there was a gentleman with a motorcycle; he was working on the motorcycle. He was playing really loud music. Then two doors down from me, there were two ladies … possibly ladies of the night … standing outside, waiting for something. Their feeling was not all that happy; they were pretty upset. I guess it is not all it is cracked up to be, being a lady of the night (a sex worker).

And so then I looked two doors down, in the other direction, and a gentleman came out who had kind of a dangerous feeling to him. And what do you know, he brought out with him a dog that was part wolf. And that was scary enough. And he was being very mean to the wolf dog.

And so I went back into my room, and all these people’s feelings came in with me. And so the thoughts, the emotional body became very roiled up about the situation; I think it was astrological. Something was going on; it might have been the tail end of the Equinox. So finally I said: This is ridiculous! I went outside, and I sat outside on the curb, looking at the trees and the night sky, and all that, and, I will tell you, the strangest thing happened …

A Vision of the Sky Hologram Jittering About, Because of Human Emotions

It was like the scene before me, what I could see … like what you’re seeing now [in the video]: Me, and the rocking chair, and a reflection of the sky in the living room window … that scene that I saw there, it was shaking with the emotion of the the feelings of the people that I felt. It was like a jittery video, you know? Every time the emotions of these other people would get strong in waves, the scene would go: Tchh tchh tchh tcch tcch! [Shows hand moving back and forth, in front of face] … It would jitter back and forth, sideways, as if the hologram that we see in the third dimension has gotten very thin and tenuous, and can be moved about simply by the emotions of the people.

The Value of Earthing in the Midst of Chaos

This is not so good, because a lot of people are not thinking love and Light; at least not that night, they were not. So, what I did: I sat with my feet on the ground, and I sat as close to the Earth as I could get, and I felt my heart. And what do you know? Everything was fine!

And so I say from experience that it may help in your case, and you do not need to emote, you do not need to feel love. You can feel fear. You can feel whatever is there. And you can look at the natural world, and sit outside. And those things will really help through these times of chaos. That is what I think. I hope it works for you as it does for me.

Hello, Dear Ones,

I thought I would mention something from my clairaudient experience … I am kind of interpreting it, and extrapolating from it, and you will be the judge of whether it is useful to you in your mental world and in your spiritual clarification.

Unruly Emotions in Men, Sensed on the Clair Plane

I have been listening clairaudiently, or telepathically, to this person or that. Sometimes, I sense in men their emotions very strongly … kind of unruly, sometimes very negative; and yet, when I am in their presence physically, what I hear from them … how they are in the world … is very rational, very together. It could be very urbane, sophisticated. It might be very unemotional.

And yet, what I hear clairaudiently from them is this welter of emotions that somehow track what they are saying, but the clairly heard emotion is much more strident and unruly. I might say, socially unacceptable, according to what we (society) think today. But this is, in fact, the way that the men feel, apparently.

Ascension: Veil Between Higher Mental Body and Emotional Body Is Dissolving

What I have to say about that is that, as we go through the process of Ascension, all of this welter from the emotional body needs to be united to the Higher Mental Body’s sanity, and to become one body … or not ‘one’ body, but very connected together.

Men Are Beginning to Sense Their Latent ‘Female’ (Emotional) Aspects

Now what is stopping that from happening? There is a Veil between those two bodies, the Higher Mental Body and the emotional body. As the Ascension continues, little pinholes of Light, channels of Light, start to connect the Higher Mental Body with the emotional body. And so, in the case of men, as the Ascension process continues, they begin to get in touch with emotions that were walled off from them. And it even may seem that it’s not their emotions. That they could never have such emotions.

Women Are Beginning to Sense Their Latent ‘Male’ (Higher Mental) Aspects

And in the case of women, it’s the opposite. It’s very strange! Women are in contact, very generally, with their emotional body, and not so much so with their higher mental faculties. They’re ruled by emotions … not all women, but quite a few.

Humankind Is Attaining Cosmic Mind: Union of Male and Female Aspects of Mind

And as their Ascension process continues, it works in the other direction: They get more and more in touch with their higher mental functions; what you might call the Cosmic Mind, the Universal Mind, the male and female aspect of their mind … and then some!

So, integration, unity in both cases. And it may seem like it’s not even you. You may feel like you’re channeling.

If you are a woman, and you start accessing your higher mind, you may feel like you’re channeling someone else.
If you are a man, and you start accessing your emotional body, you may think it’s someone else completely that you are talking to.

It is so funny, in 3D … we’ve been so disconnected from who we are! But the outcome, I think, after all this weltering confusion, will be harmony; a wonderful sense of harmony. So it is worth it, I think!

Hello, Dear Ones,

I was out driving on Route 40, through Arizona today, and it was a vast expanse of desert flatland, with impressive mountain chains far off to either side … just beautiful, wide horizons, and not that many cars, It was beautiful. Pretty hot. And I was going past a little town called Yucca, and I saw a sign that said “Proving Ground Road.” This reminded me, by chain of mental association, of Area 51, and from there my mind wandered to the Star Nations that have been much discussed and channeled by Judy Satori … https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/ …

So, what with the beautiful expanse of sky. my mind started feeling very expanded. And so then, I was inviting in the consciousnesses of the Star Races. And the consciousness came to me; it was an immense, vast consciousness. a Collective Consciousness. And it rolled in, like REM waves through the mind, only far vaster.

It felt to me like a waterfall of Light … a huge waterfall of Light …

It was an amazing, calming, happy experience. And they are so wise, so tranquil, so different from us. They do not think about things like hairpins, and the ignition of your car … things like that. No.

They are vast, and friendly, and wise. They had a little trouble with saying who they were; they say they call themselves: … Ra … En (which I now term: Ra-En)

And before the ‘Ra’, and before the ‘En’ are pauses that I think I could not translate properly, or understand properly, that had to do with the memory of their race. So but just the part that is verbal, that sounds a little like: … Ra … En

Let’s see; what else could I tell you about them? They came from a water world, a long time ago. And they were attracted to this planet because of the waters here. And they developed, all along, as a Collective Mind … They did not jump into that.

I was reminded, a little, of the Elementals and the Devas in the fourth dimension here on Earth. But they say that their intellect is far vaster than that. And they are not like humans, either, because we have individual consciousness. So they are completely different from us. That much I have a hard time grasping.

So they came here, and then they found the whales here, singing in the waters of ocean. And so they could not colonize here because of that. They must have had some feeling that they should not do that. But they were trapped here … because of the dimensional shift, I guess … for a very long time.

So I told them about the Anterion Stargate that is opening up now …

I might remember a little something else about them later on. But I want you to know just that there are a vastly intelligent, wonderful races out there, that respect us as humans, even though they are a little puzzled, for instance, by curiosity that gets us into trouble. So anyway: We are a birthing race, but we are nevertheless respected amongst the Star Nations, it seems.

So after that, I went as far as Searchlight, Arizona, and then I found out I was supposed to turn left and go over the mountains, on Joshua Tree Highway. And I have just a little bit of footage for you on that, showing you just how windy it can get in the Joshua Tree country.

ALICE’S PERILOUS TALES (continued)

More Memories of the Encounter with Ra-En [The Maldekian, Ajna – Remote Viewer]

I began to get a feeling of vastly expanded mind, very fine, very clear — what you might call an experience of cosmic mind. Then I began to sense a group mind, not embodied. This was an entirely new experience for me, so I was very curious.

At first, I sensed this group mind as dormant; I got a sense of an undifferentiated, vastly expanded mind. Then they began to wake up — not all, but a few.

I asked their name. They hesitated, then they voiced two syllables. There was a lot of interference … I sensed this as my fear of them and their inability to condense their name into speech. I got the name wrong a few times, then I cleared my mind and heard: … Ra … En (which I now term: Ra-En). There were pauses before both syllables. The feeling I got was that their racial memories were contained in the pauses, but that I couldn’t grasp this.

They did not understand English idioms (figures of speech) but said they could understand any language, if spoken simply.

They said that I understood, though I was not they (?). That they would like to talk with me from time to time. I agreed; and then I realized they meant the human race; not me personally.

They said they were from a water world. Their sun went supernova, and they came to Earth because of its ocean. There in the ocean they found the beings that sing [whales, I guess] and so they could not settle here.

[This part of the conversation brings to mind a dream I had a few nights ago. I was speaking with a race of Star Beings. Was it them? They thought they must leave Earth soon. That they loved the whales, and could not take them with, as they were too big. I suggested, perhaps a whale embryo, and they thought, surely, yes!

In my waking state, since whales are sentient beings, I wonder at my dream-state ethics. But at the time, while dreaming, I was only one with the longing of this other race. At that time, I thought: Maybe they will take a whale embryo to another suitable planet. There, through their skill at genetic manipulation, they can create a viable gene pool of whales. Then, if ever Earth is destroyed, there will still be whales in the Universe…. What an odd dream!]

To get back to Ra-En: They asked my lineage, and I said I was Arcturian. That I have Hathor acquaintances. They said they did not like … I forget whether it was the Arcturians or the Hathors … as these had confined them to Earth for a long time.

The topic of curiosity came up. This concept was puzzling to them. They said it was curiosity that had gotten them into so much trouble in the first place. I explained that an understanding of the proper balance between the qualities of curiosity and preserving tradition might protect them in future. That this might be a topic for them to research. That the human quality of curiosity would soon be available to all beings throughout the galaxy. [I cannot imagine what I meant by this! Perhaps the light structure of the quality of curiosity?]

They said that, if dormant, they can live 1,000 years. Since they are all One, when ‘one’ is awake, ‘all’ are awake. I asked: If you could stay individually awake for 500 years, would you choose this? They said: We have never been individual, so the question does not apply. I said: I would choose individual. They said: In that case, you could not be one with Ra. I respectfully thanked them for considering this.

They asked my name. I said it was Om Ma.

Another person listening in telepathically asked if Ra-En could provide humanity with any inventions before they stopped talking with us. They said they had already done so … referring to Tesla … but we (humanity) did not use them. I said: So much free electricity might have damaged Earth. That what seemed like a setback was all part of the will of the One that is All. All for the good.

I mentioned the Shift. They wondered what would become of them. I said [I had heard this in one of Bill Ballard’s videos] that beings can return direct to Source now, or they may choose another path. That Ra-En would be in a better position to decide this than I. They said, more to themselves than me: When? I said that [per Bill Ballard] the Anterion Stargate is open now. They asked, more to themselves than me: Can we go now? I said: According to my understanding, yes, through the wormhole. They said: Not quite yet. And then I heard from them no more.

What has become of them? Is there an Anterion Stargate and a wormhole, as Bill says? I guess so. Maybe they went that way. Maybe they just went dormant again, and will see how things are a little later on. What I don’t know about all this could fill a pretty big book.

How It Felt to Me

When they began the first part of a thought, I could understand the whole thought, as if the thought were a tangled thread which, when grasped, imparted through a tactile sense awareness of its entire nature.

As we talked, I began to feel neural activity rolling like big ocean waves through my head. At first it felt like this …

It was a little like REM wave action, but more exuberant and less contained. I liked this feeling very much. It is a bit overwhelming, I feel, but very nice, very peaceful.

Then later there was very active neural activity in the right back part of my head. And I felt neural activity in the left back part of my head also, but less so. It felt like this …

And you can hone in on one stream of water coming out of the colander, and that stream of water is your mind, attached to the Cosmic Mind. And the Cosmic Mind is the water pouring into the colander. And the Colander is your racial memories, the Memories of the Human Race …

Cosmic Mind Visualization: The Great Colander in the Sky: Switching to Another Star Race’s Racial Memories

This is the second visualization: Imagine that there is a bigger colander … a very huge colander, that water flows into. There are holes in the colander, just like before. And from those holes, water streams into smaller colanders.

And you, as one of the streams of water from one of the smaller colanders, can actually taste, and feel, and remember, and experience, the water from the very top stream that goes into the top colander, and comes out into the Cosmic Consciousness colander, and down into the racial memories of your own kind.

Hmm … [Shows sign that says: “Primitive Road … Caution … Use at your own risk. This surface is not regularly maintained.” … [Photo of dirt road with pine trees in the distance.]

Hello, Dear Ones.

I am on my way to Dogtown Lake, which is just outside of Williams, Arizona. And it is a little bit of a rough forest road. And here you see the little flowers that are along the way … they are waving in the wind. [Shows white asters and rock with white lichen on it.] And I stopped for a rest. And I just thought I would show you what it looks like out here. [Flat land with sparse green grass and tall pine trees.] See those pine trees? They are everywhere.

It is pretty much flat here … mostly just pine trees … very few people; a few jeeps … a tiny amount of houses … a lot of ruts in the road. And there you have it. It smells just heavenly out here. I think mainly the pine tree smell … the pine needles everywhere. Seems like a place that has been here long before the advent of man; that is how it feels.

I wonder what Dogtown Lake is going to look like. Well, I guess we will see in a minute.

Fall 2013 Equinox: From Duality to Unity

This is the last few days of the Fall Equinox energy for 2013. And I just thought I would mention a thing about that … what happened to me; I do not know if it happened to you … It seems like a great loosening of human consciousness from the notion of Duality … and kind of a falling into the notion of Unity … a dropping into something that seems very natural, like a feather floating down to Earth.

I think we are going to find a lot of people feeling that way in the future, and not really knowing why the old ideas about cops and robbers, and crime and punishment, and good and bad, are going to just sort of melt away, like snow in the springtime. And we are going to find ourselves on the even, level land of Unity.

Let us go look for Dogtown lake …

Dogtown Lake

So I found it; Dogtown Lake. I am going to show you … [Shows vista of pine trees, shoreline, and lake] … There is a little meadow, and it leads right into the lake, and the lake goes on and on, But here [pans right] you have a hill. It has a lot of picnic tables on it. But there is not one occupied picnic table right now, except for me … I am sitting at a picnic table.

Lake … [zooms to lake] … very pretty … goes on around the other side of the hill [to the right] … and goes on down this way [to the left]. Hold on while I get the camera changed around. [Shows self].

This is the first time, in a long time, that I have very little to say. I think it is because of the Fall energy … the Fall Equinox. So much happened in the last couple of days; it seems like unfathomable depths were plumbed and cleared … not just for me, but for other people too, I think.

So Tranquil . So Peaceful

I just feel like … so tranquil, right now … so peaceful. Everything seems fine. And all that mental chatter that was going on, nonstop, during the clearing, has all stopped. It is terrific!

So I am biding my time, right now, because I hear there are three 2-day sets … or maybe more … of intense times coming up shortly: 1-2, 4-5, 11-12, and 14-15 October 2013, per Oracle Report … http://www.oraclereport.com/ … all kinds of new clearings. And who knows what we, the human race, will experience in the next couple of months.

Peace to All Beings! Happiness to All Beings!

So right now I am just going to leave you with a notion that everything is fine. Everything is great, thank goodness. Peace! Happiness to all beings. Talk to you soon.
