Nothing much going on here … just a walk at Vallecito Lake in Colorado. An edited Summary follows the video …

Wow, so check it out! I am over here by Vallecito Lake, and the wind is up! Look at that! [shows view of lake, through pine trees] … Maybe you could see a little bit of the lake out there … Yes, off in the far distance.

And then there is this fallen tree [shows fallen pine tree] … very cool. Can you hear the wind? And look at this [zooms to a granite rock about 8 inches on one side] … Is this not pretty? [zooms to pale green lichen on rock] … See the lichen? Wow!

And if the Light were not glancing off of this rock so much, you could see that the lichen is almost in a complete circle … Like a fourth dimensional, magical ring on the rock. So, maybe it is a lucky rock. [laughs]

All right, everybody. See you on down the trail. [shows grassy footpath amongst trees] … So, I was walking a forest path by the lake, And then I got to a clearing here … you will see it in a moment … [shows shore and lake] … See there? That is the lake. Nice, huh?

Lake Vallecito. The water is down. They used a lot of the water for agriculture already, in the farms and ranches around the area. And off in the distance [zooms to roadbed raised up on rocks, at the far end of the lake] … This is a road. This is how you access the hiking trail. [pans right, to bridge] … See there? See that bridge?

The road goes along the high embankment there, and there are no guardrails in this part of the woods, so you have to be very careful, what you are doing. [zooms back to the shore view] … Well, let us see what awaits. [shows tree stumps on shore] … Gosh, I wonder what happened here? Out along the shoreline, and all along the path here, there are all these tree stumps.

It looks like something happened, and they … for some reason … maybe it was very high water sometime … I know there has been a drought here for five years, so it was not recent. But somebody came along, and cut down all those trees. There is a story there, huh? Would this be about the 2002 Missionary Ridge fire?

[pans left, to new, metal picnic bench, painted green] … And look, right over here … right beside the path … there is a nice bench; is that not nice?

[pans right, back to footpath] … Now let us see what is coming up … [shows view of lake, with billowing storm clouds above it] … Well, Dear Ones, it is turning into a gale. And $5 or no $5 for an entrance fee, I cannot help noticing those clouds over there. And the wind is coming from there. So I am going to head very quickly back to the car, and see what comes up. Bye!

[shows view out front window, from inside car] … Well, I ran to the car, and I made it up the incline from the lake up to the road that goes round the lake. I was waiting for a deluge to take place. And then … what do you know … Nothing happened! [laughs] … The wind dies down. Everything is fine. There is a little seed caught up on my rearview mirror here. [shows gossamer white milkweed seed on car rearview mirror] … And that is the action. See you all later.

[shows view of lake from inside car, farther down the lake rim road] … Well, first the wind drove the storm clouds over that mountain range over there [the mountains beyond the lake] … far over that way. And then the wind changed direction, and came towards me. And it drove all those clouds all the way around to this side of the lake, where my car is parked.

But it looks now like maybe there will be no rain. But because the clouds were so threatening, and the wind was so high, all the fishermen left the lake and came on up here, and got in their cars, and took off just now.

And that is the saga for today: It is a whole lot of, well, peace and quiet. See you all later.

Dear Ones,

I got another visit from that crumb-bun Satanic Energy last night. Fortunately it was no big deal since my merkaba activated with a buzz and a whirrr at the moment of impact. It’s a very good thing that I’d been visualizing my merkaba all day long, I’m guessing. But most likely, no coincidence….

That got me thinking about Satanic imprints. I came up with a theory worth considering. For a long time now, Laura Walker of “Oracle Report … www.oraclereport.com … has been talking about how the Dark Forces use the umph of certain astrological signs to imprint their agenda on humanity. For that, go to:

ARE SATANIC KEY CODES EMBEDDED IN MASS MEDIA?

My wild idea is that the key codes for Satanic astrological imprints may be embedded in mass media, and that the dark forces might be activated these key codes in folks at strategically favorable astrological moments. Which may result in instantaneous, unpremeditated acts of mayhem … rape, murder, burglary, arson, and so on … in other words, a Dark Attack.

Might Internet Porn Encode Shadow Patterns in the Vital Body?

Case in point: Last Sunday our pastor talked about the addiction of many men to internet porn. It was shocking to me to see how many men in the congregation suddenly looked down at the floor. Gosh, there must be a lot of this going on. I hear it’s expensive viewing, but I guess it grabs the vital body so strongly that it’s super hard to quit.

Well, so, what if addiction to Internet porn encodes Shadow Patterns in the vital body … the gut brain … the subconscious mind … that are astrologically activated, à la Satanic Timing?

Might this then result in ‘astral porn’ … aka ‘astral rape’ energy threads in the noosphere?

Does Viewing Violence Encode Shadow Patterns in the Vital Body?

Other standouts as suspect Shadow Pattern encoders:

  • Violent TV shows and movies,
  • newspaper headlines that rouse fear,
  • pulp fiction that concentrates on violence, and
  • billboards that concentrate on lack, fear of death, and degradation of women from childbearer and nurturer to sexual object

LIFESTYLE ISSUES THAT MAY ALLOW ENCODING OF SHADOW CODES

Lifestyle that may possibly nurture and sustain Shadow Patterns once they are keyed into the Gut Brain:

  • electric circuits inside houses
  • fluorescent lighting
  • electronic equipment that is turned on
  • life in big cities — smog, traffic jams,
  • stress activators such as caffeine and sugar

ON FEELING GUILTY ABOUT SHADOW PATTERNS

So, oh my gosh, guilty, guilty! I’ve been up to all that nonsense! I go to the movies! I work in a city! I live in a house! It has electricity! O my gosh, I bought the fluorescent light bulbs because they save money!

So maybe I do have Shadow Patterns stuck on me somewhere. But, oh gosh, where? What to do?

ALICE’S PERILOUS TALES: DARK ATTACKS: HOW SATANIC ENERGY ATTEMPTS TO INTIMIDATE US

So, speaking from personal experience:” A few things that Satanic Energy can do to scare a person:

  • It can set off a house alarm.
  • It can make your cat act like a bat out of hectorville.
  • It can make your chest muscles ache and whisper that it is giving you a heart attack (but it can’t actually give you a heart attack).
  • It can make your bed shake, rattle and roll.
  • It can make sheets of heavyweight tinfoil float up and down.
  • It can stop your internet from working.
  • It can make your phone ring, but no one will be on the other end. No one important, anyway.

What’s with the special effects? Are these actually our own ESP abilities, set in play through encoding and activation of Shadow Patterns in our subconscious minds? Could be. Most likely true, in fact. But that’s another story.

A PLAN FOR FEELING JOY, SO AS TO SHORT-CIRCUIT THE SHADOW CODES

What’s going on here, actually? These are typical attempts to frighten the wits out of you. Why? Because The Shadow ‘eats’ (thrives on) fear. And what gives The Shadow a tummy ache? Fun! So no worries… here’s what to do:

  • Go to the DVD or video section of your thrift store, and buy some used Disney cartoons. Play those when you feel the guy with the big schnoz knocking on your door.
  • Now just in case the DVD player stops working, upload a few funny childhood songs to your iTunes player. That’ll be backup plan number one.
  • And if the iTunes player won’t work, grab your honey, give them a big hug, and tell them how much you love them.
  • If you have no honey, get a drink of water, take a folding chair, and go sit outside under the stars and beautiful clouds for a while.
  • If it’s raining or snowing, just sit up straight and look steadily at a picture of the merkaba. Feel your merkaba energy all around you. Feel the energy of love and light filling in the nooks and crannies where once fear dwelled.

For that is the Divine purpose of Satanic visits … to allow us to conquer Fear. In this way, little by little, our Light Quotient increases. Life gets to be more fun. We get to be happier. At peace with the world. No longer tempting as a midnight snack to you-know-who.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

I am here at the laundromat. And I noticed an interesting optical illusion over here. See, there are these pipes that go up from the driers; each drier has a pipe. And I was just waiting for the clothes to dry, and looking at the pipes. And I saw a kind of shimmer in the pipes … [sooms in.] … Yeah, there it is. See that shimmer? …

It is much more obvious to me, not looking in the camera. But you can kind of see that shimmer. And from a distance, when I see those pipes shimmering, it almost looks like they are moving. That is what it looks like to me. It looks like they are moving and changing, morphing.

So then I looked around for the reason for that, and I notice in the ceiling, there are these ceiling fans, And not only that, but there are these lights. So what is happening is, the ceiling fan blades are angled a little bit. And at a certain point, they are hitting the light from the lights in the ceiling.

And then from there, there is a change in the light of the tubes that go up from the driers. So they look like they are shaking and shimmering. But the thing of it is, they are not shaking and shimmering. It is just that the Light is changing. See, the Light is changing … if you look really closely.

So the thing of it is, in our physical form, we are kind of like those pipes leading up from the driers. It looks like we are moving and changing, and all that … And actually, movement in the world might be explained like that: As a change in Light. Just a change in Light. Not actually physical change.

So that is what I was thinking. Things are not always what they seem to be. We might be a spinning merkabah that reflects Light differently. That may be the mechanism of the hologram of 3D reality. Maybe there are different angles of reflection. Or maybe there are moods that color the merkabah.

That is just a thought for you. It is not an explanation. I am wishing you well. Take care!

ON HAVING A MERKABA

I’ve been thinking about ways to feel safe in our waking and sleeping life. I mentioned in a previous post I was talking to the healer Jeffrey Allen … https://www.iamjeffreyallen.com … last week. One of the many things he said had to deal with my merkaba. He said he was checking out my merkaba, it it looked ok. Just fine.

I said, You mean I have a merkaba? He said, Certainly. I can see it clearly.

ON SENSING ONE’S MERKABA

What a relief! Problem had been, I didn’t feel my merkaba. So I figured most likely I didn’t have one yet. This would be something I would have to build, probably with a fair amount of effort and possibly with a number of false starts, slip ups, tearings down, and rebuildings. Something that would take time….

All this mental meandering was, it seems, utter nonsense. I do have a merkaba, whether or not I sense it. And so do you!

VISUALIZING THE MERKABA

So, to help me visualize … and feel the protection and safety of … my merkaba, I’ve printed one off the internet. I’m going to put one in my living room, and one on the bedroom wall. Here it is, in case the idea appeals to you as well.

Here is a great video by Bill Ballard about the difference between being a wayshower and a guru. It also explains about filtering-through into our consciousness of fears and other ‘speckles’ from others whose light quotient differs from ours, and the need to let go of our connections with them …
