AS RAIN LOVES THE EARTH

As rain loves the Earth,
and the small roots between the trees;
and tickles Oceans’ Titans’ foam-flecked feet,
and sends the Devas whirling, Sufi-style,
and blesses the conception of each child,
and bathes the borning World in ecstasy,
so is my love for thee, my own dear child.

By the power of the Lord and the Lady,
by the power of Light and Dark, and all the In-Between,
by the power of Earth and Sky,
and by the power of my love for all that is,
I dispel this ancient, dense energy
from the aura of my dear planet Earth.
So be it, and so it is!
Peace to all, joy to all, love to all.

Dear Ones,

Sometimes it seems like the path to the new reality leads through the valley of despair. Sometimes ‘letting go’ takes this form … despair.

What is needed to carry us through this creative act of despair? Hope. Faith. Gratitude. Forgiveness. These are the only companions we will need. As King David wrote long ago …
